  • Amazing House with EVERYTHING you need!

"I celebrated my 35th birthday in this lovely house, I will never forget this trip. I traveled with 5 friends and enjoyed every second spent in this house. It is a fully equiped house, both in the kitchen and amenities like AC, pool, kayaks, paddleboards, wetshoes, life vests, snorkeling gear, towels etc. I almost cried when I left. The staff living next door cooked us breakfast and lunch everyday. They were very polite and nice, and very accomodating to all our desires. Besides the lovely pool, the beach is literally 15 steps from the front door. It has a beautiful corral just a few meters away from the beach. So get your water camera ready. In addition to that, you have a lovely Cenote just a few steps behind the house, this cenote allows you to dive or snorkel in beautiful cristaline waters. Last but not least, a Dive shop just 3 doors down from Casa Soleada, they are reasonably priced and very nice people. I would definitely recommend you rent a car, as it is a 1:40 min away from Cancun airport, but just 10 mins from Tulum town. We had a few nights out and it was great having the ability to move around. Everyone in my party was overwhelmed by this house, we are definitely coming back and I hope you have the opportunity to have as a fantastic time as we all did!"

  • Easy Living on the Malecon

"We were lucky enough to find this little gem for a week here in September. Richard and his wife are gracious hosts and their location can't be beat along the Malecon(boardwalk). So nice to stay in your "own" place and not be part of the hotel room/condo scene. Although I never found the lime squeezer, this apartment has everything (including ample drinking water) necessary for a relaxing stay. Need to mention the rooftop palapa with lounging area provided awesome views and great ocean breezes. We came to do some scuba diving in the area and conditions were perfect for trips to Banco Chinchorro and Xcalak with Mahahual Dive Centre. Along with local reef dives, this place makes a perfect diving vacation spot. Great empandas and burritos are available just downstairs at Nam, Nam (open until 11pm) and we couldn't stop going back to the Nacional Beach Club (just south on the Malecon) for great breakfasts and then great ceviche, tuna poki, steaks and grilled octopus for lunch and dinner time. There are so many great little spots for food and drinks, my advice is to just get out, walk the town and explore. We will definitely be checking back with Richard for our next visit to Mahahual, which needs to be soon :-)"

  • magical

"Our family, , group was twelve adults two of which were teenagers , and one toddler, normally when we vacation in mexico we stay at all inclusive resorts this time we decided to stay in a home, this turned out to be one of the best vacation decisions ever made. when we arrived, we were greeted by Udi the property owner and his staff, Udi had prepared a wonderful pitcher of margaritas and Philomena had made amazing guacamole. we all began to get acquainted with the house and property everything was perfect, no complaints, everything was clean, the beds were very comfortable, the layout of the villa is very organized and works for everyone, the views from every window are breathtaking! We were fortunate to be there during the nesting and hatching of sea turtles an experience our whole family is still talking about and will never forget! our teenagers and the rest of us enjoyed the kayaks and, Early morning walks on the beach, late evening walks along the beach whether we were all together as a group or just taking time alone, it was a very relaxing and thought provoking experience. It was also wonderful coming into the home everyday to Philomena's guacomole and pico de gallo also finding that every need we possibly had was taken care of by jorge' and xavier, we hardly ever saw them but somehow they kept everything perfect. Our concierge Ali, was so nice and accomodating he answered every phone call i made to his phone no matter the time and accomodated our every wish, he arranged for a deep sea fishing trip that was awesome! We had three dinners and two breakfasts prepared by chef and his crew, everything was delicious, we also had special requests for dishes he had no problem making and they were great. I can't say enough about the staff, chef and, the property everything and everyone exceeded our expectations, if you are contemplating choosing this property for a vacation, our family would all agree you won't be disappointed. Best part of the trip, our family being together in this magical place. Worst part of the trip, having to go to sleep."
