  • Incredible stay!

"My family had the opportunity to stay at 103 El Encando over this past Spring Break. Leading up to the trip, the owner Brian was extremely responsive and informative. The unit far exceeded our expectations with amazing views, tasteful decor and plenty of indoor / outdoor space. The grounds within the Punta Mita community were pristine to include the newly opened Kupuri Clubhouse which was fantastic. Overall, we had such a great time that we're already discussing another trip for 2018. Thank You Brian and to your concierge Giovanni for such a wonderful trip!"

  • Spring Break 2017

"Great property. Giovanni was great and so was cleaning lady. Would only recommend a safe be added, otherwise loved every bit of the property. Look forward to returning and telling my friends."

  • Fabulous Stay!!

"My husband & I enjoyed five days at John's condo in the El Anclote complex in mid March. El Anclote is a small condo complex consisting of five 3 story buildings. John and Molly's is a corner unit on the top floor with wonderful views of the ocean from the terrace. The unit is nicely furnished (it is even better in real life than in the photos) and generously equipped with all the necessities for a vacation stay. The master bedroom king bed is wonderfully comfortable, the bathroom towels thick and fluffy. The location could not have been better - a short 1/2 block down the hill to the 'main street' of one end of Punta Mita with a few shops and a varied array of restaurants and budgets to choose from. This is also where one goes to launch a paddle board for water activities. Or, if one turns up the hill, there are also restaurants, some markets, a great coffee shop, and various shops to poke into. Castro, the guard at the entry gate, is wonderfully personable and makes sure that the complex is safe. John could not have been more helpful and prompt with his communication and his instructions. We exchanged several emails and he was always 'on it' with information about paddling or biking in the area or whatever we needed to know. We were most grateful for his comprehensive replies. We actually own a house and spend the winter months in a town about an hour north of Punta Mita, but staying at John's was a true vacation for us and we hope to repeat the experience next year. Thank you, John and Molly!!"
