  • The condo was perfect for our group of six.

"I would highly recommend this condo. Everything about this unit was top shelf. The view from the bedroom, kitchen, dining and living room was breath taking. The walk to your pool was fifteen feet from your backdoor and another ten feet to the ocean and beach. The owner was great to deal with and very accommodating. I am confident that we will be returning to this condo next year. Jerry Murphy"

  • Perfect house for family vacation near the ocean

"My family of five recently stayed in La Salamadra in Puerto Aventuras. We were very happy with the house, location, and service from the owner and manager. The house itself has a fantastic layout. It's open, bright, and has lots of room, certainly enough that it would easily accommodate two families who wanted to vacation together. We went with our three boys (ages 8, 7, 5) so each child had their own bedroom (TONS of space in the big upstairs bedrooms) and my husband and I had the master bedroom. Big closets with lots of shelving, in addition to the large bathrooms upstairs meant there was never any crowding like you would feel in a smaller house or condo. The kitchen was large and open, as was the living room. There was a direct line of sight to the backyard private pool from both the kitchen and living room, which was fantastic as our boys spent time in the pool every day. The backyard patio table area was covered by shade most of the time so that allowed some relief from the sun, but with lots of space on the deck to sit in the sun by the pool as well. The backyard felt quite private as it backed onto a large bush area that separates the property from the golf course. The neighbors on either side are close, but shrubs, trees, and a dividing wall provides privacy. The location is great. It's a five minute walk to a nearby beach that isn't too busy, even though it's shared by many properties. It offered excellent views of the sunrise and calm, shallow water for snorkelling for the kids to see a few fish. The community itself with the marina, shops, bars, and stores was great to grab some essentials, go out for a drink, go running, etc. It's also in a great spot along the coast, as it's south of Playa Del Carmen (we found the region between Cancun and Playa to be quite a bit busier). So we were easily able to access lots of things we wanted to do: ferry to Cozumel, ruins and beaches of Tulum (fantastic), Chichen Itza (amazing!), snorkelling to see turtles at Akumal (boys loved this), etc. Having a rental car meant we didn't have to book ourselves onto tour buses or hire taxis. So this was great. We were also very happy with the service provided by Gina (owner), Mario (I believe he's the property manager who attended to check in/check out), Ayda (house cleaner) and pool cleaner. If we were missing any items or had requests, the response was within a couple hours. The property was in great condition and very clean. Definitely recommend it!"

  • Stunning week-long getaway!

"Casa Blanca blew our minds because of the stunning beauty and closeness to nature. We had 12 of us in our group and it housed us perfectly. We were able to go to the grocery store when we first got to Cancun because our drivers took us there which was all planned by the red tour we had 12 of us in our group and it housed us perfectly. We were able to go to the grocery store when we first got to Cancun because our drivers took us there which was all planned by Doug's and Desiree. When we got to the house it was night time so we weren't able to see it until the next morning. The next morning when we woke up we couldn't help but jump into the pool immediately. The pool is right next to the shoreline, there's a little trail that leads to it. Outside there were many animals which amazed us and the inside was clean, spacious, and accommodating. We had all of the necessities to stay for a week and the staff came in daily to help us. There was even a storm that came in and they made sure safety blinds were down . Highly recommend!"

  • Great location, well appointed Condo, Gracious Owner

"This is a lovely, well maintained property with a great waterfront lanai. The Owner, Jean Louis, is very helpful, making sure everything is going smoothly and providing helpful tips about the area. The Condo is immaculately clean and the pool and Lanai area are cleaned daily. The outdoor kitchen with charcoal grill was great! The grill is always spotlessly clean and ready to go (what a treat!). The ocean beach is literally a two minute stroll (we timed it) and the Marina is a 15 minute walk which makes the location very handy. Also, if venturing further, like Playa del Carmen or Tulum, the Collectivos work great and are affordable and convenient. I know there's no predicting the weather but we had beautiful, sunny weather every day. We loved this Condo and feel grateful to have had the chance to restore ourselves in such a beautiful location. We are definately hoping to return next year."
