  • Everything you could want

"We are regular visitors to San Pancho and found this home to have it all at a great price. Nice sized pool, very close to the beach, well equipped kitchen, awesome one-level layout, lots of privacy and easy parking if you have a car. Both bedrooms and the living room walk out onto the pool and we could get a nice breeze blowing through all the rooms, we hardly used the air conditioning. We found everything at our fingertips here with seamless transition from indoor to outdoor living spaces. It was one of the most cozy homes we have stayed at in San Pancho. And the staff are superb. We knew the gardener (Chuy) from previous stays at other homes and he is an absolute perfectionist. The garden areas are manicured and spotless. Our housekeeper spoke very good English and was extremely friendly and helpful. You can't go wrong with Casa de las Brisas."

  • Truly lovely spot! The house is beautiful, with amazing attention to detail. Highly recommended!

"From start to finish, this was a great experience for us. Sherri was prompt in responding to the reservation request, and the house and property are impeccably built and taken care of. This is a full-sized house on two levels, with ample porches that are well-integrated with the space on both levels. In other words, there's lots of room. From the landscaping to the murals on the wall, it feels like an artistic retreat. The tile work in the kitchen, downstairs bathroom, and beautiful back porch overlooking the garden are works of art. The shower downstairs is both private and open-air, with the possibility of using a second shower-head: watch the sunset while you take a shower. One other big plus: There are separate spigots in the bathrooms and kitchen water for purified drinking water, so you have clean water everywhere you need it. And San Pancho is a dynamic and fun little pueblo. The beach, tons of restaurants and bakeries, and a cool non-profit Entre Amigos that runs a library, community center, and shop. The house is a fabulous and inspired space and the community is too. I highly recommend it."

  • Fantastic Accommodations

"We recently returned from a wonderful San Pancho vacation and stay at Casa Del Cielo. We shared the casa with two other couple. The house is spacious with comfortable beds and large bathrooms. Somehow I thought each bedroom in the main house had its own bathroom but that is not the case. The two bedrooms on the main floor share a full bath although there is another bathroom without a shower on the main level off the kitchen. The apartment accessed outside the house has a nice bathroom but the bed in that bedroom is quite small although they replaced it while we were there with a queen bed, I believe. The outdoor spaces and views are incredible -- we love watching the sun set every evening and the sound of the waves crashing on the rocks below. The pool is nice but the water was very cold -- refreshing on a hot day. The house is located a ways from San Pancho but some of us walked to town every day via the beach. However, I highly recommend having a vehicle. We had difficulty finding the house when we arrived. Do not assume they start on the highway. You have to turn into San Pancho/San Francisco and proceed down the main street. We found it's easiest to take a right on Americano Latina (street signs are hard to find) but there is blue building on the corner. Then find your way to Las Palmas and follow directions from there. The housekeeper, gardner, and house manager are all very friendly and nice but just so you know, they do not speak English. And embarrassingly so, we did not speak Spanish so communication was challenging. Cell phone and internet coverage is spotty in the house and patio, and actually everywhere we went in the area. No problem for us as we were on vacation. Finally, we rented a car from Gecko.com which I highly recommend as they will pick you up at PVR airport and took us to their office in Bacieros. Their shuttle to and from airport is free. It was great not to have to navigate the crazy traffic in and our of the airport. We would definitely stay at Casa del Cielo again."

  • The house is beyond your expectations. It has all the amenities you desire and need and more.

"This place is both incredibly magical and ridiculously comfortable. Every room comes with its own bathroom and shower, mini fridge and safe to lock up your valuables. These separate conveniences are pretty luxurious and completely thoughtful. But wait... the rooftop pool with outdoor grill and minute walk to the beach is really the greatest highlight of the place. And yes, there is a heated rooftop pool and outdoor kitchen! We spent a good deal of time reclining, swimming and peering over rooftops observing the beautiful town of San Pancho. The location is supreme. You are in the beating heart of San Pancho. Surrounded by live music, delicious authentic cuisine and the ocean is just a short walk away. You really couldn't ask for a better place to experience Mexico. There wasn't a thing we were wishing was different, in fact we immediately thought about annual trips to book there and when was the soonest we could come back. Doug, the owner is great. He is helpful and knows San Pancho well. Overall, we had the best experience we could have imagined. We will be back again and again."
