  • Absolutely Wonderful

"We stayed at Villa Roca for 10 days (this included a 3 day extension) and we still didn't want to leave. The house is wonderful, each room has a beautiful view, each of the bedrooms is private and lovely. The house is well stocked and the kitchen is wonderful, if you like to cook you'll find all that you need. If you don't Elaina, and her helper Andrea, is a fabulous cook. They are very lovely people. The house staff is warm, friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable yet private. The town of San Pancho has many wonderful restaurants within walking distance, and small shops for your daily needs. Sayulita is just a short jaunt away for shopping, surfing, paddle boarding, and a night on the town. If you don't want to drive the local car service is very responsive and reliable. Outings are available, we fished, hiked, surfed, paddle boarded, rode horses on the beach and in the jungle. Of course floating in the beautiful pool and watching the fabulous sunsets at the house was a favorite activity. Our vacation couldn't have been better, we plan on making it an annual getaway. Thank you Symon for sharing your exquisite home."

  • Beautiful home, great location

"Casa Palmera is exactly as advertised: clean and comfortable, with easy access to beach, shops and restaurants. The house is well designed, the rooms well outfitted and Linda (house cleaner) did an excellent job of keeping our rooms clean and towels fresh daily. We spent the majority of our time at the rooftop pool, but the San Pancho beach is also beautiful and not too crowded, plus there are a number of really excellent restaurants in town--dining out every night is a definite option for those who prefer it. We rented the entire house and Douglas was a very generous host; he was there immediately when we had questions and discretely absent when we did not: making the house feel very much our own. We used the rooftop pool and outdoor cooking area every day -- probably more than most holidayers -- and it was adequately stocked with dishes and cookware, although a few dish cloths and towels would be a welcome addition, as would a small freezer: the fridges were fine for keeping things cold, but they don't keep ice frozen. However, these are minor issues and only a concern if you plan to use the kitchen as much as we did, or stay as long as we did (3 weeks). All-in-all, our holiday in San Pancho and Casa Palmera was a completely relaxing getaway, thanks in large part to this comfortable house. My sisters and I have rented many houses in many parts of the world, and Casa Palmera is one of the best in our recollection. Thank you Douglas."

  • Beautiful, tranquil location and excellent customer service from the owner staff

"The stunning location of this property can't be beat and Melissa provided excellent customer service! She was always quick to answer my many questions in preparation for the trip. The staff ( cook, manager, groundskeeper) are all wonderful people as well. We had a restful and joyous week at Casa Melissa and are very thankful to have found such a lovely, well maintained property and wonderful owner to work with. Definitely try Ola Rica restaurant in town while you are there--delicious!"

  • beautiful casa

"Every angle of Casa Polo is interesting and beautiful, with hand plastered colored walls and straw mat-textured ceilings. The casa was open to its green and flowery courtyard and we were very comfortable. The manager, Abigail, was very helpful, friendly and available. The village of San Pancho/San Francisco was small and friendly and we loved walking the length of the main street to the beach, plenty of colorful buildings and plenty of small shops and places to eat and drink. A delightful change from big Puerto Vallarta, well worth the trip."
