Enjoyed my stay. My wife and I and 4 kids. Great beach access and easy walk into town. Probably one of the better places to stay. Owner/manager was quick to respond. We stayed on the ground floor. We met neighbors who overlapped with us staying on the 2nd floor and 3rd floor who were happy in there places as well. I am not complaining as I would stay there again but some additional info..... House is not equipped with much for supplies, towels, tp, soaps, etc.....the front room has two twin beds in it so it lacked comfortable front room furniture/seating (not a big deal as we would rather be outside and there is a great patio). Internet connectivity was not good from the service provider. There were a few bugs but welcome to Mexico. No AC was working but well equipped with fans. If you kiteboard..... I stayed here in late February. Dad kites and two teenagers are getting into it. Perfect location for kiting. Kite School across the street from this house. Never more than about 12 kites at one time. During the 7 days I stayed 5 days were windy enough to kite. The beach is perfect sand and no obstacles in the water or the beach to contend with. People on the beach are sparse.

All I can say is I cannot wait to go back. Mattias set us up in a lovely villa. We were not directly on the beach but just across the road. From the time we arrived in Cancun the service was wonderful. I recommend having Mattias get a taxi for you. It is a long trip from the airport and not having the extra stress following directions was nice. My daughter and I arrived late and Remigia was waiting to show us our villa. She took great care of everything and was so helpful through the week. If you want a great guide I recommend looking up Luis. He lives on the edge of town and has a sign on his door "Tourist information" . He speaks a little English and is extremely knowledgeable about the area. He is a local fisherman but when not fishing he is available for excursions and is very reasonable. I recommend a trip to Holbox with a stop at the fresh water spring. The area is beautiful and so are the people. We made wonderful memories.
