  • JUST AMAZING IN EVERY WAY!!

"My family and I arrived at Marty's condo and I have to say that it was everything and MUCH, MUCH more than I expected. I have been to Puerto Vallarta several times and have always stayed at all inclusive resorts, so I was a little skeptical about staying at a place where we would have to prepare meals etc, but the kitchen is so well stocked that we didn't mind at all preparing meals. With one trip to Costco and another to Wal Mart we had everything we needed for the entire week. An added bonus too is that they have luggage carts to put all the groceries on to make things extremely easy after a trip to the store. The views are just breathtaking and the condo is SO beautiful and spacious and after the week was over we truly wish we had booked for two weeks because we were not ready to head home, but for the future we know!! I highly recommend booking this little piece of paradise! You will be SO glad you did! My mom and I cannot quit talking about it since we have been back. A HUGE thank you to you Marty and your beautiful family for allowing us to partake in this little piece of paradise! :) Terre San Diego"

  • Spring Break for Grandchildren

"My wife and I took our two daughters, one son in law and four grandchildren (total 9) to this condo for the children's spring break. We are from Canada and my wife and I have visited Mexico numerous times. The condo was just as advertised and met our every expectation. Paloma, one of the concierges, who looks after the property met us when we arrived and helped us several times during our stay. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and eating in and we walked to nearby restaurants about half the time. The pools were great and each one is heated to a different temperature depending on what you feel like that day. Food from the restaurant on site was good and a nice treat on lazy afternoons. I hope the owners will continue to encourage the cleaning staff to leave unopened, unused items left by departing guests for the use by the new arriving guests. This helped us with some basics and some of the spices that were used for cooking. We left unopened liquor and such when we departed and hoped the new guests would see it as a welcoming gift. Especially the wine. Our children's spring break coincided with the Easter week in Mexico and the beach out front of the resort was busy, especially on the weekend. A lot of hustle and bustle with some noisy times if you were on the beach. We enjoyed the kiosks set up by the locals on the beach and the kids liked a lot of the activities. Some noise at night but if you turn on the fans in the bedrooms they acted well as white noise to help you fall asleep. Even the restaurant beside us who had bands seemed to close it's doors early for some reason. All in all, I would recommend this property to others. Lots of room and close to all the amenities."

  • March 2016

"Just returned to rainy Seattle after a wonderful week in PV. We have been traveling down to this area of PV for about 10 years and love this location. This trip we had 3 couples and was looking for a larger unit. This condo fit all of our requirements, 3 large bedrooms ensuites(there is a 4th bedroom with a bunk bed and another ensuite) and large common areas. We were not disappointed. We arrived at our condo to the most inviting view which takes your breath away when you walk in after your travel day. A large deck with plenty of seating, couldn't wait to settle in. The condo was just like the pictures. Right on the beach, palm trees and a beautiful pool. Being on the first floor technically the 2nd floor make easy access to the beach/pool and easy trips with groceries from the front door. With our deck doors open and our ceiling fans, we had no need for the air conditioning. The kitchen although open was a little snug with more than 1-2 people working, it had everything we needed and by limiting the cooks in the kitchen, we found our rhythm. Being on vacation we don't really need a large kitchen. The large bedrooms/baths were clean and comfortable. Being a smaller building, 10 floors with 2 units each floor made the pool area enjoyable. We would always find a place to sit around the pool, no need to get up early just to get a seat. The beach is really beautiful although when we were there the waves were rather large and a little much for the average swimmer. However 2 buildings down is another beach much more accommodating for the average swimmer and snorkeler. Ursula was very easy to communicate with and was quick in responding to all my questions. I told her she needed more reviews so I'm following thru with my review. Thanks Ursula we really enjoyed your condo."
