  • close to perfect -- what more could one want? well maybe a hammock ...

"we moved into Casa B, as planned -- after having had most of our cash stolen from another somewhat nearby rental! So we were a little cautious -- but came to realize that there is little or no reason for caution at Casa B -- we felt secure, yet open to the outdoors, and great proximity to the beach. Casa B is part of the Los Gemelos complex (6, i think, privately-owned houses) all within the same compound, sharing the same nice pool (with shallow wading area for the young ones (and "Pico" the dog)). Yes, we basically had no reason for caution at Casa B -- there was a security guard on the premises at night. If you plan to vacation and not interact with others in the area -- then maybe Los Gemelos (including Casa Bollinger) might not be for you. The lay-out of the "complex" is such that you will encounter the other guests and residents. While we were there we talked with and almost all the others, knew where they were from, had tips where to shop and eat and drive to, etc. Again, Playa Sayulita is right in front of you -- and Casa B is situated ideally with respect to the beach -- in that you can walk to the left (southerly) into increasing crowded and active areas (the larger hotels and resorts and "down-town" is that way) -- or walk up northerly (right) for a more isolated beach experience. The beach (when we were there, February) is kind of a bazaar or circus -- lots of stuff going on -- frolicking in the surf, SURFING, just plain lying in the sun, frisbie -- and lots of dogs. Dogs are kind of an auxiliary class of citizen(s) in Sayulita. You'll see why. The actual premises includes three bedrooms each with bath, a small-ish kitchen, a separate large room/cabana -- big enough for everyone to eat or play cards together -- and the interior 'courtyard' as well."

  • Great condo, beautiful condo, near awesome beaches

"Condo was great for our family of four. The doors open completely to balcony which was awesome. You feel like you are in Mexico in this little town. We ate on Restaurant Row once, which was delicious, across the street once which was also delicious (and great margaritas!) My husband went out every morning and bought fresh eggs and warm tortillas and we had breakfast in. Ate at Norma's which is basically in someone's house twice. Best meal there! Highly recommend it all. This is not and "all in one" sort of place so get out in the town and ask directions. They are kind enough to walk you to where you need to go."

  • Beautiful condo hacienda de mita #803

"This is a beautiful condo in excellent condition inside the gates of Punta mita and in a oceanfront setting. Our family of six had a spectacular vacation here in late April for a week. The surfing, fishing, sup, restaurants, golf and beach clubs and super friendly locals made for an incredible trip as well. We will be back!"

  • Perfect Family Vacation

"Although we had high expectations for Jessica's condo from the photos and previous reviews, all six of us were blown away by the amazing view as our travel weary eyes looked out onto the waves, beach and pool. The entire rental process with Jessica was seamless and her response time to any questions was within hours. As promised, Fabricio was there to great us and had pre-stocked the condo with the requested groceries, arranged for a crib for our grandson, as well as arranged for a local women to prepare a delicious meal our first evening, making our long travel day melt away. The great location of the condo allowed us to take morning walks through town with our grandson, as well as being able to walk along the beach to restaurants in the evening. We were greeted with warm smiles and kindness by the staff and all the locals we encountered each day, and felt safe everywhere we went. Jessica's recommendation of Gecko car rental in Bucerias was also spot on, as they were great to work with. Last but not least from this restaurant family, was how impressed we were with the awesome kitchen in this condo! I finished our trip with an amazing Mothers Day meal surrounded by my family and feeling very blessed by our experience in Punta de Mita. Thanks Jessica!"
