  • Wonderful peaceful condo!

"I spent 15 nights in Natalia's condo. I traveled from Oregon to Cancun for dental tourism. I traveled alone so I was looking for somewhere peaceful and comfortable to stay during my dental surgery, as well as safe and quiet to recuperate in comfort. I chose the best location by staying here! The condo is small but delightful. The decor is restive and beautiful. The two AC units are quiet and work terrific. I run warm so I appreciated being nice and cool who's hanging out indoors! Natalia lives on the property, so it was nice to know she was there to ask questions or to solve any problems (which I didn't have!). The balcony has an incredible view of the riviera Maya and Isla Mujeres. Right next door next to Playa del Niños are some great little restaurants for delicious street style tacos. The condo units are gated even to pedestrians so you always feel very safe walking around the property. The people who live there are extraordinarily friendly too. You'll be participating in weekend BBQs if you so desire! The king bed is beyond comfortable; I slept so well. Mary, Natalia's nanny and housekeeper, is truly a dynamo. She cleans beyond anything I've ever seen! I truly appreciated having twice weekly cleaning and linen changing. Natalia's mother in law, Lirio, also lives in the condo community and is so warm, kind and helpful. If you stay here, you'll feel like family. It was just perfect for my stay. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped -- an Oster blender, juicer, dishes and silverware, and every kitchen gadget imaginable. This unit is NOT stocked as far as spices, so bring a few of your favorites from home. I purchased black pepper for dirt cheap at the Superama. Oh, and Natalia offers round trip airport service for a reasonable price and will take you grocery shopping on the way to the condo too. That was a wonderful service for me. I didn't rent a car as taxi service is so inexpensive and people drive nutty in Cancun!! Lol. Unfortunately there was ongoing construction in the unit above me, so that was cumbersome in trying to nap during the day, but I just headed to the pool to relax during loud times. I know the construction was close to being completed, so this shouldn't bother any future renters. The pools are clean and very warm with lots of chaise lounges. For the price charged to stay in this condo, you just can't beat it. You'll be astonished at the fine furnishings, comfort and class at Quintas del Mar! The futon in the living room was perfect!"

  • Great! Perfect location

"I stayed here with seven other friends from college. Everyone told us we were making a mistake not doing all inclusive, but this was the way to go! There's a proper supermarket a five minute walk away, and we were able to buy all the food and booze we needed for the entire week for about 40 dollars a person! Almost immediately outside the Salvia is the strip of bars and clubs that is the main nightlife in Cancun. The condo itself was beautiful, with a huge balcony that we spent a great deal of time on. Inside, there's a nice table and a couple of couches perfect for chilling out and recovering from a night at the clubs and bars. The staff were great: cleaning service was every other day and they did a fantastic job. Ultimately, the proximity to the nightlife, the supermarket, and the open space of the condo itself makes the Salvia absolutely the way to go for a week in Cancun."

  • A great and spacious condo!

"We really enjoyed this condo and our time in Cancun. Susie was very easy to communicate with and gave us lots of helpful information. My husband and two boys (ages 14 and 12) and I stayed for 6 days. We found the condo to be a better deal than trying to get two hotel rooms in the hotel zone. (The only draw-back to the condo was the room with the bunks. It is not air-conditioned and is very tiny. This was not a big problem as our youngest son didn't mind it - it stays cooler if you keep the door open and it has two fans). Overall the condo was quite spacious and the pool is very nice and big (though the water was quite warm during our stay in July - so we waited to swim until the evening which was wonderful). The beach at the condo isn't the best, but that was ok since we were doing other things anyway. We found a brand new restaurant just down the beach (not toward the Isla Mujares ferry). Some residents of the condo recommended it. It had only been open 8 days when we went and we found it to be just wonderful. It is called Puerto Santos, though they didn't even have a sign up yet. They had amazing seafood. They brought two whole fresh fish to our table to choose which one we wanted for dinner! We were in Cancun for a vacation and to visit an old friend of my husband's (and his family) who lives and works in Cancun. He unexpectedly loaned us his car for the week so that was a huge bonus. Though I only recommend driving in Cancun if you feel comfortable with city driving (which my husband does). It was convenient to have the car but renting would be very expensive with the added insurance. We enjoyed a catamaran tour to Isla Mujeres, though I would probably have preferred to take to the ferry straight over so that we could control our own time there. We had an amazing day of snorkeling in a town about 45 mins away called Puerto Morales. We drove there with our friend who knew where to go. It was some of the best snorkeling in the area and so easy to just get a small boat to come to shore and take you out. We had dinner at another great restaurant there called El Mercadito - another amazing seafood restaurant! Overall a trip our family will not forget - made convenient and comfortable by Susie and her property manager Bego - who was prompt and helpful."

  • Our New Happy Place!

"Villas Nizuc is officially our happy place. Words can't express how much we loved it there. The reviews that had convinced us to select Villas Nuzic were right on! If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing part of Cancun with the nicest beach, this is the place. The condo was spotless and modern. Perfect ocean views from two of the three bedrooms and the living area. Every morning we would sit and have our coffee to the sounds and views of the ocean. Most days we had the pool to ourselves and the beach was a few steps from our back door. Just how we like it. We can't wait to go back. All of us were sad when we had to pack up on Monday. Landing back in Chicago was so hard. We wanted to get right back on the plane and return to Cancun. Guillermina and Roberto were amazing, friendly, and cleaned Condo like new everyday. We felt very spoiled. Everyone on the grounds were very friendly and accommodating. Our time at Villas Nuzic is by far our best family vacation ever."
