  • Nice clean safe place to vacation in mazatlan.

"Overall experience was great. The home is simple with all the amienties to make your stay pleasant. Pool area is just around the corner and beach is near. Backyard is inviting but bring mosquito repellent. Get your groceries and drinks and enjoy your vacation. Lots to do in mazatlan, go sight seeing, walk the long "malecón", get a "pulmonía" and have a good time. Antonio (the caretaker) was awesome, very attentive, he will help with anything you need. Overall this place is a great value and it's all you need for resting after a day/night in the town or just a lazy relaxing day at the pool or near by beach. We hope to be back to this place in the future."

Perfect pool for all the family kids loved it! ages ( 1 to 16 so yea amazing)! What made this house is Rafael and Cindy they are wonderful - super helpful with anything and everything-- We had my grandparent 50th anniversary and they made everything possible !! • In LOVE with Mazatlan ! Condo was great.

"We used the wonderful "Wizard of Maz" listed here (Linda) and the whole thing was easy and simple. We've made a lot of trips to Cancun, mostly because direct flights from MN were easier. BUT, we will never return there - we're 100% Team Maz now. So much culture, and fun things to do and see... or do NOTHING and sit on clean clear beaches with charming locals and nice friends all over the place. We're very seasoned travelers, and pretty laid back about accommodations and such, but this place really was great. It's a bit further off the hectic scene, and a bit older building than the fancy new places, but very well maintained! The pool was perfect (no loud music! just a barking dog once which security was right on) and the lil' restaurant there was simple and delicious. We rarely return to the same place twice, but within HOURS of arrival we knew we wanted to bring the kids back. It's just a perfect spot for us, very affordable, we felt VERY safe (I worry about everything and was able to relax) and the Playa Bruja scene just down the point was fun and great.... can't say enough good things about this area of Mexico, and the condo & staff. Bueno!"

  • Excellent house for large group in historical Mazatlan

"My family and friends went to Mazatlan for my 50th birthday for a week and stayed at the Casa de Suenos. There were 16 of us that stayed in the house so we rented all 3 floors with 8 bedrooms and it worked out perfectly for us. I received excellent service from the owner and the people at Mazatlan4rent, who made things easy from booking to check-out. They were quick to answer questions and help with any issues along the way. The house came with a key for each bedroom so it was nice to have 8 sets as we often went our separate ways. The 2 full kitchens on the 1st and 2nd floor were a plus, however the 2nd floor sundeck with pool and unbelievable views was our favorite 'hangout' spot. Having visited Mazatlan many times we prefer to be in El Centro, or the historical part of town, rather than the more touristy golden zone, where you can find more authentic restaurants at reasonable prices, away from the mega resorts. And we love the downtown area and the plaza Machado, which is a very European style outdoor plaza with excellent entertainment and restaurants. We were able to walk the Malecon boardwalk each morning and taxi's were easy to get as well. I run a large branded hotel myself so I have high expectations, and all were met with this house and the service from the team there. I would recommend this house for any size group and will definitely book it again."
