  • Fantastic Villa!

"Loved the 5 bedroom condo, accommodated our family very well in a fantastic location. Close to town but far enough out to get away from the cruise ship crowds. Has lots of space, very well furnished and decorated very nice. Everybody loved the clean, beautiful pool and had a great time using the BBQ. Was so nice to be able to choose between the pool or jump in the ocean. The care taker (Toro) was always available to help or answer any questions and is a really great guy. The only minor complaint is the lack of air conditioning in the main living area of the house b/c it was really hot this May. We could keep the area comfortable by closing curtains and positioning fans but with the fantastic views and landscape it felt wrong. The bedrooms were very comfortable; nice beds, roomy, well appointed and they have AC. We also wish we had access to the washer & dryer. My brother-in-law & wife stayed next door in your 1- bedroom and they were amazed with the accommodations. Kept saying just how beautiful and comfortable everything was. Las Uvas is a fantastic place and really tough to beat! We can't wait until our next visit. The owner is quick to respond and you can tell she is very proud of their Las Uvas properties."

  • Outstanding...everything we expected and more!!

"We had a wonderful time at the Omni in Cancun. The villa was in perfect condition. The views from the patio and balconies were stunning. The food at the DaVinci Restaurant was excellent, as usual. We also enjoyed the food at the new Indonesian Restaurant. We really appreciate the fine staff that makes you feel at home. The massages at the spa were very relaxing and invigoration. All in all, we loved it!"

  • Beautiful Casa La Via

"Our family of 12 just returned from Casa La Via after a 4 night stay and we had a terrific time. The house is beautiful and the accommodations were perfect for us. The owners were very responsive and attentive to any questions we had, although all needed information was given to us prior to our arrival or was available in various printed materials in the house. All of the on site staff were very gracious and helpful. Casa La Via is in a guarded and gated resort area and centrally located, with easy access to several beautiful beaches and other numerous sightseeing venues. Our only regret is that our stay was too short. I can, without reservation. highly recommend Casa La Via as a destination property. My hope is that we will have the opportunity to return."

  • Beautiful, comfortable condo, ideal for family with young children

"Our family is wrapping up a fabulous week on Half Moon Bay. This unit is tastefully decorated and has every amenity we could have wanted. We especially appreciated the children's sized life jackets, pool noodles and boogie boards, perfect for our kids to play in the water and use snorkeling. There were also several pairs of adult fins which was great as I didn't bring my own pair (husband did). The beds were quite possibly the best part. They are firm mattresses but feel like clouds thanks to the memory foam topper. Even our kids said it was the best they'd slept in a long time. The kitchen is small but well-stocked with good quality cooking items so we were able to cook quite a few of our own meals. We also enjoyed several meals at Buena Vida up the beach, where they have an even larger swimming pool than Lol Kanaab, a fun alternative for our kids when the bay got too rough and the condo pool lost its luster (a very nice pool but small). We all loved snorkeling in Half Moon Bay our first day, when visibility was perfect and the water was glassy calm, but the winds picked up after that and it was too rough. We snorkeled instead at Yal-ku up the road and another day in Akumal Bay, which was also rough but clear enough to see quite a few sea turtles. Sandra was always very responsive with our questions and provides a nice folder of local information in the condo, which was very useful. We hope to return to enjoy this gorgeous, tranquil spot again soon."
