  • Great property, location, comfort

    "We stayed with a group of friends and had 3br, 2br & 1br apartments. Having seen all of them, I'd say the 1br is the least value for the money. Both 2 & 3Br apartments are generously sized with lots of common space and extra room to hang out, beautiful balconies and functional kitchens. The 1br was nearly the same price as the 2br (at least in the high high season) but offered less. That said, it would be just fine for a couple with no kids. We really enjoyed the property, the Buena Vida restaurant, the calm and relaxed feel of North Akumal. Views from the balcony brought immediate joy before we even set our toes on the fine soft sands. The experience of staying beachfront just can't be beat. There are some rocks as you enter the water and go further in. Water shoes are pretty much a must, but you can buy them locally."

  • Perfect Getaway Location!

    "Our family of 5 spent Christmas on Cozumel at the Landmark Resort Unit 511 (aka Sea Grape 511) and it was completely perfect. The condo was HUGE and the balconies were amazing especially the common one which was also very large with a great ocean view. Everything was super clean, updated, and beautifully well done. The Landmark staff were amazing (daily room cleaning was provided!!), the pool and gym were great, and the location could not be better! The Landmark is close to the port where the ferries and cruise ships dock but it is the perfect distance away that it is secluded and quiet. Also, the Money Bar across the street is a fantastic restaurant and the beach next to it had some of the best snorkeling I've ever experienced! We rented a car (from Alamo which they dropped off at the Landmark for us!) and we parked for free on the Landmark property. There's also a washer and dryer inside of the unit which made packing a lot easier. If you want to head into town, you can be there in less than 10 minutes! If you want to drive out to the beach parks and the beaches on the other side of the island, you can be there in no time! We all loved our time on Cozumel and the Sea Grape and Liz, the owner, could not have been greater to communicate with. She gave us great recommendations and we will definitely seek out the Sea Grape the next time we come to Cozumel! Highly recommend!"

  • Comfortable, character filled apartment in excellent location

    "Fabulous apartment with all amenities. Parking right outside, minutes from avenida 5, Mega grocery store just up the street, strong WiFi. Any problems that came up were quickly & efficiently handled. A pleasure to come home to"
