  • Incredible vacation in an incredible location.

"We spent a week in this beautiful penthouse with two families over spring break. The four bedrooms and large living and kitchen area was more then enough for four adults and four kids. The pictures don't do justice as to how nice the accommodations are and how great the views are from the large balcony. The town of Punta Mita is unbelievable. This was our first trip there and we loved it so much that we will not be going back to Cabo where we usually visit once or twice a year. There are numerous restaurants and shops all in walking distance and there is no need for a car. We fealt very safe and allowed our children age 13-15 to walk down to the beach on their own. There is plenty of surf and different breaks for all ages and ability right out front. When staying here you also get the privilege of using the concierge at The Hotel Cinco across the street. They will arrange everything from airport transfers to surfboard rentals and golf t-times. If you want to stay in a great place with great restaurants and beaches this is the place for you. The town and place is perfect for families and those looking for the experience of old Mexico with an updated flair. Don't waste your money and stay at the Four Seasons or St. Regis right next door. I can't say enough how much we enjoyed ourselves on our trip and we will be going back again in October!!"

  • Perfect venue for a relaxing, mellow, comfortable stay.

"My husband and I spent ten days at this condo back in April and we wish we could be there now! The top floor allowed for great views off the back deck where we lingered over coffee and made our surf plans for the day. The kitchen was nicely appointed with supplies that allowed us to cook most of our meals. The furniture was all clean and comfortable. The washer/dryer was super convenient. The pool was clean and refreshing. All of the employees were friendly, conscientious, and gracious as we worked hard to speak Spanish. Internet was fast and reliable. We liked that there was no tv. We would definitely stay there again. The condo complex is very safe and centrally located for surfing, paddle boarding, and a short walk to sandy beaches. We thought that punta mita was a great place to spend time and we found the bus travel to be super easy."

  • No reason to stay at a resort with a house like this

"This was our second time staying at this lovely home and it has everything you could as for and if you find you need something, all you have to do is ask. You want to take Arnoldo and Luisa home with their delicious cooking and the hospitality and attentiveness of the rest of the staff who are there to make sure you relax and enjoy. Great fit for our group of 12 that included kids/teens - something for everyone whether you want to sit around the pool and have a refreshing michelada (and attempt to read) or explore the area on land or sea. Staying at this home truly made our time in Punta Mita a Christmas to remember."

  • Perfect for families and surfers, spacious and peaceful

"Me and my teenage daughters came during the off season (August) and were happy to find that villas olas was all the reviews had said it was! Lisa was down to earth, friendly and very helpful. Our place had more than enough room. Lisa had just about everything you needed for the beach so I'd recommend checking in with her before overfilling your suitcases. I was sad to learn that her partner does not stay there from June - August, but Lisa provided plenty of surf information. As expected, the surf was not too great due to the time of the year, but I still managed to catch a few waves in warm beautiful waters. We got an exciting taste of thunder and lightening while we were there, which was just enough to enjoy as it lit up the sky at night, but did not in any way spoil our time there. Fresh, delicious coffee every morning. A complete kitchen if you do plan on budgeting and staying in. A small market within walking distance. The beach within walking distance in a much less populated, beautiful area of punta de mita! A beautiful restaurant blocks away and shopping stores plus more restaurants a couple blocks past that. A nice homely feel. I highly recommend villas olas and will be back if I can!"
