  • Great! Perfect location

"I stayed here with seven other friends from college. Everyone told us we were making a mistake not doing all inclusive, but this was the way to go! There's a proper supermarket a five minute walk away, and we were able to buy all the food and booze we needed for the entire week for about 40 dollars a person! Almost immediately outside the Salvia is the strip of bars and clubs that is the main nightlife in Cancun. The condo itself was beautiful, with a huge balcony that we spent a great deal of time on. Inside, there's a nice table and a couple of couches perfect for chilling out and recovering from a night at the clubs and bars. The staff were great: cleaning service was every other day and they did a fantastic job. Ultimately, the proximity to the nightlife, the supermarket, and the open space of the condo itself makes the Salvia absolutely the way to go for a week in Cancun."

  • Great place for large groups

"Our group of 14 arrived in Cancun for our week of fun and relaxation. It turned out perfectly. 8 of us stayed in Villa #8. This place has everything you need. 2 sitting areas, 4 Bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Direct access to the beach is great along with 2 private terraces for those that don't want to deal with the sand. Terri has a great support staff in Cancun and they take care of any concerns promptly. Her manager took care of slight AC issue ASAP.That issue is all that we had during our stay. However Terri's ace in the hole is her maid/housekeeper....Erika....she is just a joy.....She is just as sweet as she can be....Also a great cook....please take advantage of the Meal plan offered....it is well worth it.....Erika took care of our entire group of 14 for breakfast and lunch. Our entire group can't wait to go back....a great time at a great place. Thx Terri"

  • Perfect Vacation

"Where do I start?... Pros: Booking Process – Easy and convenient. Working with Judson was an absolute pleasure and we really appreciate the savings and service we received by booking through Exotic. The Grounds – El Dorado Royale is a beautiful resort. The grounds are very well maintained with numerous pools, trails, beach, tennis court, gym, outdoor and indoor restaurants, etc. We enjoyed a lot of walks admiring the perfect weather and stunning views. In the afternoon, we would usually either swim or relax by a pool. The pools were clean, calm and there was certainly no shortage of them. The layout of the resort is very well designed. Despite the grand size of the property, even popular areas were never too loud or crowded. The Staff - Amazing. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We felt pampered the entire time. The Food - Wow! I can honestly say that I’ve never had a Caesar salad as fresh and delicious as in Jo Jo’s. And Santa Fe Grill, I am positive would impress even Top Chef critics. Even after already eating gourmet meals all week long, we were astonished by the dinner at Santa Fe Grill. It was our last dinner at the resort and a perfect grand finale to our trip! Impressive! Cons: Going Back Home – After a full week back home, we are still struggling to adjust back to reality. Being so spoiled at El Dorado, we forgot how to cook, clean dishes, pay bills, etc. Have to re-learn it all over again. And deal with the pain of seeing $$ and $$$ figures on restaurant menus for items that do not compare in either quality or taste to the food and drinks we had at El Dorado. I think I am ready to go back. :)"
