  • Excellent!

"This is the place to stay for sure! Lee was incredible and very responsive. He answered all our questions right away and nothing was left to doubt. The condo itself is gorgeous and has all the latest technology and essentials. The pool and beach were beautiful and there was a lot of security so no worries there. I would stay there again in a heartbeat."

  • Return to Puerto Vallarta

"It had been 36 years since our first visit to PV. Things have change just a little! Staying at the Icon was wonderful. It's in a great location outside of town. The views from the balcony of the apartment were mesmerizing. In the morning the water was usually calm and probably my favorite time to enjoy the view, but then there were the sunsets which were spectacular. We were a party of four and very much enjoyed the space of such a large vacation rental. The apartment amenities were perfect. Mark was easy to deal with and I loved that there was someone at the airport to pick us up on arrival. I'd recommend everything about this rental!!!"

  • Spring Break for Grandchildren

"My wife and I took our two daughters, one son in law and four grandchildren (total 9) to this condo for the children's spring break. We are from Canada and my wife and I have visited Mexico numerous times. The condo was just as advertised and met our every expectation. Paloma, one of the concierges, who looks after the property met us when we arrived and helped us several times during our stay. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and eating in and we walked to nearby restaurants about half the time. The pools were great and each one is heated to a different temperature depending on what you feel like that day. Food from the restaurant on site was good and a nice treat on lazy afternoons. I hope the owners will continue to encourage the cleaning staff to leave unopened, unused items left by departing guests for the use by the new arriving guests. This helped us with some basics and some of the spices that were used for cooking. We left unopened liquor and such when we departed and hoped the new guests would see it as a welcoming gift. Especially the wine. Our children's spring break coincided with the Easter week in Mexico and the beach out front of the resort was busy, especially on the weekend. A lot of hustle and bustle with some noisy times if you were on the beach. We enjoyed the kiosks set up by the locals on the beach and the kids liked a lot of the activities. Some noise at night but if you turn on the fans in the bedrooms they acted well as white noise to help you fall asleep. Even the restaurant beside us who had bands seemed to close it's doors early for some reason. All in all, I would recommend this property to others. Lots of room and close to all the amenities."

  • Great option for families

"We had a wonderful stay in the condo over the holidays. The property was very secure and safe. We had 5 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of space for everyone. The pools were great - lots of options and great for kids. It was easy access to the beach and we enjoyed a number of activities - jet ski & para-sailing. The pool bar/restaurant was great. It is cash only, but they will run a tab for the day so that you can settle up at the end. We knew most of the servers by the end of the week. I would recommend utilizing the cook/paying to have the kitchen stocked prior to your visit. We didn't and ended up with a number of trips to the grocery store because we kept forgetting items. The kitchen is pretty well stocked as far as cookware, tableware, etc. The only thing that we missed was a good sharp knife - we had a really hard time cutting tomatoes for our salsa :) We walked across the street on a couple of nights - there is a restaurant complex. Crossing the street was a bit hairy, but once you got the hang of the signals, you just had to be bold. The restaurant complex has a high-end Argentinian restaurant, a couple of bars, an Italian restaurant and a Taco restaurant. All in all, this was a great vacation and we will be back."
