  • Great place for small family

"Thanks for letting us stay at Casa Boguedita for the past month. We've stayed in quite a few different houses in Mexico over the years and yours is by far the nicest and best managed/maintained. The design is perfect for a small family like ours (2 adults and a 2 year old). The quality of the construction and the use of high quality doors/windows/appliances really made staying there pleasant. Kudos as well to Eduardo and the maintenance staff. We understand the difficulty of maintaining a house in that climate, so we don't get bent out of shape when minor stuff happens. The turnaround on the fixes for the minor issues was what really stood out. Hope you and family enjoy your time there. We'll likely be inquiring about renting from you again in the next few years."

  • Postcard Perfect

"An amazing, relaxing place. The casa is the perfect getaway that's close enough to do things if you want, but far enough away if you don't. Beautiful sunsets, beautiful sounds. We loved it so much we decided this was where we wanted to be married....so we did.....right by the pool! Whether it's playing cribbage on the covered veranda, or walking down to the beach (a moment's walk away) and into town (about 15 minutes) for the dinner and entertainment that we will never forget. The property manager and his wife made us feel very comfortable, and respected our privacy without being distant. A delicate balance that they seemed to do effortlessly. We recommend Casa Asoleada highly and will be back as soon as we can. Thank you Deb and Dennis for an experience we will always cherish!"

  • Comfort and ease

"In town casual comfort here suited our group of four adults and a toddler. San Pancho is charming, pretty, friendly, and laid back. Although we rented a car (from Gecko in Bucerias--highly recommend) one would not need one here. This property is walkable to terrific restaurants and nice shops (Hotel Cielo Rojo breakfasts were divine, beachfront La Perla is a great place to park oneself on a lazy day, and we loved rustic Tacos de Amor just down the block, etc--we use TripAdvisor for restaurant reviews and they are spot on). The house is also well equipped with a full kitchen, plenty of beach towels and linens, excellent air conditioning for those really hot days, and a nice pool to cool off in with a box full of plastic toys for the little ones. Excellent owner communications, house manager Eduardo was available when we needed him and housekeeper Marlena kept the place clean and tidy. We loved it and would return in a heartbeat."

  • Ocean views we still dream about!

"The views from Casa Ladera are simply breathtaking. Every morning we sip our coffee on the upper veranda listening to the birds and the waves; every evening we are treated to a spectacular sunset while sitting in the plunge pool. The quiet & private location allows for pleasant walks along the uncrowded beach into town or out into the jungle for a cool morning workout. All of the comforts of home are to be found - wonderful beds with a/c and full bathrooms; fully stocked kitchen and a gas grill to cook as often as we wanted; wifi to keep us connected to the real world; multiple choices of places to sit back and relax. The owners have thought of every detail to make Casa Ladera our own shangri-la! San Pancho itself is such a special place to visit. It is tranquil and not overly touristy like neighboring Sayulita yet still offers an amazing variety of dining choices. You can sit in a beachfront restaurant and sip a cold drink watching the surfers without being pressured to go on a time-share tour like in Puerto Vallarta. We have stayed at Casa Ladera a handful of times over the years and it continues to exceed our expectations with each visit. The owners are easy to contact, quick to respond to any questions and have a vast knowledge of the area - from restaurant suggestions to where to find freshly caught fish to bring back and grill. We highly recommend Casa Ladera and are already planning our next visit!"
