    "Four Adult visited this property and we found every quite satisfactory.we liked the veiw of the Ocean -Beach-Pool and Cozumel Ferries.We liked the location as there were ample reasonably price restaurants nearby which offered fresh ,good food and drinks, We wer family close to groceries and had a pharmacy and convenience store close at hand. The unit was fairly upscale in price and a could have used a review before or arrival-- the barbecue was not working and was removed for our entire stay--- the pillows require replacing and the balcony table was plastic amd marked -- this could also be replaced. The maids were good and the property management eager to please. The blender was poor quality and broke down on our second round of banana daquies?? the hall lighting was very bright and entered the bedrooms --we solved this problem by unscrewing a couple of them.There was still plenty of Hall light for security purposes. These problems did not really interfere with our good time,but could be addressed by the owner."

  • Good all round choice

    "This condo development has excellent location, easy walk to everything yet out of the party noise zone, so sleep is good. Beautiful ocean views and beach is picked up daily. It's one of the older (first) developments and it's showing some age/wear, but very clean and well maintained, excellent grounds security. WE would have appreciated longer operating hours at the pool bar/snack shack--It closes up at 3-4 pm and there are no other food options in complex. Additionally the menu is very limited. Free morning coffee only extends to the contents of one smallish urn, which for some reason they don't replenish, even for people to BUY a cup. So no coffee of any persuasion available after about the first 30 minutes of breakfast service, period. No tea either. There are lots of stairs and no elevators anywhere in complex. This particular unit has had surface updates that are attractive. The owner and onsite mgmt cleaners were efficient to work with, no problems. The unit has attractive decor and well equipped kitchen . The least appealing characteristic is the 2nd BR (by front door entry). It's dark and kind of stuffy, with only one window that opens onto the common interior access corridor, so you don't want to leave curtains or glass open for either light or air. With forceful warnings throughout unit not to run AC below 84 degrees(if do and are "caught" by the cleaning mgmtstaff that drop at no preset time your $200 security deposit will be forfeited). Since weather was not oppressively hot at time we visited, this wasn't horrible, BUT in hot summer I think it would be a problem. Likely OK for kids, but adults will not be wild about this. Sheets and towels were good quality, but limited to one bath and hand towel per person (how 'bout one extra for hair?) , and no wash cloths. Nice enough bathroom shampoo, conditioner and soap. Overall nothing Fancy, but comfortable relaxed and OK value for money paid. We would do it again."

    "WE loved the property and the location. easy walk to town. a little pain to get on the beach but as long as you are early not a problem. Beach in the am and sit by the pool in the pm. property had everything we needed"
