  • Great vacation home for families

"We really enjoyed our stay in San Pancho. The town is calm and peaceful. The beach is a short walk from the house. We really enjoyed cocktails on the beach at sunset while the kids played in the sand. The beach is beautiful, but the beach in San Pancho is better for surfing than playing in the water. We took a short taxi ride to Sayulita for boogie boarding and playing in the waves. The pools at the house were perfect for our family. My 3 year old loved the little pool while my older kids liked the deep pool. The bedrooms in the house are air conditioned and this kept the house cool enough for us. Like many tropical places, there were mosquitoes. We arranged to have dinner made at the house on the night we arrived which was delicious and a very special treat after a travel day. I also highly recommend the horse back riding: the horses picked us up at the house! Ramon helped make our trip great. He was easy to get in touch with and very responsive to any problems that arose."

  • Absolutely Beautiful!

"This unit was fabulous! It was comfortable, tastefully decorated, well stocked (owners thought of everything we might need!), walking distance to many restaurants, convenience stores and markets ... best of all it was right on the beach! We enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony, spent our days enjoying the pool, beach and crafts markets then out for some great dinners and back to the balcony in the evenings with a glass of wine! We are already daydreaming of our next stay in this place! As a side note, we were pleasantly surprised to find not only top notch restaurants with world class service but also with good wine lists. We found some of our favorite wines from Tuscany and tried some Mexican reds! Oh and a Barista at a small cafe within a couple blocks of the condo! Who knew all this was available in Bucerias?! Thank you Alan and Lindy for your amazing hospitality and recommendations!"

  • Little bit of Paradise

"I hesitate to write this review for very selfish reasons. My wife and I stayed in Casa Perros for two weeks in July and LOVED every minute of it. Greg is an excellent host who is always there when you need him but never there when you don't. A great balance of knowing someone has your back without being intrusive at all. The Casa is just perfect with literally everything you need for staying in Paradise. The kitchen is everything you need, the bathroom and shower is an experience of craftsmanship, the air conditioners work really well and the deck ... the deck is simply amazing with an incredible view of Sayulita and the ocean. Furthermore, the Casa is in a great location, a 5 min walk from the beach and the the town plaza. Every day my wife and I would get up, have a little breakfast and coffee on the deck, go down to the beach for a few hours, have a late lunch in any one of the amazing street restaurants, head back up the steep hill (it is steep but not long) past the giant iguanas and land crabs and chickens and roosters and back to the Casa for an afternoon siesta. In the evening we would head back into the heart of Sayulita surrounding the plaza and have an amazing and authentic Mexican meal, go for a stroll along the beach and back up the hill to our beautiful little Casa. Like I say, a little bit of paradise. Thanks Greg and Juicy (Greg's little Chihuahua) for an amazing stay. We look forward to staying with you again."

  • Huge Comfortable Condo with Access to Beach Clubs

"Our group of 6 stayed for 2 nights and had an amazing time. The pictures do not do this place justice...it's huge and really well done -- Wolf Range for cooking was one of our favorites. The proximity to town was great as we went out several times to get groceries. We ate at Tuna Blanca in town on Saturday night -- amazing meal with some of the best service we've had at any restaurant. It's also close to several beach clubs including the St. Regis. Drinks on the beach and bars at night at the Four Seasons were the highlight of the trip. There's also surfing and paddle boards at the Hacienda de Mita beach club about 100 feet from the condo. Lori was extremely responsive during the time leading up to our reservation. She made it very easy. Lori handed us over to the concierge, which took great care of us during our stay. I would recommend this place to family, friends, anyone. I will definitely return...hopefully soon!"
