"I can't really add too much more to what has already been written. We had an unbelievably relaxing vacation staying at Villa Clavellinas. Our extended family group ranged in age from 22 to 90. My mother-in-law was the eldest and had no problems scampering up and down the stairway from the house to the beach. During our stay we surfed, fished, kayaked, hiked, ran, and went sightseeing. There was also plenty of time to relax on the premises to read, write, and look over the ocean. We hired cooks for our entire visit and feasted like royalty. The food was incredible from shrimp rellenos, chicken enchiladas, huevos rancheros, fresh salsas, mariscos, margaritas, guacamole, and chips. The cocineras were fun and a pleasure to be with. San Pancho is roughly 30 minutes away, Sayulita perhaps an additional 10 minutes. It was nice to head into town periodically to shop and experience the culture but it was nice driving back through the jungle to have the seclusion of the Villa. As I mentioned before, our stay was very relaxing. I slept like a rock, lulled to sleep every evening by crashing waves. I would return to Villa Clavellinas in a heartbeat."

"We absolutely loved our stay in this condo. It had everything we needed. Gorgeous views of the propery including the pool and ocean. With the large open concept slide away windows it felt like we were right outside. Lots of space for four or five people. The unit is central to town, beaches, mini groceries, and all restaurants. Room for parking although you don't need a car. The bus loop is right up the street. Would stay here again."

"You have done such a nice job renovating your condo, we love the new paint colors, the super comfy beds and big duvets, the great furniture and the new kitchen! Wow- it looks so nice.
Plus we love how Nitta is a quieter building, with only the 50 or so units and most condos are very quiet older people, so there is no loud noises or parties at night. Plus everyone is so friendly.
All you do is walk out the back gate to the beach, and that is s a huge bonus, we only carried our beach chairs a few times, otherwise we stopped at ETC Beach club and enjoyed the beach and sand from there, it was fun and cheap."

"Stayed here in July and had a great time. Kitchen is well equipped pots, pans, blender, microwave, dishes etc.
Plenty of room for 5 ppl more if needed.
Beautiful gardens ate a couple mangos off the tress and the kids got a kick out of the iguanas sunning on the roof. We enjoyed sitting in the hammock and watching the evening storms.
The wifi did not work the whole trip so plan accordingly if that's really important to you. The kids thought it was more important than we did.
There Are coffee shops, liquor stores, little stops for ice cream or food within a few hundred feet in most any direction... The central part of town is 3-5 blocks away a wonderful beach for swimming two blocks away."
