  • Great Vacation

"My husband and I were at Casa Turquesa for 2 weeks, it was absolutely beautiful. The place was spotless upon our arrival, we were met shortly after we arrived by Claire the manager of the property, she was very helpful with our stay. There were plenty of towels and linens for our use. Beach chairs were available, the whole place is just perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could need. The water cooler in kitchen was great (no worries to have to get water). Everything was convenient for us. I would recommend a car as this villa is not really in walking distance to town. We enjoyed driving to SkyReef and Playa Corona to snorkel, eat and drink. We visited Buccanos, the snorkeling was nice but restaurant was a little pricy and not for us. We went on the Pirate Dinner Cruise, I would recommend that to adults (lots of fun). The grocery stores were convenient, we also drove to the East side of the island and went to some beautiful beaches. All in all it was a great vacation. We rented car from Fox rental it was great too."

  • Amazing place...super vacation!

"I was fortunate to enojy a wonderful vacation here with three wonderful friends...leaving our families behind for a week were so impressed not only with Shirl and the amazing condo but also the beauty of the island and wonderful people we found there! The photos honestly do not do it justice...the living room was huge and banked on two walls with glass doors and super views. If you leave the doors open the breezes that come thru are wonderful. The kitchen was super well equipted and ready for whatever we needed. Three places to eat, at the island, dining rom or outdoor dining table. All the bedrooms were large with great spaces, wonderful windows and all but one a private balcony and each with its own bath. the penthouse deck was awesome! the pool on the roof was lovely with amazing views...totally peaceful and the best place for morning coffee and conversations! Two pools in the gated complex were clean and refreshing and well taken care of. The beach just a few steeps away, beauitful waterr, clean beach with chairs and palapas for afternoon shade. The housekeeper was verry sweet and cooked for us a wonderful meal (you have to make arrangements with her, give her enought advance notice) Easy to get around the island, I would totaly reccoomend and hope to return with our families!"

  • Paradise

"Five years ago my wife and I booked Cantamar 102 for our honeymoon. I was immediately struck by the beauty of the water, the gorgeous view and stunning sunsets that can be seen from the condo. Throwing open the curtains in the morning reveals a front lawn of crystal blue Caribbean water with a cruise ship lazily floating by. The man made beach is wonderful to sit and watch the sun set, cigar and drink in hand. The interior of the condo is clean, lively decorated and furnished with everything needed for a long stay. If we had decided to stay in the condo all week we would have only needed to run to the grocery store one time. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the guest & master bedrooms can easily accomodate a couple each with their king sized beds. The two bathrooms in the condo are also great, there's never a rush or a wait. Internet was 20mbps and very reliable during our last visit. The TV is modern with HDMI inputs in case you want to bring an Apple TV for a rainy day or for the kids. The VOIP phone makes calling home a breeze and the local phone makes calling places in town easy. Cantamar is only about a mile away from the center of town; it's outside of the hustle and bustle of the cruise ships but close enough that a 15 minute walk gets you almost anywhere you want to go. Want to skip the walk? Take a cab. Cabs drive by very regularly and can provide a cheap, two minute long ride into town. We have returned two additional times since our honeymoon and always enjoyed the condo. My wife loves going into town to visit the spa, get a cup of coffee or go shopping. I love to sign up for diving in the mornings and hit Casa del Habanos for a great cigar. Snorkeling off the dock is excellent as there is a small reef nearby with lots of fish. This place is home away from home! I only wish we could visit more often :)"

  • Can't wait to come back

"I can't say much that hasn't already been said except to add that words cannot express what an awesome, amazing place Casa Carlita is for your stay in Cozumel. LOCATION - PERFECT. NEIGHBORHOOD - SAFE & QUIET. ACCOMMODATIONS - OMG! Really, I'm not kidding. Carla has thought or everything. The kitchen is fully equipped, TV, DVD, VHS, although we never used them. Individually controlled AC in each room. Enough bath towels, hand towels and beach towels for an army. Add to this a housekeeper that will come as often as you need her and Victor your property manager if you need any help or advice. We brought our best friends with us as they have never been to Cozumel and they were so impressed I'm sure we will be annual visitors to Casa Carlita."
