  • Carefree Living

"This is our 2nd time staying at this condo. It is well situated within the security of Playacar and a 10-20 minute walk to 5th avenue, restaurants and grocery stores alike. The condo is spacious, clean, reasonably priced, and tastefully decorated and the pool is even more inviting than it appears in the pictures. We lived at Jeanette’s condo for all of February 2016 and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. We found the property management folk to be extremely responsive if a light bulb burned out or water jugs needed replacing and Jeanette is a pleasure to deal with as we’ve found her to be a hands-on and communicative owner. This was our 3rd trip to Mexico and my wife and I have adopted Playa Del Carmen as a reliable winter escape destination. It’s a safe and relatively inexpensive place to get away from it all and it offers enough stimulation and tranquility to meet most everyone’s needs. I’m sure we’ll explore other countries and destinations but Playa Del Carmen and this condo have definitely captured our hearts!"

  • Villa Sol Haa is in PERFECT LOCATION! Beautiful view!

"We had 9 people at Villa Sol Haa. We went for Ironman Cozumel 2015. The location was perfect, close to Chankanaab Park, close to town and close to good restaurants. Our 10 year old and 20 year old snorkeled everyday right in front of the house and saw many fish. The house has a beautiful view, right on the water. The house had plenty of room for all 9 of of us, we all had our own space and even had room for more. The staff at the house was excellent, Lucio and Nancy were very helpful and kept the house neat and tidy. They cleaned the house everyday, was nice to walk into a clean house. Fernando the chef was fabulous, his food was very well prepared and presented. We enjoyed the pool as well, they have a pool cleaner that comes and keeps it very clean. We were very pleased with the property, so glad we stayed here and would stay here again!!"

  • Paradise on earth

"This was easily the best vacation place I have ever been to. You will wake up, open the sliding doors to the balcony and wonder why you live in a city. The perfect breeze all day long, the perfect beach to soak up some rays (with private section for privacy and nice umbrellas), and the perfect town to grab drinks and great food. This town is untouched by obnoxious corporations on every corner -- it's the real deal. If you go into the town, there is a man named Jesus at a travel center that will give you a great deal on fun adventures -- Isla de Mujeres is supposed to be incredible, but they also have ziplines, RV's, etc. Do yourself a favor -- BOOK NOW."

  • Skip the resort. Great home for a family vacation.

"Our family of 6 rented Villa Kigner in August and we really loved the house and the community. The pools in the complex were terrific and the house has 7 bikes which we used a number of times to get to the beach. (the bikes aren't ideal for smaller kids). The grounds were very nicely landscaped and well protected. Neigbouring units were all well-kept and quiet. We always felt very safe and secure. There are 2 groceries stores very close by, just outside of Playacar, and easy to get groceries at. Playacar has some small stores and restaurants as well that are easy to walk to. It's a bit of a walk to Playa del Carmen and not that easy to find the beach, but we managed well. We had some great meals in town. We don't recommend eating on 5th avenue. We had a much better experience eating at local restaurants which were very easy to get to from the house. The proximity to various activities around the Mayan Riviera is perfect. Snorkeling, ruins, cenotes. We had a great trip and were so glad we picked Villa Kigner to stay at."
