  • Beautiful View, Comphy and Cozy, we had a WONDERFUL Stay!!

"Loved, loved, loved our stay in PH14! We have so many amazing memoiries with our family! We stayed for a whole amazing week. The staff we excelant and the restaurant served the BEST FOOD in town!! The kids ran back and forth from the beach to the pool everyday. It was so nice to have bathrooms in both rooms and a darling kitchen with everything we needed to make meals with. We even tried to put a puzzle together! Then bus stopped right in front of the condo and when we needed two van taxis for all 20 of us, the front desk men hooked us up!! Then night guards were so much fun. The little store was so helpful when we needed something, and I there's not enough words to say about the restaurant. It was wonderful to disconnect from our phones and life and hang out together as a family and with friends. Can't wait to stay again in Wendee's condo. AMAZING VIEWS!!! Her Communication was excellence and the condo was spot on perfection!!! Don't hesitate, Book a vacation today!!!"

"Just returned to rainy Seattle after a wonderful week in PV. We have been traveling down to this area of PV for about 10 years and love this location. This trip we had 3 couples and was looking for a larger unit. This condo fit all of our requirements, 3 large bedrooms ensuites(there is a 4th bedroom with a bunk bed and another ensuite) and large common areas. We were not disappointed. We arrived at our condo to the most inviting view which takes your breath away when you walk in after your travel day. A large deck with plenty of seating, couldn't wait to settle in. The condo was just like the pictures. Right on the beach, palm trees and a beautiful pool. Being on the first floor technically the 2nd floor make easy access to the beach/pool and easy trips with groceries from the front door. With our deck doors open and our ceiling fans, we had no need for the air conditioning. The kitchen although open was a little snug with more than 1-2 people working, it had everything we needed and by limiting the cooks in the kitchen, we found our rhythm. Being on vacation we don't really need a large kitchen. The large bedrooms/baths were clean and comfortable. Being a smaller building, 10 floors with 2 units each floor made the pool area enjoyable. We would always find a place to sit around the pool, no need to get up early just to get a seat. The beach is really beautiful although when we were there the waves were rather large and a little much for the average swimmer. However 2 buildings down is another beach much more accommodating for the average swimmer and snorkeler. Ursula was very easy to communicate with and was quick in responding to all my questions. I told her she needed more reviews so I'm following thru with my review. Thanks Ursula we really enjoyed your condo."

  • Amazing location for small/medium-sized wedding. Stunning views. We LOVED it!!!

"Villa Los Arcos is a dream. As soon as you walk in the door you immediately feel relaxed and at home. It was particularly hot when we stayed there in July, and we were handed cooled towels and offered margaritas immediately upon arrival. We had looked at the photos a million times during the planning of our wedding, and amazing as they are, they can't capture the lovely atmosphere and the scope of the magnificent view. Brooke, the owner, was very responsive to all of our wedding related questions, answering promptly and providing helpful suggestions. And we cannot sing the praises of the staff at the villa enough. Chuy's cooking was delicious and was tailored to various specific dietary needs, and Alfonso helped with EVERYTHING. He served food, offered drinks, interfaced with vendors coming for the wedding, set up tables/chairs/decorations, he even offered to go get his own amplifier when we were worried we wouldn't have one (but no need, the villa has one!), and all with a friendly smile and positive attitude. Our wedding had 42 guests, which fit perfectly. And our guests are still raving about the location. It can't be topped. We would highly recommend Villa Los Arcos for a beautiful destination wedding."

  • Great views and true Mexican architecture, but........

"We just returned from our stay at Villa Dos Angeles. Our family has been to PV many times but this was our first experience staying in a non-resort setting. While we had a GREAT vacation, there are a couple of things you should know prior to choosing this home. 1). The villa is located on the top of a hill. If you don't walk well, have knee problems, etc., don't choose this villa. If you walk in and out, there are a ton of stairs and cobblestone hills to go up. It is easier to climb up the steps from the bottom instead of going all of the way to the top and then down. 2). This Villa is not sealed up. If you don't like bugs, don't rent it. There are no-see-ums (vicious, biting almost invisible) all over the villa and the four of us were eaten up in our sleep. While we have encountered these before, mainly on the beach, we were not accustomed to having to wear bug repellent to bed at night! After waking up covered in red, itchy welts, we noticed that these bugs are everywhere. On the walls, the floors, the furniture, you name it. If you have small children, be aware that these bites are horrible and take weeks to go away. 3). There is a huge binder in the Villa that gives restaurant tips, etc. Some of it doesn't look to have been updated for quite sometime. One of the things that was sort of a bummer was that we were told that the beach at Garza Blanca had a poolside restaurant/bar that you could access while enjoying the beach. We grabbed towels, boogie boards and our wallet, only to find that the poolside restaurant is not available to anyone not staying at the resort. You can't even get a bottle of water! We did go back to the beach, however, hauling a cooler and everything else made it quite the production. Better to take a cab to town and enjoy one of the "beach clubs" at a local restaurant. We really enjoyed the freedom that staying in the Villa provided. We truly enjoyed trying many of the local restaurants and the ability to cook for ourselves as well."
