  • Stay with Confidence.

"Condo was new construction in an area about 10 minute drive from the beach. It is in a new area with all new construction around it. In the complex are 10-12 (4 story) buildings. It was secured with a large fence and 24 hour security. It did make me feel a bit more secure. The pool was large. This morning I was in there all alone and didn't want to leave. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare my meals everyday. Walmart is ver close and right across the street a convenience store.was happy to have washer and dryer too. If you stay here allow time to wash...water comes intomachine very slowly. Shower had head and wand which I appreciated.Beds were comfortable. Flat screen tv in both b.r and living area. We met Marlene, her husband and 2 children. They live about an hour away. IwWe rented a car at airport and drove in ourselves. Didn't think about not having gps since we use in states without thinking wouldn't have connection. So get directions if you drive. It's easy...once you know. Marlene called and met us and we followed her and her husband. When we got to the condo they gave us some tips about the area. We wanted to eat where locals do at local prices.sitloin restaurant was good.we explored during the day. The beach at playa del Carmen was stinky. Went goals beach club costs $10 to rent lounge..had beds etc too. (Marlene does have chairs for you to taketobeach ifyouwant. But we wanted something different. About 15 minute drive one way is cenotaph azul -$4 beautiful" other way enjoyed cozy quant pto morel is...beach and water not stinky there.Back to had some anxiety about doing verbose in Mexico ...especially since Marlene wants cash" But the price was fair and I got back my deposit....all good" we were worried about using too much electricity...only allowed so much and I like it cool" 4 days was $4 extra. Again...stay with confidence."

  • Beautiful escape in a secluded area!

"We had everything we needed and Vicky was so nice. Definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to be close to downtown but not in a busy area so that they have plenty of privacy!"

  • Villa Oasis Cozumel Mexico

"We had a party of six that stayed at Villa Oasis from 1/15/17-1/29/17. We had read all the reviews of this property prior to booking. The majority of the reviews were great. Once we committed to renting, our correspondence with Clodia and Deb began. They were very quick to respond to all of our many questions. The pictures do not do this property, especially the gardens, justice. The house is L shaped corner house, that sits on the back off the street. You enter through a gate on 10th Ave. and it opens up onto the garden and pool. So, essentially the there is no backyard to this residence...the entire garden is the front yard. The house is conveniently located close to town, and directly behind the Mega shopping center. The house itself is a rustic beauty, there are no frills to the house. There are three bedrooms, all with dated tile bathrooms, all but one shower head was low pressure. The kitchen is very basic, and very dated. The sound system in the living room sound system, does not work, so bring your own. There are TV's in the living room and two of the three bedrooms. The air conditioners were functioning, the master bedroom air conditioner did leak on our last night. Overall, the house worked, it would be nice for the owner to upgrade the sound system and shower heads...and re-tile the bathrooms. Silvia is the housekeeper, she is a sweetheart. Her English is very limited, but she will call a friend if she can't interpret what you're trying to stay. We did not take advantage of her Mayan cooking, although I understand it is amazing. Overall, we loved Villa Oasis...we will definitely consider renting it for future trips to Cozumel!!"
