  • Excellent vacation property!

"The resort itself is wonderful. It was quiet and relaxing. The location on the beach is perfect you can walk either way and you can walk for miles. The view from this condo was the best out of all three that our party rented this year. We are a family of four consisting of two teenagers who spent an off a lot of time in the condo. It was reassuring to know that I was just minutes away whether I was at the pool or on the beach. This way all four of us had our perfect holiday. It was hassle free to move in and out of this condo. It is obvious that the owner takes great pride in her property. Unfortunately we needed a hospital in the middle of the night and were unable to phone out or phone to the front desk. The staff at the security gate or more than helpful. It turns out I didn't need help because the hospital was right across the street and we were there and back within an hour. We saved a great deal of money walking down to the mall many evenings and picking up subs or McDonald's. A few times we did that and dropped it off at the condo for the kids and then headed to a nice sitdown restaurant for the adults. We also saved a lot of money making piña coladas up in our kitchen and bringing them down to the pool. And if we were too lazy to do the three minute walk back to the condo the prices at the bar were cheap. We cannot wait to go back!"

  • Awesome Vacation Condo

"If you read all the previous reviews, everything about this place is as described! I had a hard time coming up with things to add. My family and I had a great time here and you will too. A word that comes to mind is flexibility. You can hang out at the Grand Mayan resort, or if you want the peace and quiet, lounge at the Seibel pool. You practically have it all to yourselves. I'm looking forward to coming back here in the future. Stay here, you won't be disappointed!"

  • Great stay at Villa La Estancia

"Just returned from seven days in Nuevo Vallarta and had a wonderful time. Stayed in a 2 bdr/3bth and it was perfect - huge bedrooms and the bath in the master was almost as large, complete with jet tub. The full size kitchen was much needed as we skipped the all-inclusive option at the resort (by the way, we ate and drank to our hearts content everywhere we went, and didn't come close to the cost of what the all-inclusive would have cost us, not to mention the variety of eating at different places). For us, the highlight of the unit was the terrace and location of the unit itself, within the resort. The terrace was massive with three ceiling fans and the ability for sun/shade at most times of the day, and overlooked the pool. The unit was also very close to the beach which allowed us to keep the screen doors open and hear the ocean while we slept. As for location, it was a 90 second walk to the pool and just 2 minutes to the sister property, Flamingos; this essentially doubled the functional size of the resort with twice the pool, beach, and restaurant options - and, this is exclusive to Villa residents only, as Flamingos guests cannot utilize the Villa grounds. So, you can always choose between a quiet or more lively resort environment. The last comments I'll make are around the location of the resort itself, within the Puerto Vallarta area. First off, you're at the north end of Nuevo Vallarta which makes it perhaps the most quiet stretch of NV - very few if any beach peddlers - yet just a 10 min drive to central NV. The resort is also just a 10 and 15 minute drive to central Bucerias and La Cruz respectively; check out both towns, as they both have charming, unique qualities and great restaurant options - and a much more traditional feel than PV or NV. Sayulita is a must and just a 35 min drive. Finally, PV is 20-25 min. depending on where you're headed. So, VLE is an ideal central location to many different towns. Again, a great unit, resort, and destination experience - we'll be back!"
