  • An oasis in San Pancho!

"The owners of Casa Xochitl have truly created an oasis in San Pancho. The home is traditional with a fresh modern feel, comfy beds, open living area and great kitchen. The beautiful gardens and terraces provided multiple places to relax, play, swim, and read in the hammock. Thanks to Mayra for making sure we had everything we need and to Jenn for being such a welcoming host. We highly recommend this gorgeous casa!"

  • Family vacation

"The rental property was fantastic, big enough for the whole family and very comfortable. The location was wonderful, just far enough from the beach (about a 2 minute walk) so that the surf noise was not too excessive and the grounds and the spectacular pool at the house were enjoyed by the whole family. The staff were excellent, always pleasant and did a great job maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of the house. The village of San Francisco was easily accessible from the house and had some great restaurants. We would all highly recommend San Pancho rentals, we had one of the best Christmas holidays ever as a family."

  • Beautiful home, great location

"Casa Palmera is exactly as advertised: clean and comfortable, with easy access to beach, shops and restaurants. The house is well designed, the rooms well outfitted and Linda (house cleaner) did an excellent job of keeping our rooms clean and towels fresh daily. We spent the majority of our time at the rooftop pool, but the San Pancho beach is also beautiful and not too crowded, plus there are a number of really excellent restaurants in town--dining out every night is a definite option for those who prefer it. We rented the entire house and Douglas was a very generous host; he was there immediately when we had questions and discretely absent when we did not: making the house feel very much our own. We used the rooftop pool and outdoor cooking area every day -- probably more than most holidayers -- and it was adequately stocked with dishes and cookware, although a few dish cloths and towels would be a welcome addition, as would a small freezer: the fridges were fine for keeping things cold, but they don't keep ice frozen. However, these are minor issues and only a concern if you plan to use the kitchen as much as we did, or stay as long as we did (3 weeks). All-in-all, our holiday in San Pancho and Casa Palmera was a completely relaxing getaway, thanks in large part to this comfortable house. My sisters and I have rented many houses in many parts of the world, and Casa Palmera is one of the best in our recollection. Thank you Douglas."

  • The best relaxing mexican vacation

"I absolutely love San Pancho, Mexico, a small but inviting town on the Pacific with loads of charm and the best restaurants. But it wouldn't be such a relaxing and fun vacation for me if not for Lincoln and Jill, the propeitors of Casita Cielo. Very private but close to the hub of everything. Lincoln's quaint coffee shop with the best coffee around and believe me, being from Seattle, I am very fussy about my coffee, is steps away from the most private and magnificent pool to swim in. And did I mention Jill's homemade pastries to go with at least one cuppa java? I love the privacy that the amazing garden's provide me if I am swimming, reading or making art. Just writing about this makes me want the next 6 months to whiz by and I will be there again in my little secret paradise. Couldn't recommend this more highly."
