  • Spacious, Quiet, Relaxing, Perfect for large groups and families, gorgeous!

"The house was incredible! We were two families, one with 2 kids age 3 & 4 and the other with 2 kids both age 4, and a grandma and we all had the best time. You really need to rent the golf cart during your stay since it's really the only way to get around on the island. Plus they are super fun to drive and our kids had a blast riding in them. The house is located almost in the mid-point of the island so everything is nearby. The house was very spacious and quiet. Plenty of room for all of us to spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Walking along the marina dock was a very peaceful morning activity. There were even swings over the water. They were cool jellyfish in the marina that we all loved watching. The boat owners around were all very friendly. The pool was amazing! It had a very large shallow section that was perfect for the kids since they are don't know how to swim yet and a deeper section for adults. There was an outdoor shower to rinse beach sand off before entering the pool or the house if needed. The beds were all very comfy. There were two fridges so we had plenty of room for groceries. The big grocery store was just a few minutes away. There are tons of restaurants on the island and gorgeous beaches on the north point and very cool sculpture garden and breathtaking rocky sea cliffs at the south point. The house had colorful decorations and art and gave it a great Mexican-feel. The couches in the living room were a bit hard though. There were two big dining areas to accommodate many people. There was air conditioning in every room so people can adjust it to their preference. Polo was an amazing host and checked in almost everyday and replied to emails I sent very quickly. There were also a couple other people around to ask for help if we ever had questions. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! We would all stay here again."

  • Excellent Sejour a Playa Del Carmen-Condozabel

Merci Daniel"

  • beautiful condo with stunning views

"We loved the condo!!!The view from living room and master bedroom was stunning!!!! Great location, walking distance to 5th avenue and ferry, close to everything. We drove to the ruins, cenotes, Tulum and we were only one hour away from the condo. Good communication with the owner, she made sure everything was ok during our stay. We will go back!!!!!"

  • Family vacation

"Our family had a great vacation at BP. We upgraded to family room upon arrival; definitely worth it! This is a family oriented resort with good entertainment for children. Would recommend Sun Palace for couples vacation. Service was really good at BP, food was mediocre. No reservations needed for restaurants, which was nice. Resort very clean and rooms comfortable. Elevators are extremely busy and no stairs available."
