  • Amazing trip

"We spent a week in this condo and everything was perfect. The location was perfect, the water is beautiful, and surf was superb. Great place to learn to ride as well as for those experienced. The condo had all the amenities of home plus a beautiful pool and beach out the front door. Sunrise with a coffee on the deck every morning. The town was safe to walk around and offered great food as well. We will be back but next time for two weeks."

  • What a find!

"We had the pleasure of staying in Jerry's beautiful condo for a week and wished we could have stayed longer. It is HUGE and beautiful. Wonderful location right on the beautiful, endless white sand beach. Great swimming, gentle enough for kids with just the right amount of waves for boogie boards and floaties. A wonderful quiet oasis compared to busy, overcrowded Sayulita. The condo has comfy beds in huge King bedrooms. Plenty of privacy for families and couples. The whole condo is beautifully maintained and furnished. The kitchen is fantastic with gas stove and all the dishes and gadgets you could need. Good wifi and it was handy having the washer and dryer. The veranda and pool area is lovely, though we did spend most of our time on the beautiful beach. Lots of stores nearby to pick up what you need for meals. Explore off the main strip for yummy and cheaper dinner options though there are lots of places to splurge too. Jerry answers your questions quickly and the property manager Alejandra met us for a tour and to get us set up. She's friendly and speaks perfect English. We loved our stay and can't wait to come back. Book it. You won't be disappointed!"

  • Our stay at Cariza

"Soft is a word I use to describe Cariza, everyone should at one time walk up the entrance and enter the front door to start enjoying Cariza as gifts. The decoration is beautiful bringing forth old Mexican art work for the floors and walls. Climb the stairs and the comfort begins, a lovely kitchen to serve from, an indigenous wood dinning table to serve meals, large enough for family and guests. Then settle into comfortable chairs and couches with interesting views looking both ways. But, what makes it all work is a lovely team (Victor) the gardener, (Victor Jr.) the maintenance man and Lopita, a hands on great keeper of the house and when evening descends it's just a little distance to many wonderful eating places. Our time at Cariza is so enjoyable. We like the mornings watching the sunrise over Banderas Bay and listening to the birds chatting and sometimes screaming their presence. In the evenings we see wonderful sunsets from the other side of the house, and later enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub watching the lights and boats on the bay."

  • Gwest

"I booked the house immediately after talking to the owners. They are so nice and accommodating, everything they described about the house, staff, location was perfect! The home is a playground for a family wishing to relax by the pool or exploring the beach, or playing in the private spacious meticously manicured grounds. We we greatest upon arrival with cool towels, delicious guacamole and chips and a fridge stocked with beer, snacks and everything we could expect. Needless to say we were very impressed. Belén the concierge is a gen and works her magic for every reservation, surfboard delivery, beach club recommendations you name it she knows it and gets it done with a smile! Salina the House chef /cook prepared the best breakfasts and lunches 8 hungry surfing buddies could imagine. She was our MVP! He surf spot El Faro is down the private trail below the house and the point is a 4 min walk. The rooms are huge, private and very well appointed! We are definitely going back next fall!"
