  • Fabulous!

"We just returned from Puerto Vallarta & this wonderful condo. We spent a week there with my parents & everything was just great. The condo was big & comfortable & tastefully decorated, the kitchen came fully stocked, & beds were comfortable. The large deck & the view, well you can't improve on perfection! And the location, wow! The pool was wonderful, & it was great to be able to go up there & just relax, read a book & take a dip. We bought some groceries mostly for breakfast, lunch & snacks and then went out every night for dinner. There are so many fabulous restaurants to choose from, we never went to the same place twice. We loved the atmosphere & vibe of old town and will return again in a heartbeat to this place & this condo. Craig was a breeze to work with."

  • Stay at Casa Perezoso

"I joined 8 other adult friends at Casa Perezoso. The Casa was perfect for our group. We range in age from 40 to 70, some couples and some singles. The rooms were ideal for privacy. We are a group of cooks and artists. We did a fair bit of cooking. We found the kitchen to be quite well stocked. A couple of sharp knives and a larger frying pan would have been a nice addition but really, nothing to complain about. The beautiful large wood dining table was perfect. As artists we appreciated all the paintings, carvings and general beauty of the whole place. The jacuzzi up top was a perfect spot to unwind after an action packed day. The location was also excellent. The owner, Margaret was most accommodating. She gave us great information about things to know before we arrived and several contacts to call if we needed anything or had any problems. Our housekeeper, Lupe, did a superb job. A wonderful time was had by all! And, the beds are super comfortable!!"

  • Fantastic experience, highly recommended, minor forgivable wrinkles

"We had a fantastic experience at Villa Francisco and hope to return again in another year. The staff was wonderful and a special call-out to the chef, David, who made AH-MA-ZING meals for us. It was truly like eating in a gourmet restaurant every night, he had great suggestions and was incredibly easy to work with. The property itself is quite lovely, perched way high on a hillside above Puerto Vallarta, spectacular views. The master suite and the two other suites (Verde and Azul) are amazingly spacious and well appointed. Our only disappointment with the physical property is that you have to walk through bedroom #5 to get into bedroom #4 - thankfully we were all good friends in this slightly awkward layout. The minor wrinkles? Several of the in-room safes didn't work, and despite attempts to repair them, still didn't work at the time we left. Our grocery list seemed to serve more as general guidance than an actual list, though thankfully the staff was gracious about taking back the Costco/Kirkland Wine and Tequila that were substituted for what we'd actually requested. The car service we requested through the concierge showed up 2 of the 3 times we requested for airport transport, though the concierge immediately fixed the problem by getting a taxi when the car service didn't show up. These are all manageable issues and not surprising when traveling outside of the U.S."

  • Fantastic

"We have been to Puerto Vallarta 4 separate times. The other times we stayed at traditional, but lovely hotels. This time we thought as we were bringing our adult children, and their significant others, maybe we needed some more room. This was our first experience with VRBO. Certainly the unit looked nice on the website, but you never know in person. The property manager arranged for us to be picked up at the airport. We got to the complex, and got to the unit, and it was beautiful. The views, the open doors, the kitchen, the new gas grill, it couldn't have been nicer. We overlooked the pool, the bay, the old town. We were steps away from a private beach area, and steps away from town. So much to do, so much to see, and so much to eat. Thanks Marlene for letting us share your property for a week! It was delightful."
