  • Fabulous EVERYTHING!

"There were 6 of us staying: me, my husband, my two sons in their early 20s and my parents. What a great time we had. Flawless from the time Juan picked us up at the airport to the time he dropped us off a week later. The house is great, every bedroom was air conditioned and roomy, plenty of seating/relaxation areas outside, loved our pool time, and you can't beat the beachfront location! We especially loved sitting under the beach palapa, either in the chairs or the hammocks, beer or margarita in hand, and watching the huge waves roll in. Juan, Bali, and the extra staff were all wonderful - Bali's meals were FABULOUS (fresh tuna steaks, steak and lobster, enchiladas, fish tacos, amazing breakfasts, etc) and Juan's fresh lime margaritas were SO good! He always had some ready in the freezer for us. We took Kathy's recommendation and did the Ally Cat full day sailing adventure to Las Marietas, $90pp including all day drinks, meals and snacks (GREAT deal!) - we all had a blast and highly recommend this activity to everyone of pretty much any age. Having free use of the SUV was great as we drove into Sayulita one day for souvenir shopping, and into Punta de Mita for dinner. This vacation rental is such a great deal, probably the best you'll find in the PV and surrounding area. A huge thank you to Kathy for sharing this lovely piece of heaven with us - we truly had a relaxing holiday. Notes: - We found it extremely hot and humid, even more than expected - so just a head's up: if you're not used to this type of heat you should probably avoid summer months. - Biting insects: We read lots of warnings about mosquitos at dusk, but we found the no-see-ums the most annoying - so, yes...definitely bring bug spray for evenings. - Tipping: Juan and Bali really work hard to make your stay the best possible - please be sure to bring extra $ and tip them well as they really do deserve it. :-)"

  • Great Vacation!!

"This condo is the best! sits on the ground floor looking over a great pool and ocean beyond . We were on a family vacation and all our expectations were met. It has a BIG patio overlooking the pool that was very comfortable with couches and a dining table. Kitchen had everything we needed. Close to shopping, fishing, restaurants, The restaurant that is included with the social membership (that is extra) served great food and we could get anything we wanted right at the pool. The beach was very nice and miles of walking in the sand every morning. We have been to Hawaii many times and this location and condo was as good as any that we have been in Hawaii. We will be back!!!!!!"

  • Beautiful, Spacious Villa in Paradise!

"We stayed at Casa Del Cielo in August 2016 and absolutely loved this house! The spacious, open living area has an incredible view of the ocean, the jungle and downtown Sayulita. We spent many nights having drinks and enjoying the spectacular view! The kitchen has all the amenities you need for cooking and entertaining and also has the great view. The 4 bedrooms (all with connecting bathrooms) were very comfortable. It was quite hot and humid during our visit in August. The house has no air conditioning but the ceiling fans in the bedrooms and throughout the house made the heat tolerable during this warmest time of the year. Also, being on top of a hill, the house gets a nice breeze which also helps. The house has a great pool which also has the ocean and downtown Sayulita views. There's nice outside shower in the pool area, which is great for rinsing off the sand when returning from the beach. The owner of the property, Karen, is wonderful. She was very helpful in providing details about the property to make our arrival and stay go smoothly. Karen also has great suggestions about Sayulita (restaurants, shops, beaches, transportation, etc.). The property caretakers were also very nice and responsive to our needs. We are a family of four and the house had plenty of room for us. The house can easily accommodate two families or 4 couples. The location of the house is fantastic. It's situated on a hill just outside of the downtown area which gives you peace and quiet and lots of privacy. Yet it's close enough to walk to downtown (about 1/2 mile) if you choose to do so. Going to downtown is all downhill and very easy. Coming back you'll have a steep hill to climb which is something to keep in mind, particularly when it's hot. Overall, we loved Casa Del Cielo and look forward to returning. We recommend this house if you want the true feeling of living in a Mexican Hacienda style house, with great indoor/outside living area."

  • Absolutely spectacular!!!

"We personally cannot say enough about this particular amazing upscale oceanfront condominium. The view and location alone are outstanding, not to mention the unit itself. With lovely up to date furnishings, along with everything either a family or couple would need to be extremely comfortable was thought of. The beach, infinity pool and extensive comfortable ocean view patio were literally the highlight of every am to pm for us. Becerious, along with its general Mexican ambience, great restaurants, art galleries, friendly locals and of course the local watering hole (The Drunkin Duck), has made this a must for our yearly vacation. I cannot think of a better place to stay then Punta Arena for everything a vacation would need. Enjoy....."
