"The most amazing vacation spot. The staff was waiting to carry our luggage up to our rooms while we tried to take in the view of the secluded beach, jungle, and the multiple thatched roof dwelling. The open air living space was appointed so comfortably with so many levels and secluded spaces everyone had a space to be alone to read or we all could gather round and play games. our group of 9 included: 2 preschoolers, 3 vegetarians, 1 picky carivar but the chefs made every meal a delight for each of us. The ocean and beach was so beautiful and the constant our of the surf hitting the walls of rock provided a constant rhythm. The stars were so bright and the moon shining off the water was amazing. The whole week was relaxing luxury."

  • Lovely modern home with great view

"This a a very nice, modern home perched on a hillside out of town. Excellent privacy and security with locking gates, fully fenced. The owner, Patricia, was very welcoming and accommodating, a perfect hostess. Any issues (there were very few) were immediately dealt with. Large bedrooms, very comfortable beds, and a beautiful tiled infinity pool. Really, this would warrant 5 stars for anyone other than those who absolutely require a bath tub (like my wife). There are tubs in both bedrooms, very cool design with concrete and tile 'benches' facing each other in a kind of grotto. Regretfully, there is only enough hot water to fill the very bottom of the 'tub' so you get to sit on a bench with your feet in water. Showers however are great. Unless there is a trail through private property (I should have asked), 15 minutes to the beach would require very brisk walking (i did it in 17 minutes, and I was hoofing it). Finally, and this has nothing to do with the house, San Pancho must have the noisiest and most energetic roosters in Mexico. While most roosters crow to greet the sunrise, these go at it 24/7. With the wonderful, floor to ceiling sliding doors open, the noise can be distracting for sleep."

  • Absolutely Wonderful

"We stayed at Villa Roca for 10 days (this included a 3 day extension) and we still didn't want to leave. The house is wonderful, each room has a beautiful view, each of the bedrooms is private and lovely. The house is well stocked and the kitchen is wonderful, if you like to cook you'll find all that you need. If you don't Elaina, and her helper Andrea, is a fabulous cook. They are very lovely people. The house staff is warm, friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable yet private. The town of San Pancho has many wonderful restaurants within walking distance, and small shops for your daily needs. Sayulita is just a short jaunt away for shopping, surfing, paddle boarding, and a night on the town. If you don't want to drive the local car service is very responsive and reliable. Outings are available, we fished, hiked, surfed, paddle boarded, rode horses on the beach and in the jungle. Of course floating in the beautiful pool and watching the fabulous sunsets at the house was a favorite activity. Our vacation couldn't have been better, we plan on making it an annual getaway. Thank you Symon for sharing your exquisite home."

  • Restful

"My husband and I and another couple really enjoyed our one week stay at Casa Las Palmas. The beach is a 5 minute walk form the house. You can hear the waves from the house! The private salt water pool was beautiful. We ended up hiring Franco to cook several of our meals, (good choice!) but enjoyed walking the beach to town for lunch and beach time. Great place for a relaxing vacation. We took just one excursion and spent most of our days reading and sunning. Perfect!! We did take a car to visit friends in the town of Sayulita for dinner one night. If you want a restful, relaxing vacation, this is the place for you!"
