  • Amazing

"This is one of the finest homes that I have stayed in and we have stayed in the best. We were there with 4 other couples and were taken care of like Kings. The Food, the staff, the house, the drinks, the sunsets, and the rooms were all spectacular You can't lose with this one. Right on the Pacific and lots of activities. Also laundry done every night among other great surprises"

  • Beautiful Condo and Memorable Vacation

"We invited our son and his girlfriend to spend a few days with us on vacation. We spent weeks going through all the various condo offerings in Punta Mita, and eventually selected this property. We made an excellent choice. The condo is exactly as pictured in VRBO, the views from the huge balcony are amazing, and the beach was literally a step away from the pool area. We could not have been more pleased. The pool and ocean were so warm, it was like sitting in the bath at home. There are numerous little "tienditas" (mini-stores) for all your needs within a couple short blocks. Even a "tortilla" stand a couple short blocks away. The town was a short 5 minute walk from the unit, although we ended up eating most meals in the condo. You can't go wrong with this unit. Thanks to the Edwards for making this a great and memorable stay."

  • Fantastic location in a fantastic town

"The condo is fantastic - spacious, tastefully decorated, and with an absolutely perfect location. We traveled around the area a bit (had dinner at one of the nearby resort-restaurants, visited Sayulita, Bucerias, and La Cruz de Huanacaxtle) and always came back preferring Punta de Mita. Fantastic beach. String of super-tasty restaurants. Numerous little markets for groceries (in case you don't feel like going all the way out to the Mega). And the complex's pool is perfect for when you don't feel like going all the way down to the beach (in other words, in case you only want to walk 10 feet instead of 20). Before we got there, we did wonder what it would be like to have a shared pool right outside our windows. We did not find it a problem in any way whatsoever. Granted, it was slow season, so there was only one or two other groups using it (I think up to 6 have access)... but it's so bright outside, you can't see into the darker interior of the condo. Or, there are semi-transparent curtains you can draw... or full-on non-transparent curtains. Whatever your comfort level, you'll be able to be comfortable. Meanwhile, being able to walk out your sliding door and into a pool that overlooks a great beach is pretty priceless. Finally... the on-site management is handled by the excellent Carmen. She was very relaxed and helpful. She provides a grocery-pick-up service, so we came to the condo with stuff already in the fridge. She put us in contact with a reliable taxi driver to get us to the condo and back to the airport. She coordinates cleaning crews. It's just good to have someone like that available for questions. All in all... really tough to beat!"

  • The Real Simpson's

"We stayed at Villa Koi August 6th to the 14th of August. You can assume by the pictures that is going to be a great place. There is no way that you can prepare for what you actually receive. The house is exquisite, each room is a stand alone master suite, far enough from each one as not to hear anything but the water crashing on the beach. We brought 10 family members that ranged in age from 6mos. to 65 yrs. There was plenty to do in Punta Mita without ever having to go to Puerto Vallarta. The real question would be why would you ever go out to eat? Our adult children went out one night for an anniversary dinner and said it was very good but not near as good as Lucy's cooking. No one ever went out again for dinner. Ron and Marriete have built an oasis that is like paradise. There just is no way to adequately describe how wonderful Villa Koi is. Now the real surprise of the property. Javier, Lucy, Marcos, and Eli. You will never need for anything not groceries or drinks or great breakfasts, lunches and dinner. We are already looking at dates for 2017 that we can return. Thanks to all that made the getaway such an unimaginable experience."
