  • Outstanding home on beautiful Soliman Bay

"We just stayed here with two other families (6 adults and 7 young kids) for 7 nights and had an absolute blast. This is a first class, newer, well-maintained property. There is a gardener and housekkeeper who live on the grounds and keep everything looking neat. We opted for the daily chef (Alberto) and were not disappointed. He and his assistant chef, Oswaldo, were unbelievable. The food was traditional, fresh and fantastic. They went above and beyond to fulfill special requests for the kids and those with food allergies. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and comfortable, each with their own balcony/lanai with amazing views. The pool and beach were amazing and maintained daily."

  • College Graduation Celebration!!!

"Beautiful! The condo, resort, beach and pool all delightful. The scenery was gorgeous! Our condo had 3 balconies all ocean views. We were a party of 6 celebrating two of them graduating college. Had a blast! The condo was beautiful and spacious - just lovely. The beds were comfortable and I loved that each room had its own thermostat. :) The beach and water were so clean and pretty... loved swimming in the ocean. We had designated chairs and umbrellas for us to use as part of the resort. A beach house for food and drinks. The pool was clean and spectacular in size. We felt like we had a section of the pool all to ourselves. It was huge!!! The people everywhere were courteous and nice. We had a personal concierge and she was well organized and attentive - thanks Deborah! You were great to work with! The town was quaint and friendly. Lots of restaurants and little shops including a mall a few blocks from us. We enjoyed Joya - highly recommend seeing this. Visited the Rivera Mayan Ruins and Xel-Ha and enjoyed both. There is many things to do or beautiful sceneries to just relax. It had it all. The owner was excellent at responding quickly to any questions. All in all it was a very nice trip."

  • Wonderful location and condo

"The condo was very nice and the location was fabulous. It was very clean and the property manager was available and very helpful with recommendations. He also recommended a wonderful female taxi driver that took us around the island as we did not rent a car.The upstairs balcony is amazing and we sat up there and had most of our meals if we did not go out to eat. Even though there are beach clubs next door it is quiet and the condo is very well equipped. Our only complaint was that they changed the cable company during our stay and we did not have any English News channels or English TV stations for the last few 4 days of our trip (we were there on Election day & were only able to get coverage on our laptop, which was frustrating) Hopefully, that has been addressed as we spoke to the property manager about it. My husband and I went to Cozumel specifically to snorkel. We were able to snorkel right out in front of the condo. several days we walked up the road to the north and got in the ocean by the Fiesta Americana and drifted down to the condo. We also drifted south down to Chankanaab, which is very close, swam around the pier where you could see the dolphins and snorkeled in the park, got out and walked back to the condo. It is a long walk to the Money bar so we took a taxi there and snorkeled to the Fiesta Americana and then walked home. The Uvas beach Club is next door to the north and the cruise ship passengers are dropped off there to snorkel, you can snorkel there also without paying any fees. The food and service there is great but they are only open for breakfast and lunch till 4 or 5. Next door to the south a new beach club opened a few days before we left, Tortuga Beach club, we did not try the food there but they are also only open during the day. The best place to go is Punta Sur, ($14 for adults & well worth it) go to the very end, past Papitos, where the beach and showers are and the employees will tell you where to swim out too and then drift along the reef. It is amazing!!!! You can hang out there in hammocks or lounge chairs and the beach is beautiful. The most amazing part of the trip was the people of Cozumel, so very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay at this condo again!!"

  • Wonderful location!

"We had a great time on a girls trip. This unit was wonderful with an amazing beachfront location. Perfect walking distance to all the restaurants and shops, about a block and a half. Just enough to be quiet when you want it to be. The staff were amazing, beach with white sand and clear blue water. Perfect for swimming . Beach service incredible with really good food and drinks. Would go back in a heartbeat!"
