"First, here are the pros. The condo pictures are accurate. It is clean and well maintained, and the double balcony is an awesome feature of this unit that I noticed not many other units have. The property manager (Raquel) is prompt to respond to concerns, and we had no issues or complications with check-in. The location is ideal for trips into downtown PDC, and the complex itself is very nice with a great pool area ideal for all ages. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but there are some drawbacks. To be fair, the main drawback would likely only affect those who stay with small children or who otherwise have difficulty navigating stairs. The condo is ground level, but to access the pool, lobby, or leave the complex, one must traverse lots and lots of stairs! These stairs are not navigable with a stroller, so don't even think about bringing it to the pool! Also, although the pool is within the eye-distance from the unit's balcony, it is not close enough that adults could be at the pool and leave children napping and feel comfortable. There are units at Xaman-Ha though that are, so perhaps look for one of those. The other main drawback to this unit is that it has absolutely no Wi-Fi! This wouldn't have been such an issue except for the fact that it is advertised as having Wi-Fi. The complex itself has Wi-Fi, and you can get this signal sometimes. However, it is intermittent, weak and only available from certain portions of the balcony, and it's not reliable enough. This was problematic for both my husband and I since we did have to check-in with the office throughout our week's stay. It certainly isn't a deal-breaker, but I just wish I had known when we booked (I knew about 2 weeks prior when I inquired as to the password). Overall though, this is a nice unit, and I would recommend it to others."
