  • Amazing and Wonderful

"We spent a wonderful week in Mexico and LOVED this house. It was absolutely luxurious for 3 adults and two young teens. The house itself it very nice -- extremely well maintained with beautiful wood and tile throughout. SO nice to stay in a house where we did not need air conditioning, because the house is perfectly positioned on the property to allow cooling, relaxing ocean breezes to blow through day and night. With lounging, kayaking, and snorkeling right outside our door, we spent more time at the house than we did exploring the area (which is also lovely!). The caretakers who live on-site are warm, friendly people who made us feel very welcome (and cooked us some amazing meals). The house is close to cenotes, shopping, yoga studios, Mayan ruins, restaurants, and all manner of fun adventures -- yet private and away from it all! Ann is great to work with, and provided us with lots of information that made our vacation PERFECT."

  • Gringo

"My family has been coming to PA for extended trips and the last 5 years we have stayed at Villa Del Mar Condos. Doug and his great staff have always rapidly taken care of any needs or questions we may have had. The condos have always worked well for us, clean, usually quiet and we like how convenient the are to PAs center. My son and I are divers and Aquanauts dive shop is a 5-minute walk. There are a couple of smaller markets in the town center plus a weekly fresh vegetable market and the supermarket is a quick 10-minute taxi ride. The pools been great for our grandson and he has made many new friends."

  • Great house close to Tulum

"I stayed in Casa Tres Palmeras with My wife and 5 children for 8 days and We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is very spacious on the beach with a nice pool. They have hammocks in the back of the house overlooking the beach, which we've enjoyed all day and night. Caretakers were very helpful and cleaned the house everyday. They also make a killer guacamole and salsa. There are 4 comfortable bedrooms with air conditioning and private bathrooms. Wifi works well. The house is on a very nice stretch of beach, we took long walks every morning. There's a Cenote down the road, which we really enjoyed throughout our stay. The restaurant across the road from the Cenote makes a great cappuccino. The house is a convenient 15 drive into the main beach road of Tulum. Pam, the owner of the house, was super accommodating and helpful. We highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Tulum."

  • Clean and Quiet Condo in Excellent Location

"We booked this condo to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Great choice. As mentioned in other reviews, the location is perfect because you can quickly walk or taxi to where the "action" is or you can walk north on the beach to find a piece of paradise to yourself. We were so happy we chose this location rather than a hotel at the center of town. The condo is clean and I cannot think of one thing that was not available that we wished it had. The booking was simple and the owners responsive. The showers at the east gate made cleaning up after hanging out at the beach a breeze. 24 hr. security. We are scuba divers and the location was even more awesome due to the proximity of Blue Life (across the street) who we very highly recommend as well. They will take you on Playa dives right from the beach by the condo or drive you to the ferry to dive Cozumel or out to the Cenotes for some cavern dives. Debbie provided some great restaurant recommendations, but a newer restaurant that is a must is Puerto Cocina Urbana (just off 5th Ave, a few blocks from the condo). We stumbled upon it our first night in Playa and went back again a few days later. Raul the manager is a great guy and the food is outstanding (the zarzuela...shrimp + octopus tacos were mouthwatering). They also have an amazing selection of craft beers for when you tire of margaritas and Corona. Great prices too."
