  • Excellent family dive trip

"Our family of 4 adults stayed here on a recent dive trip to Cozumel. We enjoyed this house very much. The pictures on the website let us know exactly what to expect. It was relaxing, and comfortable like staying at someones weekend cottage. We found this rental an excellent value. The house is located in a regular neighborhood. The furnishings are comfortable with all the items that we needed. We enjoyed shopping and eating locally. It was nice to have our breakfast and one additional meal at the house. This allowed us to keep within our budget. One meal each day we dined out, alternating between restaurants that the locals patronize and the upscale restaurants for tourists. All were wonderful. Walking to shopping and restaurants was easy and safe. But we are all healthy, strong individuals and we were not out very late. We went diving 5 out of the 7 days on the island. Having the space in the house and on the porch was wonderful. We could spread out our equipment to dry and still have room to relax. We rented a small car to allow us the ability to visit other places on the island. This was a great and we enjoyed site seeing. We also drove to the dive boat each day. Parking the car was a challenge because of the typically narrow street and multiple vehicles parked in the area. The locals that we met were very friendly. We really enjoyed staying at this house. It made a dive trip for our family affordable and relaxing. We would certainly stay here again."

  • Great Home - Wonderful Service - Excellent Vacation

"My husband, his daughter and I rented Casa Neza for spring break (3/12/16 - 3/18/16). The home was perfect for the three of us. The rooms were spacious and just as pictured. There were more than enough bathrooms and they are very nice as well. The pool was very nice and private with lights so we could swim in the evenings as well. They have wi-fi and it was pretty fast. The home is centrally located on the island making it easy to get to Playa Norte or Garrafon Park. The neighborhood is lovely. There is a great restaurant GreenVerde across the street and a little corner store not even a block from the house. I walked to both alone and felt very safe. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return the next time we visit Isla Mujeres. Margarita was there to great us when we arrived. She also helped us arrange transportation to and from the airport in addition to arranging golf cart rental. There's really nothing bad to say about this place. It was our own private oasis. If I had to make a suggestion I would recommend updating the interior paint - it's just been scratched from all the guests luggage I'm sure."

  • Great Vacation

"We had a fantastic family stay at Yum Botic. The beach is amazing and very private and tranquil great for relaxing, sitting under the palapa a drinking a beer. The caretakers were fantastic, they work tirelessly to make you welcome and went out of their way to help us in anyway they could, we enjoyed a fresh fish bbq with them on our last night. A great vacation, Thanks"

  • Perfect spot for our family

"We stayed at the condo March 30 - April 7, 2016. We are a family of 5 with 3 boys 9 and under. This was our first time renting through VRBO and our first time travelling to Mexico. We had a fabulous time - and would recommend it to everyone. Owners - Peggy was super helpful with answers to our questions before we booked and with maps and lots of information after we booked. While we were there, they were doing some work on the septic system in an adjacent building - Peggy was right on top of it, notifying us that it was going on and asked us to let her know if it interfered with our vacation (which it didn't). Condo amenities - the condo itself was well equipped with everything we needed - basic spices for cooking, along with pots, pans, dishes, bottled water, etc.; beach towels and shower towels; wifi; bedding (although we brought a small blow-up mattress for our youngest child, so he could sleep in the same room as his brothers, rather than on the couch), etc.. The pools were lots of fun and my boys spent at least some of every day in them. For the most part, we had the pools to ourselves, which was also very nice. The grounds are kept very neat and tidy and everyone was friendly and helpful. Location - close enough to the amenities in Akumal (grocery, dive shop, souvenirs, etc.), but far enough away that we didn't have to deal with the crowds of people coming in to see the turtles (unless we were going to see them ourselves - but go early or late in the day ... a lot less people). Plus, able to walk 2 minutes to Yal-Ku for snorkelling (a huge highlight!!). Also easy driving distance to Aktun Chen (kids LOVED the zip lining, cave walk and cenote); Coba and Tulum; Xel-Ha (although we didn't go - too much other stuff to see and do). Finally, I can't talk about the location, without mentioning the snorkeling right outside your door. Fantastic! My kids were new to snorkeling, but had no problems exploring the reefs in Half Moon Bay. Not as many fish as Yal-Ku, but lots of very interesting coral formations and other see creatures. The rocky shore is also lots of fun to explore. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would not hesitate in coming back!!"
