  • Perfect

"The weather was perfect. The water was perfect. Best of all the condo was perfect! Love Princessa, love B building, and love this particular place! Close to great restaurants. Our only suggestions...and they're big ones...could have used some coffee filters and paper towels! Get the idea? It was a great place and I'll go back anytime, everytime!"

  • Amazing Luxury Condo on the Beach!!

"I’ve been vacationing in Rocky Point since 1992. When the Sonoran Sea was built in 2003, it became my Luxury Mexican vacation destination. You arrive into a gated ‘community’ with friendly ‘gate staff’. The desk staff is friendly, helpful and speak fluent English. Across from lobby, there is a nice restaurant with a fully appointed bar. The food is very delicious and well-priced. There is a small convenience store on one side of the lobby for those staples you need for your stay. This resort also has a full workout facility. There are two pools: one for the adults with a swim up bar; and the second, for families with children. Both have an adjacent hot tub. There are plenty of lounge chairs, regular sitting chairs and umbrellas sprinkled around the pool areas. There are palm-tree thatched 'umbrellas' on the beach – each having two lounge chairs. Greg’s Condo is one of the better ones in the unit, clean and well furnished. When you approach the door, you can see ‘Banditos’ just to the North. It’s a fun, lively nightclub a short walk away. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, large mirrored dresser, walk in closet and a television. The guest bathroom has a deep Jacuzzi tub and plenty of towels. The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops and upgraded appliances – stainless fridge, oven/stove top, microwave and dishwasher, and a coffee maker, toaster, blender, glasses, plates, pots and pans and silverware. The living area opens to the balcony and is well furnished The rug under the coffee table is soooooo soft – felt like a fluffy cloud under my feet – I gotta ask Greg where he bought that. The master bedroom has a sliding door onto the balcony. There is a very nice canopy-style king size bed, a small table w/2 chairs, a closet with fully mirrored doors and a nicely appointed master bathroom. The balcony is large, well furnished, with amazing views of the beach, ocean and pool area. I love Greg’s Unit. I love the Sonoran Sea. I highly recommend both – the best Mexico has to offer!"

  • Vacation from Colorado

"We have been visiting Puerto Penasco for 35 years. Love the experience of the small town and we decided this trip we enjoyed shopping down at the Choya mall more than the fishmarket area too crowded there. All six of us enjoyed the recommendation by owner to eat at the Pollo Lucas restaurant very fresh and the staff was super friendly. We enjoyed going to the Reef which you can walk there from Condo but the drinks we thought were way overpriced for Mexico. The condo is a five star as far as the view and the master and the living area but we were a little disappointed in the kitchen. The kitchen towels supplied are little to be desired we didn't feel having to use a golf towel was appropriate for what we were paying per night and the coffee pot should be upgraded to something larger when you're in a big group of people. We all agreed there should be a coffee pot That is simplified and a standard size that would make 10 to 12 cups FYI. We could not figure out who are maid was. We asked for Rosa but never met her or saw her. We called and asked the front desk but a different person had come to room to bring sheets and miscellaneous things we had asked for. We were traveling with my mother which is elderly and she used the main bathroom to shower and it was very dangerous for her. No grab bars or rubber mats so therefore the tile was extremely slippery and she was very nervous I had to be in there with her as she took showers. All in all the condo is very nice just a few disappointments that I mentioned. We loved the pool and the grounds were very nicely kept the staff was super friendly. Two mornings we saw dolphins swimming out right in front of Condo that was very fun to watch with our binoculars."

"We had a wonderful weekend in Rocky Point. The casita was perfect everything works great, is well kept up and charming. The beach that it is located on was fun for everyone. I would highly recommend staying here with family or friends. Rocky Point is a great place to escape to to relax and have a quiet weekend."
