  • Excellent Time!

"We just got back from a week stay at the Luxxe booked with Scott and Lacy. We had a 2 bedroom villa. We went over spring break with our 15 year old and 12 year old. Everyone loved the property. We literally never left the property except to go to and from the airport. The rooms are very large and well kept. We were in Tower 4 which at first seemed far away, but we ended up liking the building. It has a nice pool right in front of it. While the property is large, it takes about 5 minutes to walk from Building 4 to 1. We walked everywhere and nothing was more than 10 minutes away. We have gone to Hawaii a dozen times and Mexico several. This was our first time to Mexico that was not all-inclusive. We treated it as all-inclusive never leaving the property, eating and drinking poolside (11-3 is 2 for 1 daily happy hour!), buying food and alcohol at the market, ordering room service and going out for dinner. It ended up costing us less then other all inclusive properties, and substantially less than Hawaii. The other upside is we (and all of the guests) didn't seem to overindulge as seen on some all-inclusive properties. (There are meal plans one can buy from the concierge). The property is very well kept and the staff is fantastic. Some Mexican resorts you get overwhelmed at the beach by vendors and at the front desk with timeshares. Not here. There was a central vendor location on the beach and one had to reach out to find-out about timeshare options. Even though it was spring break and essentially sold out, it never felt that way. There are so many pools that there was room for all. While the main Mayan pool was very busy, we would sometimes show up at 11 at a Luxxe pool and find plenty of seating. The property also had a broad mix of college students, to young families, to older families to Age 55+ with everyone seeming to enjoy themselves. Scott and Lacy were great. They promptly respond to my questions, assisted us finding the right room type for my family, provide insight into on property activities and meals. It was about as seamless as it gets. We highly recommend booking with Scott and Lacy and staying at the Luxxe."

  • Great experience at an exceptional resort.

"Jay was very easy to work with and very accommodating. The spa tower is truly a 5 diamond experience. The staff goes above and beyond to meet your every need. We spent 7 days on the property and never felt bored or the need to leave the resort."

  • Perfect Getaway for our Family Reunion

"We can't say enough about our amazing stay at the Grand Luxxe (platinum status) in Riviera Maya for our family reunion. The resort and room provided everything we needed to relax (and entertain our 2 and 4 year olds!), with everything provided to cook our own meals or go out and enjoy the many restaurants onsite. Some of our favorite features - maid service twice a day exceeding expectations, fully equipped luxury kitchen, never ending pools with swim up bars, casual restaurants on the beach for easy dining with kids, secluded beach cabanas and pool only for Grand Luxxe guest (with walk up food/drink service), the exceptional platinum service, Luxxe Spa, golf and so much more. The owner is very responsive and was very knowledgeable in recommending the best local excursions and places to eat. We've already booked our next trip for December, this time to Nuevo Vallarta!"

  • Perfect week away for large family. Property with wonderful amenities. Owner is great to deal with

"We just returned from a fabulous week at this wonderful property in Nuevo Vallarta. We were a group of 13 in the 4 bdrm unit, ages ranged from 15-69. My sister and I have booked many time shares over the years and we really like the amenities of this property. It is pretty close to the airport which makes for a less hectic travel day. We have been to this resort 3 times but this was the first time at the Luxxe Residence club. The unit was breathtaking. I had actually considered renting a second 2 bedroom unit because I didn't want to be crowded; I'm so glad I didn't. By the time my kids all confirmed they were able to join us the 2 bedrooms were gone. The unit is so spacious that we never felt crowded. It is definitely as nice or better than the pictures displayed. We spent many evenings on the extra large patio with the entire group having a good time. We had dinner at the Azur, Ameca Social Club, Quinto & Tramonto. We enjoyed all of them. Ameca was in our building, so we enjoyed it 3 times over the week. Everyone loved their meals, and there was so much too choose from, we all wanted to go back. The staff treat you really well.We went to the Walmart for some supplies on the first day (beverages, snacks and breakfast items), anything else we needed we purchased from the local shop at the Plaza which is very well stocked. The crepes and the smoothies at the Plaza were regularly enjoyed by our group. Jason the owner was so pleasant to deal with. He is always so responsive. I've already sent him a note to inquiry about a future booking. We cant wait till our next visit."
