  • Two weeks in paradise

"You really won't want to leave the pool and deck overlooking the ocean. Comfortable and well equipped in every way. We didn't rent a car and found the buses were very easy to use to go downtown to eat and go grocery shopping. The one downside is that there are almost no restaurants or grocery shopping within walking distance, except for the restaurants (by the pool and inside) at Garza Blanca across the road. Beaches are marginal, but again, you won't want to leave the pool and deck. We ventured out to Mismaloya several times (great snorkeling, good beach and fun to watch the fishermen) and wished we had taken the boat to Yelapa (go to Mismaloya, the tours to other locations are cheaper than leaving from downtown). Everybody we worked with, from the owner, manager, housekeeper and pool guys, were friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the roof of the property on the other side of the pool was being repaired the last two days we were there. We would definitely come back here again."

  • Stunning accomodations

"My family stayed in this condo for our week vacation in Puerto Vallarta. I'm always apprehensive when renting accomodations for the first time, but when we walked into the condo, we all dropped our bags and zombie walked around the condo speechless - including my 15 year old son. We were stunned to see how amazing our home for the week was. Our favorite feature was the massive balcony with views of the ocean. Loved the way that all rooms opened to the balcony with multiple 10 foot foldaway doors that brought the outside in so you could enjoy ocean views from all rooms. The condo is decorated impeccably with beautiful art pieces and appointments you may not have even thought of. The balcony included a bar, dining table, bbq grill and chaise lounges. The kitchen was very well stocked and the beds were comfy. Also, the whole unit is filled with well cared for plants that makes you feel as though you are in an tropical oasis! If you have the opportunity to rent this condo, don't pass it up. You won't be sorry."

  • Spring Break for Grandchildren

"My wife and I took our two daughters, one son in law and four grandchildren (total 9) to this condo for the children's spring break. We are from Canada and my wife and I have visited Mexico numerous times. The condo was just as advertised and met our every expectation. Paloma, one of the concierges, who looks after the property met us when we arrived and helped us several times during our stay. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and eating in and we walked to nearby restaurants about half the time. The pools were great and each one is heated to a different temperature depending on what you feel like that day. Food from the restaurant on site was good and a nice treat on lazy afternoons. I hope the owners will continue to encourage the cleaning staff to leave unopened, unused items left by departing guests for the use by the new arriving guests. This helped us with some basics and some of the spices that were used for cooking. We left unopened liquor and such when we departed and hoped the new guests would see it as a welcoming gift. Especially the wine. Our children's spring break coincided with the Easter week in Mexico and the beach out front of the resort was busy, especially on the weekend. A lot of hustle and bustle with some noisy times if you were on the beach. We enjoyed the kiosks set up by the locals on the beach and the kids liked a lot of the activities. Some noise at night but if you turn on the fans in the bedrooms they acted well as white noise to help you fall asleep. Even the restaurant beside us who had bands seemed to close it's doors early for some reason. All in all, I would recommend this property to others. Lots of room and close to all the amenities."

  • Great Location with a Stunning View

"This unit met or exceeded all our expectations based on the listing. The unit has a great open concept layout that flows out to the balcony with a stunning view of Banderas Bay and it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy our morning coffee or a drink in the afternoon. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to spend our time in the Zona Romantica with walking access to Los Muertos Beach, and all the restaurants, shops, and attractions of Olas Altas, El Centro, and the Malecon. The kitchen, bathrooms, and furniture are modern and up to date with flat screen TVs and Wi-Fi. The bed in the master was very comfortable (we did not use the bunk beds). Since we stayed for a week, the in unit washer / dryer made it easy to get by with carryon luggage. The owners are as nice as can be, and provided all the info we needed as well as recommendations for restaurants nearby. The property manager is very friendly and met us at the appointed times for check in and check out. The housekeeper does a fantastic job - we felt like we were staying in a boutique hotel. We had a wonderful time staying at this property -- we would definitely come back and recommend it to our family and friends."
