  • Best vacation!

"We had the pleasure of staying here in Jan. It was the perfect vacation for our family of four with 2 boys under the age of 7. Marcela (property manager) had the place stocked with our favorite groceries, snacks, water and alcohol. Our daily housekeeper did our laundry every day! We didn't even need to pack more than 1 or 2 days of clothes. The ocean view, view of docked yachts and the twinkling lights of Puerto Vallarta was mesmerizing. We could walk down to the beach and pier, have lunch at Sufi or take the golf cart to one of the beach clubs or any of the hotels for dinner. Two nights we drove the golf cart into town and had dinner at Si Senir and Tacos Y Papas. Other nights we took the golf cart to Mita Mary's at the St. Regis and Bahia at the Four Seasons. Kupuri is a great undiscovered (few people) beach club with a beautiful white sand beach and warm infinity pool with gorgeous views. Everyday we would go for a run on the trails, make breakfast, go to the beach club, come back for lunch and a nap, jacuzzi, swim in the pool at Zen Casita 2 and then head back out for dinner. The place was furnished beautifully with class and taste. Beds were super comfortable and the place was super clean. Hot water in the master bed shower takes a minute to heat up, but that would be my only complaint. One day our headlights on the golf cart went out and Marcela has it fixed within hours. This was a 5 star vacation with all of the comforts of home."

  • Loved it!

"We absolutely loved our stay in this condo. It had everything we needed. Gorgeous views of the propery including the pool and ocean. With the large open concept slide away windows it felt like we were right outside. Lots of space for four or five people. The unit is central to town, beaches, mini groceries, and all restaurants. Room for parking although you don't need a car. The bus loop is right up the street. Would stay here again."

  • Beautiful, Clean, Comfortable and Accomodating

"My girlfriend and I recently returned from Mexico where we stayed for 10 days. Four of the nights we stayed here at PM Litibu and absolutely loved it. The beach was the cleanest we found in all of Punta Mita and practically empty. You have to drive down a crappy dirt road to get to the property and local landowners don't want to fix the road because it keeps things private there. I assure you it does. Your car is always locked within the property gates and is completely safe. I never felt that our car was unsafe anywhere we were, but here it was the safest. Sergio and Alejandra will be your hosts and you couldn't ask for two people to be any more genuine, kind and helpful. They made my girlfriend and I feel totally at home and completely cared for. We had a car so it was easy for us to come and go as we pleased. Sergio gave us his cell phone number and we called him anytime we were coming back and he opened the gate for us. No matter what time, he was always there to help. We didn't do any cooking as we wanted to experience the restaurants, but the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to whip up great meals in your room. I can't say enough good things about this place. I put a video on facebook that I took from the pool with the view of the ocean and of the building because it was all that stunning. Sergio and Alejandra were so helpful when my girlfriend got sick and also when she tweaked her knee surfing. Sergio gave her a hot pack so she could apply heat after the cold packs one day. Genuinely amazing people. If you want to party with a bunch of people, go to Sayulita. If you want to relax with the people you are traveling with, come here. Thank you Sergio and Alejandra for being so good to us. We look forward to the next time we stay with you. Also, ask to rent the kayaks or have Sergio's son give you a guided tour and take you to the best snorkeling spot around."

  • Colorado Chica's Getaway

"My 4 girlfriends and I planned a winter trip to Punta Mita to get away from the winter chill in Colorado. This fabulous condo was a dream come true! The property manager, Fabrizio, greeted us with tasty margaritas to set the tone for the week! Situated steps from the uncrowded beach, we enjoyed relaxing days walking the shoreline, diving in the waves and sunning next to the beautiful infinity pool. It is a short walk to town where you can enjoy a variety of wonderful seaside restaurants. The local surf shop took us out to view the whales on Banderas Bay. The condo itself is tastefully furnished in bright, upscale Mexican decor. There is plenty of room to enjoy cocktails at the wrap around bar or a game of cards in the spacious living room. You will be lulled to sleep with the sound of the waves right outside your door. This is a special place at an incredible price! Punta Mita is home to mega million dollar homes and 5 star hotels. You will be thrilled that you found this slice of paradise!"
