  • Amazing retreat at top of San Pancho

"Fantastic place. Beautifully decorated and marvelous to relax in. Outdoor patio, pool and shaded living spaces are perfect for enjoying a lazy afternoon. Joel and Jessy took great care of us and made one of the most delicious meals ever. We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more."

  • The best relaxing mexican vacation

"I absolutely love San Pancho, Mexico, a small but inviting town on the Pacific with loads of charm and the best restaurants. But it wouldn't be such a relaxing and fun vacation for me if not for Lincoln and Jill, the propeitors of Casita Cielo. Very private but close to the hub of everything. Lincoln's quaint coffee shop with the best coffee around and believe me, being from Seattle, I am very fussy about my coffee, is steps away from the most private and magnificent pool to swim in. And did I mention Jill's homemade pastries to go with at least one cuppa java? I love the privacy that the amazing garden's provide me if I am swimming, reading or making art. Just writing about this makes me want the next 6 months to whiz by and I will be there again in my little secret paradise. Couldn't recommend this more highly."

  • GREAT PROPERTY

"This is a great property well located just outside of town on a bluff. Fantastic views over the ocean, and a nice great room and pool deck. The Master and 2nd suite are very nice, the 3rd bedroom is pretty dark and claustrophobic, and needs some attention. Ok for kids, but not really for a 3rd couple. As noted by others the driveway is really steep. House is fairly dated (80s style) but pretty clean. Kitchen had some ants, but didn't bother us too much. Housekeepers are nice, don't speak much english. Our biggest complaint is the directions and maps are horrible!! The house is located just after the cobblestone ends and dirt road begins on the way out of town, but if you miss it, you drive on a bumpy dirt road for miles. Owner needs to use a town map (not a hand drawn map) or just say to look for the gate on the left after the cobblestones end, OR just give the address!"

  • Postcard Perfect

"An amazing, relaxing place. The casa is the perfect getaway that's close enough to do things if you want, but far enough away if you don't. Beautiful sunsets, beautiful sounds. We loved it so much we decided this was where we wanted to be married....so we did.....right by the pool! Whether it's playing cribbage on the covered veranda, or walking down to the beach (a moment's walk away) and into town (about 15 minutes) for the dinner and entertainment that we will never forget. The property manager and his wife made us feel very comfortable, and respected our privacy without being distant. A delicate balance that they seemed to do effortlessly. We recommend Casa Asoleada highly and will be back as soon as we can. Thank you Deb and Dennis for an experience we will always cherish!"
