  • Paradise in PV !

"The condo is a wonderful environment in a glorious environment…! It is an oasis in the already beautiful city of Puerto Vallarta! The view of sunrises and sunsets were idyllic!... the color palette used in the condo itself was so very special and alive! The amenities included a king-size bed that sent us to dreamland…! The kitchen was equipped with the latest appliances & utensils… television service provided us up-to-date connections with the world in English & Spanish… fine restaurants, art galleries, and shops abounded within short walks of the residence… & the Banderas Bay beach was steps from the front door! The condo was our slice of paradise!"

  • Delightful!

"We all were delighted with Rudy and Lettie, they could not have been more helpful. The view was absolutely breathtaking. Lettie's cooking was delicious and they were both so sweet. We all rate it a 5 star would absolutely do again."

  • Modern and Nice - Steps from Everything - Some Noise Issues

"The unit itself is new, well furnished and quite modern and excellent - but no water view unless you go up to the roof - which is easy accessed on the very next floor with a stair or elevator steps down the corridor. The roof top is perfect. The security is rather solid. The internet WiFi was outstanding - likely part of TelMex's recent upgrades to fiber in town building by building we were told. We had download of 4 Meg in the room and 10 meg in public areas (that is fast)! We have been coming down to PV some 7 years and the reason I make a big deal about the Internet is Puerto Vallarta has some crappy slow and outage ravaged sections or buildings. Last year we stayed at a new crem-da-la-crem building I will leave nameless and the internet was slow and had to be constantly reset. Friends staying at that same building this year said its still the same, slow and had to be reset often. At V177 here, we stayed 21 days in January. In our experience, that was too long because the view is into a older neighborhood and buildings - which we could possibly may have tolerated if it were not for the immediate neighbors living down next to the building had cock-a-doodle-do chickens and a barking large dog at all hours. There is also a building next door that is being remodeled by a hand few of workers pounding by day - which was actually not as annoying as its was manual hammer and chisel work in a large concrete structure with just a few men working - seems like a low budget project. The large dog barking was the real problem as it was day and night, I think when the owner was away working or whatever. We never heard the owners voice warning the dog, etc. We are experienced travelers and sleep with disposable foam ear plugs at bed time and/or AC on, so its not a problem at night, it was more a day issue on the balcony and you normally leave the sliding door open as we were there in January and its 70 to 75 degrees F. in the room. If it was cool on the roof, you felt a bit trapped not wanting to be in either location. There is a good bit of construction all about town - so there is day noise that may be difficult to escape from almost wherever you stay. In all fairness, we don't know if this large dog was a permanent resident or someone staying in the older residential structure below that overlapped the time we were there. Also, the owner of this V177 unit charges for use of electricity. For us it came to just over $2 a day for January."

  • Wonderful building, perfect location

"This was our third 2 week stay at the condo. The location is perfect for beach access, restaurants and bars. There is a little supermarket just down the street for most of what you will need, and OXXO is just around the corner. The place is superbly maintained. The TV is brand new and so is the kitchen. There is a lot of art throughout. There are some pieces on the bar and living room table that we put away to give more space (and for fear of damaging it). There is a lot of cupboard space with many hangers and the ability to do your own laundry is great in case you invariably spill some sauce on your white shirt during your stay. There is a wonderful breeze through the suite if you open the patio doors and entrance door - we never turn on the air conditioning. The patio is great for breakfast and we have our coffee out there every morning. It also has its own brand new (small) Weber BBQ. The roof is my favourite feature and the pool is great - with a great view of the bay and surroundings. There are loungers, a large table and chairs, umbrellas. and a big BBQ. The condo has a lot of repeat customers and we see some of the same people year after year - which might explain the lack of reviews - we all just stay and go home happy and come again :)"
