  • The Real Simpson's

"We stayed at Villa Koi August 6th to the 14th of August. You can assume by the pictures that is going to be a great place. There is no way that you can prepare for what you actually receive. The house is exquisite, each room is a stand alone master suite, far enough from each one as not to hear anything but the water crashing on the beach. We brought 10 family members that ranged in age from 6mos. to 65 yrs. There was plenty to do in Punta Mita without ever having to go to Puerto Vallarta. The real question would be why would you ever go out to eat? Our adult children went out one night for an anniversary dinner and said it was very good but not near as good as Lucy's cooking. No one ever went out again for dinner. Ron and Marriete have built an oasis that is like paradise. There just is no way to adequately describe how wonderful Villa Koi is. Now the real surprise of the property. Javier, Lucy, Marcos, and Eli. You will never need for anything not groceries or drinks or great breakfasts, lunches and dinner. We are already looking at dates for 2017 that we can return. Thanks to all that made the getaway such an unimaginable experience."

  • Our stay at Cariza

"Soft is a word I use to describe Cariza, everyone should at one time walk up the entrance and enter the front door to start enjoying Cariza as gifts. The decoration is beautiful bringing forth old Mexican art work for the floors and walls. Climb the stairs and the comfort begins, a lovely kitchen to serve from, an indigenous wood dinning table to serve meals, large enough for family and guests. Then settle into comfortable chairs and couches with interesting views looking both ways. But, what makes it all work is a lovely team (Victor) the gardener, (Victor Jr.) the maintenance man and Lopita, a hands on great keeper of the house and when evening descends it's just a little distance to many wonderful eating places. Our time at Cariza is so enjoyable. We like the mornings watching the sunrise over Banderas Bay and listening to the birds chatting and sometimes screaming their presence. In the evenings we see wonderful sunsets from the other side of the house, and later enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub watching the lights and boats on the bay."

  • Fabulous Spring Break!

"Had an amazing stay in Punta Mita. We had two families in the villa - in total, 4 adults and 5 children ranging in age from 11 - 17. The villa itself was great - more than enough room. Loved the outside living area and spent most of our time at the house outside. Aracelli and Angie became like part of our family! The breakfasts every morning were special. Patty (the concierge) was a great help. And Lisa and Miquel helped us plan an unforgettable vacation. Punta Mita itself was great. The facilities were all top notch. Loved Kupuuri beach club as well as the Four Seasons area. And took advantage of the restaurants on the beach in Punta Mita - great food and drink at a reasonable price! Hope to be back there again soon!"

  • Villa Lunada

"As you enter Villa Lunada you are greeted by a gurgling fountain and a view through the entire house to the Bay of Banderas. The villa is open and cheery. Just a few steps down to one of the best surfing areas. The accommodations are amazing - the master suite has a gym, living area, bedroom area and a spectacular view from the tub in the bathroom. There are two other bedrooms and a great room for teenagers with beds, a living area and bathroom away from the adults! The beautiful sunrises greet you every morning. Daily maid service is provided and breakfast and lunch are included. A chef is at your disposal for dinner if you choose to eat in or you can go to one of the restaurants in the village or at the beach club where you can view the great sunsets. Punta de Mita is just a 45 minute drive from Puerto Vallarta. For recreation, you can zip line, take a boat through the jungle, or swim with the dolphins and of course paddle board, kayak and surf - something for everybody."
