  • Best location in Puerto Vallarta

"Four of us have just returned from a week in this lovely, convenient and well equipped condo. The balcony overlooks the malecon and we spent many happy hours watching the passing parade of dogs, people and vendors. Both the building and apartment are very well maintained and the roof top pool with its marvellous views over Banderas bay, is a lovely breezy place to relax with an adult beverage! We walked to local restaurants and strolled along the malecon to the local supermarket, Lays, then caught the local bus back for 7.5 pesos each(less than 50c). I certainly recommend this condo. for anyone looking to be in the heart of the Zona Romantica. The owners responded immediately and made the process very easy, we will certainly be booking this condo again on our next trip to P.V."

  • Great View-Great Service-Great Place

"This Penthouse is the ultimate location with great ocean views, great front desk and maid service, Overall, a great experience. Remodeling is a constant within this popular property. You are in the center of everything. The ocean and restaurants are literary steps from the secure front door that opens to the Malecon."

  • Incredible location, fantastic view, great condo!

"The location of this condo can't be beat. It is in the middle of town, just a short walk from shops, restaurants, and the cathedral. Sitting on the balcony, you feel like you're right on the beach, and you can enjoy people watching on the Malecon below, with live music and other performances right in front of you almost every night. The condo itself is well-appointed with everything you may need for a great stay. The daily maid service is a big plus - you don't even have to make your own bed on vacation! And the owner is an absolute pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend this condo for your next vacation in Puerto Vallarta!"

  • A good deal

"From my memory of reading over the property description and the other reviews, everything was accurate. Compliments (the Good): 1. The owner responded to questions very quickly and was honest and forthcoming with answers. I felt comfortable with all transactions. 2. The condo is in very good condition. I was especially impressed with the quality of the kitchen and the quality/effectiveness of the air conditioners. 3. The bed (at least the one in the master bedroom) had a very good mattress for a vacation rental. It was softer and more comfortable than most. 4. The location is about as good as you're going to find in the "Old Town". It's on the beach, on the Malecon, and very close to pretty much everything in that neighborhood. If you're looking to stay in this part of Puerto Vallarta, you'll be hard-pressed to find a better location. 5. The building staff was very good and courteous. The cleaning staff is top notch. 6. The rooftop swimming pool is very nice. It's not one of the new and popular "infinity pools", but if you stand up you can easily see the ocean and a very nice 10th floor view of the entire area. Suggestions (the Bad): 1. My biggest complaint was the thin curtain in the master bedroom. It was utterly impossible to sleep-in past dawn, first of all, but..perhaps even worse...there is a lot of light that comes through at night due to the street lamps on the Malecon. Frankly, I was a little upset that anyone would just assume that everyone in the world is a "morning person" and be able to deal with such bright light at night and in the mornings. I believe that all hotels and vacation rentals should have thick (preferably "black out") curtains available...just as most good hotels already do. For those that prefer more light, it's easy to move them aside. 2. While I know that the owners can't control when construction happens, I do expect for hotel and vacation rental owners to inform me about upcoming construction so that I can make an informed decision on whether I want to stay or not. The building is almost entirely concrete, so there was jackhammer drilling non-stop all day, Monday-Saturday ..from multiple locations in the building. 3. The condo stank of old wood when we arrived (especially the second bedroom). It was pretty unbearable until we got some air fresheners from MEGA (although having the building/cleaning staff turn on the A/C before we arrived would have helped... It was VERY stuffy.)"
