  • Very comfortable

"Location was excellent. We liked being only 5 minutes from Starbucks but out of the action enough to be quiet. Kitchen was well equipped. Everything worked throughout. Beds were comfortable. I will mention, not as a negative, but more to be helpful, the pool bar is EXTREMLY limited in food. They do not have most things on the menu. Also, the front desk has no relationship to the condo itself and so they are not able to be very helpful. Our room was not ready when we got there. We had to sit at the pool for 5 hours waiting for our room to be ready. Not fun after a red eye with 3 tired kids. Poor communication between leasing company and front desk. When finally in room, everything was great."

  • Xamen Ha Magical--condo7106

"This most recent trip to Xamen Ha was our second and so we had a good idea of what to expect--and we were not disappointed. condo7106 had an excellent balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean and it was a major spot for us for morning coffee or happy hour drink, Although there was plenty of air conditioning we generally left it off as the sea breezes and overhead fans gave us plenty of cool fresh air. The pools and ocean were excellent for swimming and there is a lovely stretch of beach for walking., the appliances were mostly new and the blender and coffee maker were much needed as we had our breakfasts and fruit lunches in the condo. There are many restaurants in Play that were just a short walk or $6.00 cab ride away--so we dined out each night, the restaurants in most cases were great and not expensive. The maid service was very thorough and Renon of Caribbean properties was an absolute gem to work with.He gave immediate attention to any of our requests. Our 10 days went by smoothly and the weather was very pleasant. We plan on returning to Xamen Ha soon --hopefully to 7106."

  • Xamen ha

"Four Adult visited this property and we found every quite satisfactory.we liked the veiw of the Ocean -Beach-Pool and Cozumel Ferries. We liked the location as there were ample reasonably price restaurants nearby which offered fresh ,good food and drinks, We wer family close to groceries and had a pharmacy and convenience store close at hand. The unit was fairly upscale in price and a could have used a review before or arrival-- the barbecue was not working and was removed for our entire stay--- the pillows require replacing and the balcony table was plastic amd marked -- this could also be replaced. The maids were good and the property management eager to please. The blender was poor quality and broke down on our second round of banana daquies?? the hall lighting was very bright and entered the bedrooms --we solved this problem by unscrewing a couple of them. There was still plenty of Hall light for security purposes. These problems did not really interfere with our good time, but could be addressed by the owner."

  • Wonderful family vacation

"We stayed in unit 7017 for 6 nights for our spring break from Minnesota, and it was wonderful! We were 2 adults and 4 kids ages 11-17. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The location was terrific - both the unit within the resort and also the location of the resort itself. We walked everywhere we needed to go (other than a couple of excursions we went on). The beach was really the best one we've experienced in our many trips to the Cancun/Playa/Cozumel area! The sand was so soft and clean and there were almost no rocks. And not at all crowded! Pool was lovely, as well! Robin the bartender was a lot of fun! The food at the beach bar isn't great, but it'll do. The guacamole was delish! Note - wifi is very spotty and slow. The teenagers were not happy with that! (But their parents didn't mind). Be sure to check out Casa Sofia (5 minute walk away from the busy 5th Ave area) for delicious and inexpensive Italian food! We went twice! I also had groceries delivered from LoQueSea (order online before you leave - groceries delivered when you arrive!). That worked out great! We also walked to a grocery store later in the week to stock up on a few things. Would recommend staying at Xamanha again!"
