  • Paradise

"We just spent 8 days in Casa Litibu for a family beach vacation. First of all Bonnie, the owner is really nice to work with and so patient and really prompt in answering questions. Casa Litibú is wonderfully situated in a lush garden with beautiful flowers and tropical plants on a green hill overlooking the beach and sea. Where should I start to tell what we loved most. To begin with, there's so much space in and around the house, we were 7, but there was always a quiet spot if someone wanted some privacy. It was so nice to change from one terrace to another during the day and get better and better views as one moved up a level. Being on the top terrace and looking over the sea and mountains made us feel in paradise. Likewise, opening the room door to the balcony after waking up and just hear the sound of the see and the birds singing, while looking at the beautiful surroundings had the same affect. We had Ricardo and Jessica prepare dinner for us the first two days which felt so luxurious, since they also prepared the table and washed the dishes. Both are very nice and helpful. Even so, the kitchen is so well equipped that we felt invited to cook ourselves. It was really fun to go out and buy our food, even though it was almost a day trip. But buying a super fresh piece of tuna in the beautiful marina and fish market of La Cruz de Huanacaxtle is really worth it. Besides that we spent the first 5 days or so just in and around the house, swimming in the sea, cooling off in the pool, and relaxing. The beach is so close by and we could see our children play on the beach from the terrace. It was very hot, so having the pool, sea and airconditioning in the bedrooms was absolutely a must. The last days we wanted some action and Ricardo was very helpful to get us a discount. There is a lot to do in the area, canopy, horseriding, ATV riding, fishing, surfing, other beaches to explore, etc. We had rented a car, but even if you wouldn't have, Ricardo told us that the companies that organise all these activities can pick you up. We were so happy and relaxed in casa Litibu that we didn't want to leave. If you want to feel in paradise, secluded from overrun places, this is the house for you. We would definitely love to come back."

  • Perfect venue for a relaxing, mellow, comfortable stay.

"My husband and I spent ten days at this condo back in April and we wish we could be there now! The top floor allowed for great views off the back deck where we lingered over coffee and made our surf plans for the day. The kitchen was nicely appointed with supplies that allowed us to cook most of our meals. The furniture was all clean and comfortable. The washer/dryer was super convenient. The pool was clean and refreshing. All of the employees were friendly, conscientious, and gracious as we worked hard to speak Spanish. Internet was fast and reliable. We liked that there was no tv. We would definitely stay there again. The condo complex is very safe and centrally located for surfing, paddle boarding, and a short walk to sandy beaches. We thought that punta mita was a great place to spend time and we found the bus travel to be super easy."

  • Beyond Exceptional

"Our experience at Villa Lunada was beyond exceptional from start to finish. Booking was a breeze and the owners provided us with so much useful information and personal service that we felt well taken care of even before we arrived. Our jaws dropped several times upon arrival starting the moment we drove past the gates into the exclusive community and excitement continued as we toured each new area of the 1.5 acre property. Stunning views, gorgeous furniture and decor, exquisite design and plenty of space for two families with kids. The owners thought of everything and spared no expense when building this one of a kind property. Rooms are spacious and very well appointed but it's the extras like the beautiful outdoor living areas, infinity pool, organic garden and sand volleyball court that really give Villa Lunada that wow factor. The master suite and bathrooms were also some of the best I've ever experienced. I felt so fortunate to be able to enjoy this property and all of the special amenities it has to offer and thoroughly enjoyed the delightful staff as well. Hoping to return again soon!"
