  • Rob and Dan and the staff took great care of us!

"Besides this being a central apartment near Los Muertos Beach, it's quiet and green. And the staff - the "concierge" and la senora who cleaned - helped us out all the time - finding taxis, cleaning only when it was good for us, with water refills, and our general questions about the area, etc. It just felt so nice to have someone to speak to when you're a little unsure how things work. And the lovely green space and peacefulness of the apartment was a treat! Thanks, Rob and Dan. You were helpful and kind..."

  • A gem! What views!

"A group of friends and I stayed at Casa Ileana for five incredible days. I can't imagine staying at a hotel after this. Most incredible to me was the architecture and design combined with service and style. The weather is so perfect and free of insects the Casa's design is such that much of the social space is open to the outdoors. Event though the kitchen, dining room, fireplace seating is covered, there is no wall toward the pool and patio. As a bonus the pool and patio is private but still has incredible views. The bed rooms close off to the outside, but usually have doors that can open if you wish. Each also has access to an open (but private) space. The staff is professional and kind. I mentioned to a friend to remind me to buy some Diet Coke for the fridge. A staff member overheard this, and two hours later I noticed cold Diet Cokes in the fridge!"

  • A fine condo on Puerto Vallarta's south side, a great place to stay.

"A nice clean unit in a fine building on the beach. Convenient to a myriad of shops, restaurants, attractions, banks, ATMs, etc., all within easy walking distance. Also an easy walk to the Malecon. Have been staying there for a number of years and always look forward to the experience."

  • Wonderful condo right on the Malecon

"My best friend and I have stayed at this condo twice now, and we love it! The location just couldn't be any better, we can walk everywhere without taking taxis. The condo itself is comfortable, and has ceiling fans and room A/C (though we didn't need the A/C very much on this stay) The manager, Christina, picked us up at the airport and took us to the big grocery store for $30--totally worth it. It really saved us to be able to stock up on all the beverages, fruit, etc Quiet, even though right on the Malecon. We ate at the restaurant underneath at least once, and it was great (Vitae). We also used a tip from the owner, Jay, and purchased a day pass at Playa Los Arcos hotel, which cost us about $40 US, BUT the money spent was given back to us in a certificate to use for food and drinks. This way we had beach and pool access, service for drinks and food all day, great lounge chairs and shade umbrella, access to the very nice bathrooms and pools all day long, as well as beach towels. Very relaxing day. The pool on the rooftop of the condo was also great--nice chairs and shade also. We will definitely be back! (One note-I may bring my own pillowcase next time--the condo ones are clean but not as soft as I like.) Thanks again, Sue and Stacey"
