"First time in Mexico and I fell in love. This place was amazing, Literally like being in paradise. The view of the ocean was breathtaking. Within a week of being home we were planning another trip back....this will be a yearly trip for us."

  • Amazing Family/Friends Retreat

"We had a group of 14 adults and 2 children for a week at Villa Violeta and were nothing short of impressed with our experience! The staff are incredible: Yesika is a very gracious and friendly host. The staff are friendly, professional, and were ready to help with any request we had. The meals were fresh, homemade, and delicious-as if we were eating at a fancy restaurant every day! They paid close attention to a shellfish allergy in our group. We especially enjoyed the ceviche, guacamole, salsa, tacos, coconut shrimp, fried bananas, and tres leches cake. We enjoyed fresh fruit & fresh squeezed juice with breakfast and lunch, and had a variety of entrees for dinner. We chose to bring some of our own alcohol with us but what we didn't bring, they provided within a few hours of our request. The pool and beach offered great gathering and play spaces for the entire group & we had a bonfire on the beach on our last night which was a perfect ending to a great trip. Like other reviews mention, you do need to be prepared to be well removed from town and patient with the WiFi access because the connection didn't always work, which was great for us! If you are looking for a week to truly connect with your group, disconnect from the internet, and simply relax, this is a great location for you! Yesika arranged for massages and our massage therapist was incredible! There is nothing quite as relaxing as a massage outside with the sound of the waves crashing the in the background! They work with a very professional transportation service to help you get to your excursions but honestly, we didn't go too many places because they provided everything we needed. Some our our group went fishing and were picked up right at the beach on site! Our group was a little uncertain with how much groceries would be at the end of the week, but please do not worry too much about that...the bill for all three of our meals was significantly cheaper than if we had gone out for every meal or took a shuttle in to San Pancho/Sayulita for groceries multiple times during our trip. The quoted average of $25-$50/per person per day is very accurate. The rooms are all unique and open air. They do provide fans but the nights can be a bit warm depending on the season. Not every room is completely private (some share ceilings or spaces) but if your group is comfortable with that, you will not be disappointed with the rest of your experience. We all had an incredible time of relaxation!!"

  • Spectacular views from exceptional ocean front home

"We had a fantastic stay at Casa Ladera. The home itself is well appointed and decorated with authentic Mexican furnishings. The best feature of Casa Ladera is the spectacular view and its location above the beach. Sunset vistas are extraordinary. The home features many living areas – inside and out. Whether you want to lounge poolside or relax in a hammock on the lower level patio, there is something for everyone. The location near the beach is perfect. You can hear the waves crashing in the morning. It is a short walk to the un-crowded beach where you can fish or walk or just enjoy the surf. The owners provide full instructions for your stay, including driving directions and details about the home. The staff is accommodating, but not intrusive. The home features DVDs, reference books (including Mexican cookbooks) and provides beach chairs and umbrellas. There is free wireless and surprisingly fast internet connection. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and gas grill. On this trip, we chose to enjoy the many excellent restaurants San Pancho has to offer. The spacious living areas, amazing ocean views and great patio space make this a wonderful place to relax and enjoy San Pancho’s beauty."

  • Another wonderful stay at Casa Blanca!

"As we had enjoyed ourselves so much last year at Casa Blanca and Lo de Marcos, we came back again this year and have already booked next year's stay. Casa Blanca has everything we need for a very relaxing, stress-free vacation - exceptional 360 degree views, a lovely pool and spa, lots of room for 2 families of 4 each, a well-stocked kitchen, easy walking access to a beautiful, quiet beach and town for groceries, beer and delicious tacos, and Bill and Mary - a fun and very accommodating couple who do a great job managing the property and providing interesting local lore and useful information. We feel very lucky to have discovered this oasis and everyone in our group, including our kids aged 11-16, had a blast. Thanks Bill and Mary and see you next year!!"
