  • Comfortable well appointed with a great location and awesome view

"Owner and on site personnel very easy to work with. Charming studio very clean and recently upgraded. Entire property is going through a renovation. Would most certainly book again and recommend Ralph's property. Sleeping area with smart TV has AC and block out curtains. Open secure sliding doors to open air kitchen and dining nook leading to a balcony with potted tropical plants and a wonderful view of the bay and beach below. Located one floor up from street level this property allows privacy and easy access to town and small stores for general staples you may need. Some of our favorite go to restaurants were discovered to be close by. Cocos Kitchen, Taste, Jorge's Hideaway and El Set to name a few. This being the 14th visit to Puerto Vallarta and always finding new properties and neighborhoods to discover and frequently repeat accommodations when available, we would be happy to return here someday. Very safe and well maintained. Thanks for an enjoyable time. David and Kevin from Denver"

  • A great value for your buck.

"The staff at the Playa Bonita was extremely helpful and we were always greeted with a friendly smile each day while there. The pictures on the VRBO web site well represent the Casa Del Soltar as Dale has furnished it well. It's situated in a prime location and all the restaurants that we frequented are well within walking distance. Never once did we feel uncomfortable at night while walking back to the condo. Dale, the owner, was extremely helpful with information prior to our arrival and during our stay. We would definitely book with Dale again as the Casa Sel Soltar is truly a home away from home while in Puerto Vallarta."

  • Loved My Stay in La Gaviota!

"I just spent 5 weeks staying at condo La Gaviota in Villa Blance, First of all, the owner Sarah was very easy to work with and our transactions went completely smooth. When I arrived, the manager Jose helped take my luggage up to the condo and explained everything. I met the housekeeper Angelina early on and she kept things tidy and towels replenished when needed. She also secured an iron for me to have in the condo. Although I did no cooking while there, I was impressed at how thoroughly outfitted the kitchen was. Anything and everything one might need seemed to be there. There was a fullsize frig/freezer and stove with oven, blender, coffee pot, toaster, toaster oven, microwave and a full array of pots and pans, cutlery, dishes, glassware and flatware. Bottled water was provided to the condo and replaced when needed. Ceiling fans in the living area and bedroom kept the air circulated and a/c in the bedroom helped cool things off on the hotter days. There was a kingsize platform bed and firm, just like I like it. Adequate drawer and hanging space and a built-in safety deposit box took care of everything I needed. The bathroom had a roomy shower and certainly met my needs. The small waist-high pool was refreshing with coming in from a hot day on the beach and the little terrace pleasant for hanging out or sunning. The beach clubs I like to go to were just minutes away and the location walkable to all over the south side. I would definitely stay at La Gaviota again!"

  • Amazing property!

"We had a great time at Casa Vista Linda! We travelled with our 17 & 19 yr old children and they both brought friends. The house is spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kids especially liked the t.v. room where they could hang out in the evenings and watch movies etc., while my husband and I would sit outside and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The only downside is the wi-fi is pretty iffy, so if you don't have an international calling plan to set up a hotspot, you would need to be near the modem. Alfredo met us at the house when we arrived, (used the driver service) and he had previously stocked the kitchen with everything we requested. We used the cook for breakfast and lunch one day which was very nice. Eva the maid is great too. The walk to the beach is down the cobblestone street and the stairs, (155) but really not bad at all, although with small children I may recommend a taxi. We took the bus to Mismaloya one day for jet skiing and for 8 pesos it can't be beat. Just walk down to the hwy 200, cross the street, and wait at the big rock. The bus comes every 20 minutes and the ride is about 30-40 minutes. The Sea Monkey on the Malecon has great food and $1 beers. Near there is the Loco Langostino, where you can sit upstairs in the breeze and get a bucket of 6 beers for 100 pesos. There is parasiling, snorkeling at Los Arcos and of course tons of shopping. Very safe to walk around, lots of Americans, gay couples, great restaurants and tequila shops as well. We will definitely be back!!"
