  • Love love love!!

"Amazing 10 days in paradise with my family. The unit is clean comfortable right on the beach. Perfect swell right out front for the kid to catch some fun waves. Also took a panga for a trip to some other local surf spots thru Mictlan surf school which was great. The pool is perfect and we got good use out of the BBQ down there too. We finally got a chance to really unwind down there we can't wait to get back! We walked around the streets and along the beach at night time and never felt nervous. All the locals are very friendly and so are the dogs! There are so many good reastaurants every place we tried was delicious. We wish we could of had more time just to try more food!! I recommend Donna's units we stayed in the 3 bedroom and it's huge. My favorite part was falling asleep to the sound of the waves crashing below. Thanks Donna!!"

  • Fantastic Gem in Punta Mita

"Let me start with, we usually travel to Punta Mita without kids and stay at the St. Regis. Nothing compares to that so we did not have high expectations. This time we were two families of four adults and five kids here over spring break and all was just right! Starting with our hostess, Monica, who helped us book the stay, answered numerous questions and was available during the entire stay. She was great! The home itself has every amenity you could want from ample indoor and outdoor space (plenty of room for kids and adults to spread out), access to many pools (including personal plunge pool) and several beach clubs, to our own personal golf cart to drive around all week. Add in daily housekeeping and what more can you ask for. There is also concierge service available though another company (Mita Residential) which we used, but it was rather expensive (they add 30% to your total for taxes and service charges) so next time we will make grocery and chef arrangements ourselves now that we have a lay of the land there which is quite easy. Although this home was a little tired (upstairs loft carpet was dirty and construction going on in nearby buildings), I would still recommend this home when traveling with kids. It's the best value inside the gates that sleeps up to 15!"

  • Fabulous Room with a View

"We loved this place! We brought our kids ages 16 and 23 and they agree. The pool and beach are out of this world! The condo itself is stunning. Our only regret is not getting a golf cart to travel around and listening to Donna and Letty about stopping at the Mega before arriving. We are now in a beachfront in Sayulita and all the kids talk about is how nice Punta de Mita was. We will most definitely return!"

  • Paradise

"We just spent 8 days in Casa Litibu for a family beach vacation. First of all Bonnie, the owner is really nice to work with and so patient and really prompt in answering questions. Casa Litibú is wonderfully situated in a lush garden with beautiful flowers and tropical plants on a green hill overlooking the beach and sea. Where should I start to tell what we loved most. To begin with, there's so much space in and around the house, we were 7, but there was always a quiet spot if someone wanted some privacy. It was so nice to change from one terrace to another during the day and get better and better views as one moved up a level. Being on the top terrace and looking over the sea and mountains made us feel in paradise. Likewise, opening the room door to the balcony after waking up and just hear the sound of the see and the birds singing, while looking at the beautiful surroundings had the same affect. We had Ricardo and Jessica prepare dinner for us the first two days which felt so luxurious, since they also prepared the table and washed the dishes. Both are very nice and helpful. Even so, the kitchen is so well equipped that we felt invited to cook ourselves. It was really fun to go out and buy our food, even though it was almost a day trip. But buying a super fresh piece of tuna in the beautiful marina and fish market of La Cruz de Huanacaxtle is really worth it. Besides that we spent the first 5 days or so just in and around the house, swimming in the sea, cooling off in the pool, and relaxing. The beach is so close by and we could see our children play on the beach from the terrace. It was very hot, so having the pool, sea and airconditioning in the bedrooms was absolutely a must. The last days we wanted some action and Ricardo was very helpful to get us a discount. There is a lot to do in the area, canopy, horseriding, ATV riding, fishing, surfing, other beaches to explore, etc. We had rented a car, but even if you wouldn't have, Ricardo told us that the companies that organise all these activities can pick you up. We were so happy and relaxed in casa Litibu that we didn't want to leave. If you want to feel in paradise, secluded from overrun places, this is the house for you. We would definitely love to come back."
