  • great place to stay

"We came down for a wedding and needed a place to stay in Puerto Adventures. This condo is right on the beach, with a pool large enough to actually do lap swimming down the center. The ocean is a little rough with coral, but if you just walk down the beach (beach is sandy) a very short way, it is a nice sandy entrance. The house is fully equipped with everything you might need, to cook, towels for the beach, TV's in every room, plenty of bathrooms options and included drinking water. We had a few little problems of our own doing and Andrew was Very prompt to help us out with them, he actually came over and returned emails promptly. He suggested we snorkel the reef right there and it was a great tip. He also told us about the farmers market and how to purchase fresh fish. If your looking for a place to accommodate your family and or couples you won't be disappointed. Great ground floor with a wonderful view. We were all very happy with it and others who attended the wedding were jealous of our accommodations."

  • Perfect for Celebrating with Family and Friends

"Overall the experience at La Perla Blanca was great. During the booking process, I had multiple questions and Giorgio the owner answered all of them. The booking process was very easy, online and Giorgio provided very timely confirmation. The house is exactly as pictured, 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. The house is very modern, with a washer and driver, clean sheets, and fully outfitted kitchen and grill. The private pool was wonderful and clean, and we spent a lot of time there. The pool has multi-colored party lights that kick on after dark, but they weren't too bright and didn't disturb our sleep. The location of the house was great too; about 5-10 minutes from downtown and 5-10 minutes from the beach. The only negative is that because Playacar is a residential area, there are no nearby beach clubs. But we were happy to walk into town to find those. The house is equipped with beach chairs and a cooler. The kitchen has most necessary equipment and basics, but there were a few staples that we ended up buying for the house including a corkscrew, cooking oil, etc and left there. The wifi and hot water worked great while we were there. Sergio, the house manager, was very responsive and answered all our questions. He also helped coordinate transportation and day trips via his contact. He also helped us arrange for a homecooked meal one night, cooked by his mother Laura. She is an AMAZING cook, and you should definitely ask for the chicken mole and her specialty pork dish, if you have time. If her chicken mole were packaged and available for international shipment, we would be her first customers! Absolutely no complaints. Thanks Giorgio for providing a great setting for a birthday celebration!"

  • AMAZING!!! Bernadette - New Jersey

"This condo is beautiful and the pictures on the site and description are very accurate. It is even more beautiful in person. As soon as you enter the condo, you are in paradise. The views from the living room balcony/terrace amazing and you are transformed into vacation mode immediately. Then you walk into the MBR and more beautiful views. The kitchen is modern and has everything if you wanted to prepare a meal and not go out to restaurants to eat. There is also a grill on the terrace for your convenience. The property was very clean and well-maintained and Paula is the best. She made arrangements for me to have a cake at the unit when we arrived and I was able to surprise my husband for his birthday. She checked in with us and prior to arrival sent detailed information regarding activities, ground transportation, and anything else you would need. Also, in the unit, there is a binder with information on the area, restaurants that deliver, and activities. Paula was always available to answer questions, prior, during, and after my vacation ended. There are so many great restaurants in walking distance as this condo is in close proximity to the marina and every restaurant is there. We enjoyed the Pub, Hippos, Dos Chiles to name a few. You will find every culinary delight within walking distance to the condo. We didn't rent a car and managed to walk and see everything. I would totally recommend this property and look forward to returning next summer. Thank you Paula for a great and memorable vacation!"

  • Great condo, excellent location, wonderful vacation.

"We decided to rent Lynda's condo for our first visit to Cozumel and we're pleased in every way. We have rented many times, and this unit is really an excellent option. The unit is very large, clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. It has a very nice layout in which everyone can have a bit of privacy, while also having a lot of space in the shared areas of the unit. The building only has 14 units so it was quiet and the common areas were never crowded...the pool is large and deep with plenty of seating. Only a small number of the units are available for rental, so the property is very well cared for by the frequently visiting owners. The on-site staff, Francisco and Gregorio, are extremely helpful and work very hard to keep things in excellent condition. The building's location couldn't be better...about 5 minutes from the airport and town and off a quiet stretch of the main road. The other excellent point about its location is that the snorkeling right in front of the building was superb. At the same time, it's just a couple of blocks from a couple of beach clubs if you are looking for a sandy beach. A couple of points if you are considering renting...not complaints in any way, just stuff to know. First, there the elevators are a half flight of stairs from units doors and there are stairs down to the pool and ocean so being able to walk up and down a few stairs is necessary. A really great feature is that the stairs go right into the ocean about 3 feet deep, so getting in and out to swim is as easy as it gets...no ladders to negotiate or sand to walk through. Occasionally the current right in front of the building can be a bit strong, so don't move away from the entry point too far until you know if it is strong or without wearing flippers. There are nice TV sets, but we never were able to figure out how to play iTunes stuff on them...might just be us (slightly tech-challenged) or our PC, or maybe they don't play well with iTunes. Nutshell...can't wait to go back! We loved the unit, the building, the town, the people, the island...superb."
