"Casa Brava is an amazing property! The owner was easy to work with and always available from the day we thought about booking until we got home. The owners provide a very comprehensive and detailed list covering any questions you may have while on your stay. From where to eat, things to do, how to get around, all the way down to what insects to watch out for is covered. We found this guide very helpful. The couple that looks after the property while you are there were very nice and helpful. We spent a few days in the loft portion of Casa Brava as well as a couple of days in the main house. The loft was perfect for us, we would stay there again in a heart beat! The views are amazing. It is the perfect size for a couple looking to spend some time together for a while. The main house is breathtaking, words and pictures don't do it justice. The decor, views, pool, bedrooms and dining areas are all spectacular. The only downside to the main house is that it is so nice that you will find it hard to leave to go do other things that you may have arranged. It's a large space that would be perfect for two couples. The property is only a ten minute walk to the main area of town and the beaches. It is up a steap hill but the views make it worth every step. We always did the walk but don't let the hill deter you, golf carts and taxis are an easy way around this if that might be a problem for you. We liked that it was an easy walk to all the action but far enough away so the noises of everything wouldn't drown out the sound of the ocean and jungle. Can't say enough good things about Casa Brava, we are already checking the calendar for the next time we can make it back."

  • Great vacation home in Sayulita

"We had a very nice time at Templito. The property was very accurately described and depicted in the pictures. The local house manager greeted us on arrival and was available and very friendly throughout the trip. She helped arranged quite a few things for us, and also cooked us an authentic meal for 15 guests one night! The property had a nice sea breeze and good shade cover. I have no complaints about the property. I will say in a minor way that pictures made it seem that the property was maybe 15 feet from the beach. It's more like 60 feet from the beach, but the benefit is that the property is higher up on the hill, and therefore gets a nice cool breeze. Overall it's a truly first rate property, with excellent and unobstructed beach access. Highly recommended!"

  • Fantastic experience!

"We stayed at casa Los Loros for 6 nights as 3 couples. This house was great for us. The house has a breathtaking view during the day and also at sunset. It is so nice to swim in the pool while looking out at all of sayulita and also for my boyfriend to be able to check the surf! There were various keys which are mentioned in previous reviews but you do get used to the locking and unlocking after the first few times - and it helps to add another level of privacy for people staying in different rooms ( 3 separate rooms ). Aida and Marcos were very pleasant , very responsive to any of our needs and recommendations for what to do in the areA. Aida comes to clean the house about every other day , and she washed our dishes which was nice. she brings her little dog Bobby who is very cute and sweet. Randy - the owner of the house was very responsive before our trip as well as during and after. He is very generous with letting you use his beach equipment as long as you take care of it! We did not rent a golf cart because it was kind of expensive - taxis were very cheap ($3) per ride - and so we decided to- go that route- but it takes about 15-20 mins to walk into main square of town - and on the last day of our trip we were offered a ride on the back of our neighbors golf cart. It was soooo nice to cruise down that hill!! We think we would have done a lot more things if we had had a golf cart because the walk does take time especially with the humidity in June :). I would suggest using the jugs that randy provides for water to brush your teeth to prevent getting sick as much as possible! As well as ️use bug spray:) at night / sleep with the sheets off and you should be able to stay plenty cool with the ceiling and floor fans - especially if you dip into the pool before bed. We'll be back!!!! Hot tip- use FaceTime audio call to contact Marcos for anything urgent or that needs to be addressed asap while you're there. Wifi is excellent!! And the call will be free :). Have fun! Thank you randy!!!"

  • Good times in sayulita

"My group of six close friends from around the country had a blast reuniting at Casa momento. We had the time of our lives, owing many thanks to the locals that set us up with boards, a truck to travel around the stats coastline, and our terrific house from Charley. At times our communications seemed odd and wonky, but we're always resolved with clarity. He was quick to respond. The house was perfect for us, though the pool filter did not work so it was pretty dirty. The house care takers Teresa and Jose were wonderful, many thanks to them. Overall, we all hope to return to Sayulita and stay at Momento yet again."
