  • This place was perfect in every way! Very very nice!

"My family stayed here for a week in August. We had an excellent time. The condo is perfect! It was quiet, clean, had housekeeping every other day, provided beach towels too! Directly on the beach! No rocks in front of our beach or boats. The private pool is beautiful, relaxing and clean. We had 6 people, and it does not really sleep 6, more like 4. They brought us a blow up mattress, and that worked out fine. The staff was super nice and helpful. Isaac booked us tickets to Xplor and it was a blast! It is so easy to walk to the store, ferry, taxi, bus station, wal mart and 5th ave is 100 steps away. There are so many VRBOs to choose from, and you really have no idea what kind of place you'll get or what proximity it will be, but we felt like we hit the jackpot with this condo!!!"

  • Wow! 100% Awesome!

"The descriptions and comments are very accurate. Nice, clean, quiet and roomy condo facing the ocean. Loaded with all of the amenities (beach towels, umbrella, snorkel gear, DVD's, washer and dryer, full kitchen (but no dishwasher) you will need for a fantastic vacation. Great view of the pool and beach. Huge balcony with views of the pool and Ocean. Next door to a great outdoor restaurant which is great for breakfast or lunch. Near a taxi stand for easy transportation to the city square or airport which is about 15 minutes North. Many activities are near by (swimming with Dolphins, private beaches and water sports, etc.). Everything was well maintained and the owner was very responsive to our needs. The private roof top has wonderful views and a BBQ for meals. I really have nothing negative to say. We were 100% satisfied and will return in the future!"

  • Great Time In Puerto Morelos

"Our vacation began in Playa Del Carmen with 6 of our friends the week before we came to Palma Real. They all still work and could only get away for a week and we wanted to stay longer but somewhere new to us. Having never been to Puerto Morelos and not knowing if we would like the area I booked the condo for 2 weeks. Big mistake!! I should have taken it for a month! Puerto Morelos is now my new favorite place! The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. Didn't take long to settle into a daily routine. We met friendly people around the pool, both owners and vacationers, that gave us tips on where to eat and what to check out. Most afternoons everyone gathered around the pool for beverages and chat time. The first walk into town going around the port was interesting to say the least but we never felt threatened. We went into town almost every evening for dinner because we wanted to try all the small "hole in the wall" eateries we saw! The food was so good and very reasonable, so why cook! We only had 1 dinner that was just ok. If it was just the 2 of us we took a taxi back, if we went with people we met at the condo, we walked back together. Just bring a little flashlight or use your phone flashlight, cause the road behind the port is bumpy! Sometimes we went into town twice a day, if we went for breakfast or to the little market for grocery items. The taxis are plentiful but negotiate the price before getting in. It's different every time! After running around on numerous excursions in PDC the week before, it was nice to just chill by the pool and go for beach walks. The only downside in the condo location is that you can't walk the beach north to town. We did walk south past the Caribbean Reef condos and El-Cid all inclusive to the marina. In front of those places the beaches are raked and nice. Where there are open areas or where nothing is built there is sargassum grass that's washed ashore along with assorted plastic bottles and junk. At Palma Real, Gustavo keeps the beach nice. The owner of the condo, Eric, was a pleasure to work with and promptly answered any email questions I had. The property management, Mayan Riviera Properties, was just as responsive to any problems at the condo. We stopped at their office while in town one morning and reported a couple small things that needed to be fixed and they were there that afternoon to make repairs! We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back to PM and Palma Real!"
