  • Unique design made for a special experience

"My fiancee and I returned to Casa De Las Cupulas and had a terrific time. The food and accommodations were again excellent - we love the cactus dish Amara makes! There's a great atmosphere to the house and its cleanliness and design make staying there feel special. This time we rented a golf cart downtown, which allowed us to explore all parts of the island and see all the different activities going on there. As when we previously stayed, the house served as a comfortable base for adventures to the nearby ruins and sculpture park, bars and restaurants, and beautiful beaches. Our trips to Isla and stays at the house have been a wonderful respite from cold winters in the north!"

  • Only steps away from the beautiful Caribbean!

"Casita Blanca is a lovely condo complex that is well maintained, with Palapa Umbrella Tables available for use by those who enjoy relaxing in the shade while looking out at the sea, sandy beaches to walk, a great restaurant next door and many more in town, which is only a short, 10 or 15 minute walk away. This particular property, Unit A2, proved to be very convenient, as it was on the ground floor (thus avoiding having to drag suitcases up stairways), had a nice patio from which one could sit and view the activities taking place on the beach and the sea, such as the Kite Surfers on a windy day. With one large bedroom with a Queen size bed and smaller bedroom with twin beds, and 2 bathrooms, it suited my friend and I, as we each wanted our own room. The small kitchen area served our needs quite adequately, and provided a sufficient amount of glasses, dishes and cooking utensils. When we found that there was problem with the coffee pot, we informed the owner, and it was replaced by the manager within hours. Because of the great location of this condo, my friend I have already reserved it for next year at this time, as seems the ideal time to be away from the snow and cold in the Midwest! And watching the full moon rise over the sea in January is worth the trip!!"

  • Casa La Bella is truly beautiful and relaxing....Isla Mujeres.........Perfect Spot!

"We just returned from what was as good a family vacation as one could ever wish for. Casa La Bella's owners need to know how much we appreciate the detail that was put into this house. The patio and pool were the favorite spot. We often had a difficult time deciding whether to stay at the house or go to Play Norte. We did both, so all was good. The weather was next to perfect as well. I think I counted 20 drops of rain on the patio one afternoon and that was it. As always, Isla provides many choices for local cuisine of all varieties. This year the USD averaged 15-16 pesos in exchange at most restaurants, so the dollar went further here than in the US. We will certainly work on getting back here again. I recommend Casa La Bella and Isla Mujeres as a destination for any occasion. Once you enter the door you start to relax as the views hit you from all angles. I will end this as I close my eyes and imagine entering Casa La Bella again!"

  • Great Condo

"We had a group of four guys on a golf outing in Cancun. Condo can easily accommodate four guys, or three couples. The gal who helped us check in was very helpful in explaining how things worked in the town and in the condo specifically. The TV's were all on a satellite dish, with plenty of US stations. The wifi in the unit worked great. There were no hidden charges or fees. This unit is at the south end of the hotel zone, about 10 km's from the main hotel zone shopping/nightclub/restaurant district. It is located right on the beach, with easy access to/from. We received a thorough cleaning service midway through our stay, which was helpful. The complex itself is a bit dated, but that didn't take away from our experience. Also, there is only one bar/restaurant on site. It is average. We generally went off-site, or brought groceries and beverages into the unit. All in all, I would fully recommend this place as a place to stay while in Cancun."
