  • Beautiful, Clean, Comfortable and Accomodating

"My girlfriend and I recently returned from Mexico where we stayed for 10 days. Four of the nights we stayed here at PM Litibu and absolutely loved it. The beach was the cleanest we found in all of Punta Mita and practically empty. You have to drive down a crappy dirt road to get to the property and local landowners don't want to fix the road because it keeps things private there. I assure you it does. Your car is always locked within the property gates and is completely safe. I never felt that our car was unsafe anywhere we were, but here it was the safest. Sergio and Alejandra will be your hosts and you couldn't ask for two people to be any more genuine, kind and helpful. They made my girlfriend and I feel totally at home and completely cared for. We had a car so it was easy for us to come and go as we pleased. Sergio gave us his cell phone number and we called him anytime we were coming back and he opened the gate for us. No matter what time, he was always there to help. We didn't do any cooking as we wanted to experience the restaurants, but the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to whip up great meals in your room. I can't say enough good things about this place. I put a video on facebook that I took from the pool with the view of the ocean and of the building because it was all that stunning. Sergio and Alejandra were so helpful when my girlfriend got sick and also when she tweaked her knee surfing. Sergio gave her a hot pack so she could apply heat after the cold packs one day. Genuinely amazing people. If you want to party with a bunch of people, go to Sayulita. If you want to relax with the people you are traveling with, come here. Thank you Sergio and Alejandra for being so good to us. We look forward to the next time we stay with you. Also, ask to rent the kayaks or have Sergio's son give you a guided tour and take you to the best snorkeling spot around."

  • Loved it!

"We absolutely loved our stay in this condo. It had everything we needed. Gorgeous views of the propery including the pool and ocean. With the large open concept slide away windows it felt like we were right outside. Lots of space for four or five people. The unit is central to town, beaches, mini groceries, and all restaurants. Room for parking although you don't need a car. The bus loop is right up the street. Would stay here again."

  • Great family vacation!

"The condo was clean and pleasant. The property manager was quick and responsive and easily arranged a driver from and to the airport including a stop at the grocery store and lunch in Puerto Vallarta on the way to the airport home. Easy walk into town with lots of restaurants. Good beach. Loved the pizza place across the street."

  • Paradise on the beach

"This is the best place my husband and I have ever stayed. It is unusual to be able to stay in a place that feels so secluded yet is only minutes away from excellent restaurants and shopping and recreational activities, and with access to Puerto Vallarta. The house is a great base for exploring the area; however, it is so comfortable we did not want to leave. We loved being right on the ocean and having the beach in the back yard, falling to sleep to the soothing rhythm of the waves, seeing the green fields across the street.. I loved that there were fields of green across the road and that there was a nearby bluff with another fabulous view. Photos do not do it justice. Philip and Susan have created a lovely retreat filled with folk art and Mexican art and many thoughtful touches. Just one example is that one side of the pool is shaded in the morning, which made it possible to spend more time in the water. Another is the many beautiful windows framing postcard views. With upstairs porches on two sides and a patio overlooking the ocean, there are many outdoor "rooms." Susan and Philip are knowledgeable about the area and we appreciated their excellent suggestions for places to eat and shop and things to do in the area. I would recommend this property for several couples, one or more families traveling with their children, multiple generations, a group of women. We will definitely be back."
