  • Comfort and ease

"In town casual comfort here suited our group of four adults and a toddler. San Pancho is charming, pretty, friendly, and laid back. Although we rented a car (from Gecko in Bucerias--highly recommend) one would not need one here. This property is walkable to terrific restaurants and nice shops (Hotel Cielo Rojo breakfasts were divine, beachfront La Perla is a great place to park oneself on a lazy day, and we loved rustic Tacos de Amor just down the block, etc--we use TripAdvisor for restaurant reviews and they are spot on). The house is also well equipped with a full kitchen, plenty of beach towels and linens, excellent air conditioning for those really hot days, and a nice pool to cool off in with a box full of plastic toys for the little ones. Excellent owner communications, house manager Eduardo was available when we needed him and housekeeper Marlena kept the place clean and tidy. We loved it and would return in a heartbeat."

  • GREAT PROPERTY

"This is a great property well located just outside of town on a bluff. Fantastic views over the ocean, and a nice great room and pool deck. The Master and 2nd suite are very nice, the 3rd bedroom is pretty dark and claustrophobic, and needs some attention. Ok for kids, but not really for a 3rd couple. As noted by others the driveway is really steep. House is fairly dated (80s style) but pretty clean. Kitchen had some ants, but didn't bother us too much. Housekeepers are nice, don't speak much english. Our biggest complaint is the directions and maps are horrible!! The house is located just after the cobblestone ends and dirt road begins on the way out of town, but if you miss it, you drive on a bumpy dirt road for miles. Owner needs to use a town map (not a hand drawn map) or just say to look for the gate on the left after the cobblestones end, OR just give the address!"

  • Delightful getaway to paradise

"Fabulous tropical getaway in the dead of winter here in the Mid-Atlantic. House exceptionally spacious and well-equipped; staff so incredibly friendly and welcoming. Village combines hip, surf attitude with old world Mexican charm to create a truly unforgettable vacation. Although I admittedly spent much of the time lounging around the pool, the beach is quite easy to access and is very serene. Can't wait to plan my next getaway."

  • Perfect spot in a lovely town

"Four of us (two couples) spent 9 days in this beautiful home in lovely San Pancho. The four of us have travelled to Mexico, and elsewhere, for years and we all decided that Casa de Suenos Magicos gets "best house". It is an extremely spacious, comfortable and well-equipped house. The two master suites had very comfortable beds, good lighting and nice large bathrooms. We cooked in several evenings and also made lunches and breakfasts, and the kitchen had everything you could possible want, even a dishwasher, which is unusual in Mexico. Mati, the housekeeper, prepared two delicious meals (highly recommended). And the pool is lovely, large and absolutely perfect. We walked into town every day and usually took a taxi in at night for dinner. Terrific town with excellent restaurants and shops. if you are concerned about privacy because the owner, Don, does live on site, don't be. He is discreet and unobtrusive, but very helpful and informative should you choose to engage him. In short, this really is a lovely property, extremely well-maintained, comfortable, spacious and lacking nothing."
