  • Exceeded our expectations!

"The photos of Villa Cherimoya caught my eye right away when searching for a vacation home in Sayulita. In person, this home is even more beautiful than it looks, both inside and out. The modern tropical architectural and interior design are first-rate, and spotlessly maintained. The little things really added up. When we arrived, I found four ice-cold Pacificos in the 'fridge, along with freshly-made guacamole and pico de gallo. Fresh-cut flowers in the living room. Outside becomes inside, from the open tiled showers to the sliding exterior walls. This home was an oasis for our family of four during a busy wedding week this January in Sayulita; both daughters (ages 12 and 17) loved Villa Cherimoya. Wedding guests who visited us were all uniformly impressed (and jealous of our find!) Truly the nicest vacation rental experience we have every had!"

  • Relaxing getaway for families

"This was the perfect house for our family including three children (12, 6, 2). I chose this house primarily because it had a baby pool and it worked out absolutely perfect because our two-year-old was happy splashing away in the shallow end of the pool every day. The house was immaculate, modern, safe for kids, and with a great jungle and sunset view. We loved hearing the jungle sounds at night and discovered that there are two iguanas that live right up the street. We arranged for a cook to come and make a meal twice during our stay and loved having a home-cooked meal at our home away from home. There is AC, but we never used it because we are from the Pacific Northwest and were loving the 80 degree weather. We also rented the golf cart which made it really easy for us to tote the family up and down the hill to the beach. Thumbs up all around for this house!"

  • Fantastic Proprty and Hosts!

"We spent 2 1/2 wonderful weeks at Sunset Casa in the Aztec Suite. Dan and Robi were great hosts and we quickly became good friends with them. Their knowledge of the area proved invaluable and the small town of La Penita is charming. There are enough good restaurants and a great selection of fresh produce and fish if you choose to cook in. We did not rent a car and don't see the need for one as local transportation to neighboring villages is very reasonable. We would come back here in a heartbeat! Oh, and Milo, Dan and Robi's Schnauzer is absolutely adorable. Thanks again Dan and Robi. We hope that our paths will cross in the not too distant future."

  • The Perfect Sayulita stay!

"We had a fantastic stay at the Casa de las Delicias in April - the weather was warm and the sea was calm all week and perfect for the children. The casa has everything you could need - a really well equipped kitchen, a refreshing pool (much bigger than we expected), lovely palapa for breakfasts and dinners under the stars, and a comfortable lounge area. The house is a short walk from the center of town which means that you can escape from the noise and nightlife and escape into the sounds of nature - there are so many tropical birds and you feel like you are on the edge of the rainforest. We would thoroughly recommend Casa de las Delicias, and we really hope to go back soon! Thanks Connie!"
