  • Increible lugar y servicio!

"The photos do not do it justice to how amazing the house is, it is very well equipped and the view is breathtaking. The service is unbeatable, all very attentive and helpful. You neglect everything. Highly recommend."

  • Great Stay at a Great Condo

"For our 9th trip to PV in 10-years we chose Rex's place and were delighted! It was super duper clean and comfy and decorated in a whimsical Mexican style that gives you everything you need for a short or extended stay, in a way that immerses you into the culture. Every place you look there is something fun to look at or appreciate without being over done. Rex was very communicative before and during our stay. The apartment has a brand new full size washer/dryer, which came in handy mid-trip, as well as a new dishwasher. All appliances were spotlessly clean and WiFi was adequate for work or personal needs. Beds were comfortable and we loved the European shower in the master suite. Having 2 full bathrooms really was a blessing and we were able to shower one after another without losing hot water or pressure. The apartment has a huge deck with a great view and a big table and chairs where we were greeted by hummingbirds with our morning coffee. It would be great if it had lounges to take a siesta in the afternoon because the hammock isn't for everyone. The building was safe and secure with cameras and gates but it didn’t make you feel imprisoned. It is also beautifully decorated especially by the pool, which was a convenient touch on the days we didn't want to schlepp to the beach. We stayed in this part of PV so we could be close to our friends staying at the Garza Blanca resort but its also just up the hill from the romantic zone, shopping, bars and restaurants. The location is best served with a car or taxis if you are not up for the steep uphill walk. We were traveling with my elderly mother which made the commute impossible by foot. We rent a car every trip anyway to take day trips north to Sayulita and San Pancho and the location was convenient to jump on the 200 hwy. The bus stops right at the bottom of the hill if you want to use public transportation. Our only complaints were with the shopping service by the property manager. The list we provided weeks in advance was only partially provided and not there when we arrived as promised. Lastly, the parking spot is very small and tight with the other tenant parked there and made getting in and out challenging even for an experienced driver. Small annoyances with no impact on our trip. Overall if you want to be near downtown with a good vantage point to public transportation for day trips, in a well appointed, clean comfortable and adorable place, we highly recommend Rex’s place."

  • Dream vacation!

"Casa Romantica was everything we thought it would be and more! It is immaculately maintained and in a gorgeous, idyllic location. Karen, the owner, answered every question and provided SUCH helpful information about the villa and Puerto Vallarta. We also met the property manager Elba who was also lovely and helpful! There was a binder of information on the counter with literally everything you could ever want to know. There are two beautiful master suites on separate floors, which are private and comfortable (great beds!) and the infinity pool, hot tub, and beautiful balconies make it hard to leave! The kitchen has everything you could need. We took advantage of ordering groceries and it was so nice to arrive and have a fridge full of food. The location of the villa is great - you're an easy bus ride or taxi from everything; jaunts into town, to the botanic gardens, and lovely beaches!! Thanks for everything!!!"

  • Views & Location!!!!

"Our stay at Casa Daniel far surpassed our expectations! It is located in Old Town directly across the street from stairs that lead down to the Malecon (morning runs), Playa los Muertos (beach time), and the Zona Romantica (nightlife). For a less crowded and more quiet experience, the penthouse condo offers plenty of both indoor and outdoor living with unsurpassed views. We enjoyed many hours on the terrace overlooking the Bay of Banderas and incredible sunsets. The pool was also a nice way to cool off and take a break from the hustle and bustle on the beaches. Our favorite place to take in the gorgeous views was the rooftop terrace. Although it is open to all guests, it feels as if it is an extension of Casa Daniel's penthouse condo since it is the closest in proximity. Whether enjoying morning coffee, cooling off in the afternoon in the shallow soaking pool, or stargazing at night, the rooftop terrace is an extra special place to take in the already awe-inspiring view. Our only regret was that we had to leave... but we hope to be back soon!"
