  • Quiet and Close

"Rosa Blanca is located in a very modern and clean development adjacent to the heart of the city. We rented bikes and we were able to be downtown in a 5 minute ride. The condo itself has everything needed to make an enjoyable stay all the way down to a 5 gallon jug of fresh water on the counter. The owner is very easy to work with and wants to make sure your stay is good. I recommend Rosa Blanca should Playa del Carmen be on your list to visit."

  • Lovely apartment on tranquil wild beach

"I wholeheartedly recommend Casa De Suenos for anyone seeking a quiet and beautiful place. We stayed in the upstairs apartment, March 2016. The apartment is well designed, comfortably furnished, well ventilated, with great view of the sea. The beach is just a few paces from the house. Directly in front of the house is a good place to enter the water. On the beach you have the sense of wilderness, endless stretch of beach. The next neighbour north is maybe 500 metres away, and south maybe 100 metres away, so you have the wild beach to yourself. The location is very quiet, remotely far outside of a small village which is itself remote. The house is on the unmade road, which has almost no traffic since there are only a few more houses beyond Casa De Suenos. The kitchen is fully equipped. Every day there is a pick up truck selling fruit, veg, herbs and tortillas. The rooftop is a great place to look out across the jungle, watch the sunset and the night sky. Internet was reliable during our stay. No mobile coverage :-) Everything was super clean and well maintained. The owners Don and Sarah, and caretaker Jane, were helpful and straightforward."

  • Very nice condo at reasonable price in Puerto Morelos

"We spent a week in this spacious condo. Is is a very comfortable accommodation with good beds, nice furniture and a well equipped kitchen. It is bright , airy ( though there is good AC as well) and spacious. There are some obstructed views of the sea which is conveniently located a block away. The walk to town, restaurants and small shops is 10-15 minutes. There are many nice, relatively inexpensive places for food and drinks. The local ceviche is particularly wonderful. The aspects of this property we did not like is that the pool and grounds are quite small and closed in by several buildings. When it is very windy at the beach , we like a pool setting. Also the terraces are very small and cannot accommodate a table for meals. Since we were on the 3rd floor, we had to have all our meals inside. While in PM, we would also recommend a trip to the jungle spa and a snorkeling excursion. You do not need a car but if you want to explore, daily rentals are available in PM for $40-$50/day"

  • Breathtaking view

"The undoubted wonder of this apartment is the spectacular wraparound view, along both sides of the endless beach, around to the lagoon behind. The extensive corner balcony, accessible through large sliding window doors, lining two corner walls of the living room, allow you to immerse yourself in this vista, feeling like you're floating above the ocean. You can even see the surging waves from the upstairs loft bed - an uplifting and mesmerising sight in the morning. The apartment comes fully equipped with a working kitchen, even including a blender for those ice cocktails. This was a huge plus for us, as we much preferred to just rustle up simple food and grab a cold beer from the fridge, lazing about in comfort, rather than the formalities of eating out (and why would we want to leave the best view in Cancun...!) While the kitchen does have all the necessary cooking and eating utensils, there was not any dish washing supplies (eg soap, sponge, dish cloth). However, it was easy to purchase them from the nearby supermarket, a very large one with pretty much everything you might need, about 5 minutes walk away. Bathrooms (one upstairs, en suite to the loft bed, and another one downstairs, next to the other bedroom) were clean and reasonably sized, although there is very little water pressure from either shower, but was still fine for us. Although the apartment building is just down the road from the popular Coco Bongo, Daddy O's and Mandala clubs, we did not hear much noise at all in the apartment, particularly when we had our own music / TV on. We did not have any trouble sleeping in the apartment at all. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay at the apartment and would happily spend many more days soaking in that gorgeous view and boogie boarding in the waves below."
