  • GREAT 3 WEEKS !....

"Our stay was for 3 weeks....Sept. 20- Oct. 11.... We were familiar with and had stayed previously in Puerto Aventuras before our stay. The condo is an upstairs, 3 bedrooms- 2 bathrooms- with a Golf Cart!!..., the master is really great with its own patio doors/view, in suite restroom also. Water pressure was fine in the condo with good hot water! Air conditioners worked fine. The kitchen/bathrooms just had been remodeled and were very nice...as was the entire condo overall. The fridge was fine and we stocked it with drinks and food items during our stay, it kept everything nice and cool. We would shop for main groceries at the Chedraui which was a short, $5.00 cab ride (each way). There are a couple convenience stores inside the complex where you can purchase water, sodas, beer, etc. We cooked every day there and the owner has the kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook and eat/drink with. Brand new electric stove worked great. In the living room you have a nice Television and Wi-Fi which both worked nicely. There also is that really nice view of the lagoon and the patio, which we took our coffee every morning. It also has a private, large roof top which was pretty neat, great views and the owner is in the process of getting some shade cover for it. There's a grill/bar area up there also but we didnt use it. There is a large washer and dryer in its own wash room...it worked great for us being there 3 weeks. Mark also makes available to use... floaties, life vests, snorkel equipment which was nice. You can also use the kayaks which was a lot of fun. The swimming pool was really pretty and in great shape during our stay! There's a beach a short 5 minute walk away which the Catalonia Hotel uses....be aware that anywhere in Mexico you can use the beaches free but not necessarily any of the chairs on a particular beach...you usually will have to pay to use any seating/shade that a hotel/beach club provides. The Catalonia as well as the other hotels inside PA have a "day pass" program so check into doing that a time or two. We used the Dreams hotel day pass a couple times and had a great time....they have the best beach as well. Otherwise we usually just tossed out a couple towels, our ice-drink bag and had a fun, free, beach day. Go check out the bay by the Mia Ruins....great snorkeling and very pretty blue water, usually hardly anyone there and it has guards roaming around....no charge. Great place/condo and would go again for sure!!!!"

  • Paradise

"Our stay at Casa Inspiración was amazing. The property is tastefully decorated, and very well designed. Each bungalow has its own bathroom, and they are all facing the ocean. However, the best part of Casa Inspiración is the staff of five people that constantly make sure you feel at home. The cooking was superb—both for Mexican and International dishes—and the drinks were well prepared. Make sure you ask them to make you tamales and ceviche, and pair them with one of their fantastic margaritas. If you are looking for a house to hang out with your friends or family, but that still has the service level (and space) of a hotel, this is the perfect place for you."

  • Excellent House and Staff

"An outstanding location on the beach in the quiet village of Troncones makes this fantastic house the perfect choice for a total escape. The house itself is charming with beautiful architectural detail and every comfort. Open and airy, we were lulled into vacation mode as soon as we walked through the beautiful courtyard and caught our first glimpse of the Pacific. Our days were lazy, spent reading in the hammock, having fun in the pool, playing games with the kids, taking long walks on the beach, watching amazing sunsets…… and happily doing it all again the next day. Then there was the wonderful outdoor dining on Magdalena’s specialties……necessitating all those long walks on the beach! We requested her homemade tortillas and guac more times than I should admit to. We had two glorious weeks with family and friends and barely left the property except for those walks, an exciting sea turtle release..…….and great yoga a few steps down the beach. Majahua was fun for lunch and everywhere (including at Magdalena’s table!) we had excellent seafood. Magdalena, Abraham and their children as well as Rosa added much to our experience. The owner was great to work with……very responsive and genuinely wanted us to have a good time. Casa Teresa is very very special and we hope to return."

  • The Best!

"We spent a wonderful month at this condo and had a great time. The condo is spacious, well equipped, centrally located, very secure and is walking distance to most restaurants The pool and common area were cleaned daily and very well maintained. We enjoyed the pool, sometimes there would only be the two of us. We met a lot of nice people, some which were owners and many who were repeat vacationers to the Real Marina Blue. The manager and her staff were readily available to answer any questions we may have had and Marisol the manager was fluent in English. Many Thanks Sharon and Jerry for the most welcome bottle of wine, just what we needed after a long day of travelling and for sharing your lovely condo."
