  • A Little Slice of Heaven

"We stayed at the Villa Los Angeles for nine nights in early April and it was simply wonderful – from the moment we arrived! Our family included our three children (12, 8 & 6) and my husband’s mother (86-years old) and the condo was fantastic! There was plenty of space for all six of us, comfortable places to hangout (for adults and kids), nice comfy beds, beautiful views, great location, great pool, great access to the beach and some nearby beach restaurants (fun with yummy food and drinks) and amenities that made our stay perfect. We are not the all inclusive type and really enjoy having a low key breakfast as the kids wake up at different times, while we are able to enjoy coffee, a book and a great view – the deck near the kitchen was our “go to” space (also worked for enjoying rum punch after the kids went to bed)! Most mornings were then spent at the pool. Our afternoons consisted of sailing and hanging out on the private Beach. We also did some really fun excursions and they picked us up right outside the Villa. We rarely find a place (both location and lodging) that we would want to revisit in the near future; however, we believe we will be back to this Villa within the next year!"

  • Perfect home for larger parties!

"Eleonora's home ended being perfect for our party of 10, while celebrating my 40th birthday in lovely Playa del Carmen! Four of us were delayed about 10 hours getting into Cancun, and Eleonora arranged transportation to pick up my friends at the Cancun Airport, since we were all supposed to have ridden together. (I need to say that I called VERY early in the morning, and she even helped us while she was under the weather). The home was less than two blocks from the beach, about a 5-8 min walk to 5th Street, 10 mins to the ADO bus station. It IS in a gated community, and there was a little confusion with trying to get the taxi drivers to trust us that the home was in Playacar Phase I and not II, but all worked out! A couple of us rented bikes through Ian at Playa Rida (http://www.playarida.com), which were delivered right to the home by Ian, the owner. Highly recommend to get off the beaten path in Playa. We left some restaurant recs in the visitor ledger, but here are a few we enjoyed: La Coronela (VERY small, but well worth eating here. So nice and wonderful food. Two ladies in the kitchen cranked out my bday dinner with 12 of us there). Bio Natural - great place for salads, vegan and veggie food. Also a small market. La Brocherie - I know, who goes to Mexico to eat French food? Trust me, it was amazing, and it's obviously a hit with the locals. Best roasted chicken. Anyway, the house exceeded our expectations, the wifi worked great, and everyone had their own space. What more can one ask for. Oh, and that rooftop deck! Gah! Thanks, Eleonora and Carlos! I hope to get back one day soon."

"This home was just as advertised and a great place for my wife and I to spend a week away. Carlos of NAS - his communication from our first contact to our check out was thorough and keenly interested in our happiness with the experience. Thanks guys!"
