  • Extremelly beautiful view and beach!!!

"The condo was very nice, clean and comefortable. The view is amazing from the 8th. floor. We also enjoyed the beach which is beautiful. You can take long walks on the beach and swim in the warm water mostly all the year round. Cherie Williams, the owner, is a very kind and helpfull person. She had a very welcoming talk to me when I spoke to her by the phone to ask her some questions. The Administration Office in Playa Royale is very well organize and helpfull. It is very easy and secure to make payments by the HomeAway System that the owners have. We are looking forward to coming back very soon!!!!"

  • Relaxing and restful

"The condo was wonderful. Beautiful view, fully furnished and all of the kitchen equipment we needed to cook! The washing machine/dryer was a bit annoying as it was one of those 2 in one and it took forever to dry clothes. But that is a very minor detail. The owners were so pleasant to work with, we felt safe at the condo and patti was great. The one thing I would recommend is a safe at the condo to put Passports. We didn't have a problem, but for some reason it gives you a better sense of security when leaving your passport etc...Overall, great experience. Thank you!"

  • Perfect VRBO for first time to Nuevo Vallarta

"We can't say enough good things about this property. We went over Christmas break for a much needed vacation and the two bedroom condo was the right fit for our 4 person family. Nestled in between other larger resorts, the resort is on the beach and big enough to meet all a families needs - two large pools, Jacuzzi, poolside palapas for breakfast, lunch and fun beverages - but small enough that you didn't have the crowd that you saw on the beach down the way. The condo is located on the second floor accessible by one flight of stairs or an elevator. When you arrive, it's like walking in your house and knowing everything you need is there - all the appropriate kitchen items including spices and condiments. There are plenty of towels and linens. The number of beach towels is especially important if you are going to spend time on the beach every day. Two boogie boards were there for riding the waves in. Our kids spent most of their time at the beach on in the pools. One of our favorite things about the property was the poolside palapas. Oscar and his family run this small bar and grill. We'd venture out of the resort for dinners but most of the time, breakfast and lunch were had at the palapas. Prices were very good and the menu had enough variety to keep you interested. And if Oscar asks you if you want Green Juice for breakfast, you ought to try it. It was very good. We've stayed in a lot of different VRBOs all over the US with great success but Jewel really takes extra care of you and this was appreciated as it was our first time to PV. There is an extensive binder with recommendations for restaurants and shopping and you should pay attention to things that are highlighted. Bucerias is just a short taxi ride away and there is plenty of shopping, eating and galleries to occupy a full day. For us, this vacation was about sitting by the beach and getting a much needed rest. Everything we needed was right there without fighting crowds or obnoxious people. The only caveat is that the WIFI is really lacking. Jewel and I discussed it and you can work around it if it's important to you. It was our only negative about the trip and it seems trivial to bring it up but if you have to do some work online while you are there, you might get frustrated. Nonetheless, we'd go back and stay there again in a heartbeat. Thanks Jewel for your hospitality."
