  • Great Place To Stay

"In the last year this was my 3rd stay at Nautibeach and the second time in unit 10. Working with Keith is very simple to work with setting up the reservations. The unit is very clean. House keeping would have come every day but we opted for every couple days. There are plenty of towels. The location is perfect. We always rent a golf cart and the parking is just a few steps from the room. The gate keepers are very friendly guys. I've been travelling to Isla Mujeres for 8 years and since I have been staying at Nautibeach, I wouldn't stay any where else. I highly recommend staying in unit 10."

  • We Can't Stop Coming Back!! Paradise!

"This was our second visit to Tulum and Caphe Ha, and it was every bit as magical as the first. The road to the house was much better this year, so we were able to venture out a bit more than we did on our previous visit. That said, once we arrived we didn't really want to leave. The house was just as we had left it - in pristine condition with every "off the grid" amenity we could ask for - from the outdoor well to wash off the salt water to the hammocks, outdoor showers, incredible beach views and the sea right in front of us, we were in paradise! Manuela and Roberto were there and took great care of us. They had coffee and breakfast waiting for us each morning, cut down fresh coconuts daily, and made the most delicious, fresh and authentic Mexican meals each evening. We had our 9 and 7 year old children with us and they also loved the sense of relaxation and calm. It was so nice to be able to shut down and get off electronic devices!! Even for them. Caphe Ha is a special place and we will keep coming back!"

  • Beautiful, tranquil, and safe.

"This was our first trip to Puerto Aventuras and it was a wonderful experience. The owner was very responsive to all of our questions and provided all the needed information to reach our destination prior. Upon arrival in Cancun, Senor Lalo, the property manager was at the airport waiting and made the trip to the condo very easy. We stopped for groceries and beverages along the way. The condo itself is beautiful and very spacious. The beds are extremely comfortable and it was even stocked with coffee, condiments, and breakfast cereal. During our stay, we enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the nightlife of Puerto Aventuras which is quiet with great food and a peaceful atmosphere. Senor Lalo lives nearby and was always available to provide information about the area or to help with anything we needed, including shuttles around the area. I highly recommend staying here if you want a nice relaxing family vacation in a beautiful and secure setting away from, but still only a short ride to, the hectic tourist areas of much of the Cancun coast. We hope to return."

  • Hidden Mexican Gem

"My wife, our 2 and half year old son, and I spent 7 nights at this spectacular house in this incredible undiscovered area of Mexico. The house is in a beautiful location and very comfortable. The house has all the amenities you could every need and is charming to boot. We enjoyed breakfasts and cocktails on the rooftop and balcony, swimming in the ocean, and playing and relaxing on the beach. The house and beach peaceful and private. The caretaker made sure were comfortable and that we had everything we needed. Mahahual is a spectacular 15 minute drive away and a gem of a town - totally undiscovered, no large resorts, but plenty of great restaurant and incredible beaches and water. Mahahual and this area is the way Mexico used to be. We were able to do a few fun day trips with ruins and a stunning lake only an hour away. We had the perfect vacation and hope that we can make another trip to Casa Azucar in the future."
