  • Great Home for Family Vacation!

"My family had a family reunion at this house and stayed about 9 days. We had a wonderful time, and would consider coming again. The house has some ups and downs, but for the price, was unbeatable. Here's a detailed review: Pros: - GREAT access to a wonderful beach (2 min walk) - Private neighborhood, very safe - Amazing pool - best private pool I've ever enjoyed - Very large home with lots of room for a large group - 2 refrigerators, which allowed for lots of home-cooked meals - Onsite property managers were great to work with, and owner was honest as well - Super easy access from airport Cons: - The house isn't as up to date as some home (e.g. TV does not have HDMI input, so you need to bring DVD's or VHS) - Water quality is a little rough in showers/bathrooms . . . but owner provided drinking water in a great drinking water dispenser in the kitchen, so not really a big problem - It's not a 5 star luxury home. It's nice, but a bit dated. While I have stayed in nicer homes before, I'm giving the review 5 stars because all things considered, this house is a great deal for a large group looking for amazing beach and pool time in Cancun area. You won't find anything like it for the price and size . . . if you need a luxury experience with every latest gadget, you will spend 4 times the money elsewhere. If you want a great affordable vacation, this would be a great house to choose. I would definitely consider returning here in the future."

  • Loved it!!

"My daughter and I stayed here for close to a week in Unit 3. It was big and spacious and had everything we needed as far as cooking, towels etc. We loved that we could walk out right to the pool and the beautiful view of the ocean. We were able to walk on the beach, or street side either direction, to go to a restaurant to eat. You could walk 20 minutes towards the little village of Akumal and eat at Turtle Bay Bakery, or enjoy the shops there and the spa. You could also enjoy the beach in that area as well. This condo was in a perfect location, but private enough to enjoy. I think you might be able to rent a golf cart or bikes in the area somewhere to use during your stay. There were lots of turtle eggs on the beach, but every time there was a hatchling we were gone exploring the sights! Hopefully next time we can witness that. The staff at the condo is great and very helpful. Joyce Flake, one of the owners is a gem and will answer any questions you have. I had many via email before our arrival and she was very informative! This is one of the best privately owned places I have stayed at in a long time!"

  • Secret Getaway

"I was unsure about booking through rental sites in foreign countries, but after reading all the positive reviews about Victoria I took the plunge and glad I did. The condo complex was definitely hidden away from the main town square. The dirt road was quite intimidating till you turned the corner and saw the condo complex. It was quiet except for the periodic barking of the neighbors' dog. The condo was just what we were looking for. We wanted away from all the noise and nightlife of Cancun and Playa del Carmen and Puerto Morelos fit the bill. if you are looking for a 5-star condo with all the amenities this isn't it. Victoria was very attentive and accommodating. Great restaurants in the little town of Puerto Morelos and great atmosphere. The only negative was the window in the master bathroom was broken, and the screen on the front screen door was coming off. Mentioned to Victoria and she planned to fix them right away. Would love to return, and hope some day to do so. Thank you, Victoria, for a great week."

  • Outstanding home on beautiful Soliman Bay

"We just stayed here with two other families (6 adults and 7 young kids) for 7 nights and had an absolute blast. This is a first class, newer, well-maintained property. There is a gardener and housekkeeper who live on the grounds and keep everything looking neat. We opted for the daily chef (Alberto) and were not disappointed. He and his assistant chef, Oswaldo, were unbelievable. The food was traditional, fresh and fantastic. They went above and beyond to fulfill special requests for the kids and those with food allergies. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and comfortable, each with their own balcony/lanai with amazing views. The pool and beach were amazing and maintained daily."
