  • Perfection in Playa

"We rented E2 for our family's Fall Break getaway. It was the perfect spot for 4 adults and 2 children to enjoy everything Playa del Carmen had to offer. 3 bedrooms / 2 bath - security gated front and beach side. A beautiful beach is just steps away and an infinity pool that kept the kids (and adults) happy provides an amazing view. You're just a short walk from the many shops of 5th avenue - with restaurants to please everyone or cook in its fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of beach and bath towels. Only recommendation would be to add more wash cloths (only supplied enough for 1 day). The washer and dryer in the unit was a definite plus. Friendly and efficient housekeeping and pool / beach staff. Just a short walk to the Cozumel ferry, Playa's city park with nightly entertainment or Walmart for necessities. No need to rent a car as you're just steps away from everything. Location location location."

  • A classic beach house

"Casa Del Mar is what I imagined when I think "Mexican beach house." Airy, white, with Mexican flourishes, this place absolutely charmed me. The upstairs balcony off the master bedroom overlooks the sea and is big enough to hang out, play cards, make memories, have a few drinks. Same for the back porch. This house is great for families or a gang of friends -- it practically invites memories. Beds are comfy, loved the pillows. Hot water was never an issue. Strong wifi. Lovely swimming pool. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. Can't wait to return!"

  • great place to stay

"We came down for a wedding and needed a place to stay in Puerto Adventures. This condo is right on the beach, with a pool large enough to actually do lap swimming down the center. The ocean is a little rough with coral, but if you just walk down the beach (beach is sandy) a very short way, it is a nice sandy entrance. The house is fully equipped with everything you might need, to cook, towels for the beach, TV's in every room, plenty of bathrooms options and included drinking water. We had a few little problems of our own doing and Andrew was Very prompt to help us out with them, he actually came over and returned emails promptly. He suggested we snorkel the reef right there and it was a great tip. He also told us about the farmers market and how to purchase fresh fish. If your looking for a place to accommodate your family and or couples you won't be disappointed. Great ground floor with a wonderful view. We were all very happy with it and others who attended the wedding were jealous of our accommodations."

  • Best Vacation Ever!

"Last month my college girlfriends and I gathered for a long in the making reunion. We were all so excited we could have slept on the beach (although it’s been around 40 years since we did that!). Fortunately we were spared the camping adventure and ended up at Casa South Breeze in Puerto Morelos Mexico. Wow, we’re coming up in the world! I was totally blown away by the place. First of all I was impressed with the arched front door floating in the iron scroll work flanked by beautiful vines of bougainvillea. This opens to a brick patio landscaped with tropical plants and a seating area to relax in under the plants. This area leads to another impressive door lit by a huge Mexican iron chandelier. I stepped into a Mexican villa decorated with tile floors, comfortable furniture; looking out to the pool and 180 degree ocean view. The kitchen is large with a stunning tile mosaic of fish as a focal point. Eight people could easily fit here all working at the same time. This kitchen has access to a screened-in outside working kitchen for grilling. The porch also has a table for outside dining; and always the magnificent view of the pool and ocean. There is a master bedroom on the first floor with a Mexican tile bath, and a private screened-in porch with chairs and hammock; again with the pool and ocean view. The rest of the bedrooms (3) are on the second floor and 2 have private baths. What I love about this place is the house has many architectural angles in the back, allowing each of the upstairs rooms to have their own balcony and 180 degree view of the pool and ocean. Every room has beautiful windows that open for a great cross ventilation of ocean breeze. I have enjoyed the cooling colors in the house, the art work and the exquisite ironwork throughout. Even the kitchen sink is angled for the best view of the ocean. I have truly enjoyed every minute of my time here. You will feel at peace and enjoy all the beauty Mexico and Casa South Breeze has to offer."
